The staff was outstanding. Zach was the tech who did most of the work. He paid close attention to detail and worked diligently until the job was complete. Corey in the office was fantastic to work with as well. He was kind and kept in contact throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Christian Brother Automotive to anyone in need of vehicle repairs.

I am from Ohio and was visiting a friend in Arkansas, in inclement weather when I slid off the highway and hit a guard rail damaging my truck pretty bad. After towing my truck to this location and finding out that it would not be able to be looked at until the following day, they were awfully generous to give me a ride to a hotel for the night and offered to give me a ride to get food if needed! They were able to assess my truck the next day and told me everything that was damaged in the accident, and offered to do the bare minimum to get me back to Ohio. For a great price they did an alignment and set me up for my 8 hour drive home. I m happy to report that I was able to safely make it home thanks to the professionalism and hospitality that they offered! I want to personally thank you guys and if 6 stars were an option I would certainly give that! Thank you for the generosity and help in an unknown location and uncertain conditions!!!

If you don t mind paying for quality this is the place for you. They have the best warranty 3 yrs / 36,000 in the industry and great customer service. I call for an appointment to have my car done customer service had the best attitude over the phone and even better in person. I drove my car here from Memphis, Tn to have a transmission leak done. They got it done at a decent time, the price was decent, the building was clean and very tidy. They had my car done and now when I look under my car there is no more transmission leak. I would definitely recommend this place and I give a 5 star. Great job Christian brothers Automotive.

My son's car broke down shortly before Christmas on his way home from Arkansas to North Carolina. The car was towed into Christian Brothers. The staff at Christian Brothers was helpful, courteous, kind, and made what could have been an extremely unpleasant experience for my son so much better. We live 600 miles away so the chances of us using Christian Brothers again is fairly minimal, but for anyone who lives in the area or happens to be passing through, I would highly recommend Christian Brothers for your automotive work.

My car s cooling system had a leak and they were the only place who would work on VW s besides a dealership. The entire process they were helpful, informative and quick about everything going on with my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone, I wish more places were like this when it comes to auto care.

My name is Ariel. I recently visited CBA Monday because I could not figure out why my car was acting up. CBA did a diagnostic test on my car, replaced the part that was damaged, and also replaced my brakes and rotors! My car is driving so much better, and I m so happy! Special thanks to CBA for fixing my car and the communication was A1! They even provided a shuttle to get to where I was going while my car was in the shop! I definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!! They are the best!! :)

All the staff were Very friendly, Very helpful and speedy as could be in analyzing and fixing my car. The courtesy car even came to my house and picked me up when it was ready. Can't ask for better service than that! This is a place I can trust with my car! I was impressed from the minute the phone was picked up. Alex answered the phone when I called and genuinely seemed to care about helping. Got an appointment for the following week and was told if I needed I could drop my car off sooner and they would try to squeeze me in. I was equally impressed with how thorough they were on the day of my appointment. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on. Took my car to the South Ave location yesterday for noise I was hearing and checkup in general. This place was so neat and clean. I was met with a friendly greeting when I walked in. Although they were very busy, I didn't wait very long for a diagnosis. It is costing me a bit of cash but I know my car is in good hands and I was driven home and told they would come pick me up when it was ready. That is what I call good service. Thanks,yall!!

Christian Brothers were very professional, honest, friendly and punctual. They addressed the issues with my vehicle soon after it arrived to their repair facility. They produced a very detailed analysis of the issues with my car and were very upfront with the cost and the amount of work required to complete the extensive repairs. I was impressed with the way they ran their operation and everyone I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to anyone.Service: Auto maintenance

About two weeks ago, (during the beginning of the extreme heat wave), the air conditioner in my 2016 Nissan Frontier stopped working___no cool air, no fan blowing! I took my truck to a Nissan dealership near me, but the Nissan dealership could not repair my air for two weeks. On my way home, I passed by Christian Brothers Automotive. (The Christian part caught my attention.) My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was positive because they were able to diagnose my problem in two days. They also discovered that had only about 35% left in my brake shoes/pads. I'm not sure which because I'm a female. In summary, Christian Brothers Automotive helped me with the maintenance of my Nissan truck. The associates were professional and friendly. I feel certain that I have found a reputable automotive company to take my vehicles when they need repairing.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Had one person to tell me that several things needed to be replaced on my truck. Took it Christian Brothers and they diagnosed it from the front to back. Fixed what was wrong, and even gave me a full overview of my truck. Glad I took it to them and will be going back whenever I need my truck serviced.

As a military guy I have moved around every 3 years or so and always struggled to find a good mechanic.This place was extremely honest, gave an awesome inspection report, did a top quality job and went out of their way to find outsourced parts to save me on labor.Staff was also very friendly and honest.Will take my vehicles here from here on outService: Electrical repair

My first experience with service at Christian Brothers Automotive was a very positive experience. I took my 2016 Nissan Frontier to a Nissan Dealership, but at Nissan my truck could not be repaired until two weeks. So, I went to Christian Bothers, and it took Christian Brothers only two days. I like their promptness, thorough diagnosis, and repair. Since I'm new to this area, I think I've found the perfect repair service for my vehicle. Furthermore, I give Christian Brothers Automotive five stars in customer service; very professional but also friendly.Services: Auto brake repair, Air conditioning

I have been using these guy for several years. And they once again they were on the ball. Had a starter go out, call them and they said get there. Got a tow. They checked it out ,it was the starter. They found one worked me in and got me back on road. Love these guys.
