Brought a vehicle from extreme autosale so i told them my car was leaking oil so they took it to Performance to fix it This my 3rd to 4th time taking it back to them cause my oil leak is still not fixed til this day..They keep my vehicle for 2 to 3days and oil leak still not fix smh yall gone get tired of me til my oil leak is fixed .

I'm only giving it one star because Zero stars isn't an option.I want to dissuade anyone from using this mechanic.They are rude, they are inhuman, they take advantage of you, and they will cause your vehicle damage.Both times I've taken my car there, its taken them Weeks to Months to get to it, and both times, I've had to go spend more money on a different mechanic to fix damage that they have caused.I even had to contact an attorney regarding damage they did to my radiator system the last time I used them.I'd like nothing more than to see these careless jerks go out of business. There are better Mechanics in the area that are honest, trustworthy and do good work.These guys are out to screw your car up and take as much as they can steal. They ought to feel nothing but shame.

amazing professional shop brought my 2021 mustang in for collision damages and they left my car brand new highly recommend for high performance vehicles 10/10

We own the bed and breakfast in town and have for the past 20 years. We use them for our own vehicles and use them for guests who have auto trouble. Not ONE problem in years. Great service.Well, you can scrap that terrific review. Just took a used car (his first car) in for my son and was hosed. No phone calls, changed oil and one belt = $229. I really wanted it cleaned (main reason I brought it in). Five days later, they don't do that. Arrogance was prevalent. Warning, they have a habit of hanging up on you not because they are indifferent, they just are not listening to their customers. VERY unfortunate turn in customer service.

Seem very professional and did a great job diagnosing my car issues. UPDATE ;Seems like this business has seen better day's. I went back to have them work on my newer car. I was not impressed. I feel like they were trying to con me, while explaining the problem with my car. And when I would ask questions about something, the mechanic used phrases like "I have been doing this for a long time now" or acted like I should be content with his answers and if I didn't accept his answer well it was a tough time there this time around. All I lost was 75.00 for a diagnosis of my cars engine issues.

Brought my vehicle in for a brake repair...my ignition cylinder was beginning to go out but was still functioning and was not asking them at this time to repair this. Unfortunately the mechanic used a tool to turn my key when he couldn't get it to work and ruined my key and ignition cylinder to the point where I could not insert the key or get it started. Performance replaced my key and ignition cylinder free of charge and made things right and appeared to have felt bad about their mistake, and did not try to con me into paying for it or say it was my fault due to my ignition cylinder already not being in perfect condition. Very appreciative that they owned up for their mechanics mistake and helped me out.

I have used Performance Automotive and Towing many times for tires. They always try to get me the best possible price and are always cheaper than Sam's Club and Gateway Tire. I have used them for other routine maintenance items too, and they do a great job and are competitively priced.I would recommend that you give them an opportunity to quote the job and give them a try.

This is by far the worst tow service i have ever ever heard of. Its a joke. They tried to tell my boyfriend he couldnt get his van until he gave them $366 when he went up there after his accident. And he couldnt get any of his belongs either. We already had a tow service at this time so we gave no kind of consent to let them even take it. The employees are liars and we have made a list of all the belongs that are missing in the van too. Will be calling corporate. They stole his belongings! Will be getting authorities involved.

This place is full of the rudest, most conniving, scandalous, group of people/employees who are just waiting, like predators, to rip the next person off as they come through the door. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. They treated myself, as well as the other customers I observed needing help, like common scum or yesterdays trash. They acted as if they were too good to do their own job as they commenced to telling me that they didn't have my vehicle and never even towed one the night mine came in. They were then kind enough to point me to other possible yards. But after I returned and demanded my property, threatening to get officials involved, did they suddenly have my van out on their yard. Must have lost the towing slip is what the tow truck driver said. The one whom previously said nothing was towed that night. My sound system was thrashed around in my van leading me to believe that at it was all a rouse to stall for time so they could replace the 15" subs and pioneer amp they were stealing from my van. Worst people ever.

My serpentine belt split the day my son was born. Thankfully I was able to get my 2006 Nissan Murano SL to Performance Automotive and Towing the next day. I came in early about 8:45am, and they took good care of me. Got the car in and up in no time.Very honest folks, and I'll do future repairs, and maintenance there in the future.

Went here mid august for ac recharge, come back next day to pick it up and they replaced my blend door actuator without asking charged 600$.Few weeks later it gets cold and heat doesn t work, i ignore it because it wasn t cold enough to bother me now December I take apart my dash to fix the issue and they never plugged the new actuator in.

I have these guys do a lot of work for me over the years. I have never been disappointed with anything. These are truly a great group and will treat you with the upmost respect. Definitely recommend to everyone!!!

Very knowledgeable employees. Our vehicle was totaled, so I cannot comment on their body work. However, I would readily recommend this business.

Excellent service. Had us towed in, repaired and on the road in two hours after the water pump gave out. Very friendly service as well.

Very good the people there are very nice and they do a good job and when they tell you about time to pick up your vehicle it is ready and waiting for you. Will be back for their services.

Terrible, truck has been in there for 2 months and they keep tell me they are working on it and I had to buy the part to take to them! they leave the hood of my truck open almost every day wen I passed it was raining and it still was up! They try to keep saying it will be done tomorrow but never is!!! I haven t gotten my truck back for 2 months and still haven t!! Never going there again!

They tried to say my car that they towed but was never asked to tow wasn't there all awhile being able to c it from the entrance there liers and thieves they tried to steal my car and keep everything in it includes they speaker and amp don't trust them ppl
