They said they could do this kind of work and they tried, but then they damage the cabinet damage the floor tried and tried, stood us up a couple times, and then just gave up. The owner of the company told us we just need to find somebody else.

Contracted the company to install gutters. They provided a quote to my husband. Later gave the same exact quote to my mother-in-law because she also lives on the property and would be there when they came for installation. We agreed and waited for the install. They began and ended up needed more than 1 day to complete the job. No big deal, it's a big house. We ended up having to call several times to see when they would come back to finish because more than a week had passed.. it took about a month between the start and finish of the project. We were told there was a delay because of weather, having to go get materials, etc. All of which would have been completely understandable except there really wasn't any communication unless we were the ones to call. The end product was subpar, to say the least. My husband found 2 places that were leaking and several screens that were not properly set. And to top it all off, they ended up charging us more than $1000 more than quoted because they didn't do the quote correctly to begin with and we found this out on the day of completion, when it was time to pay. Completely and utterly disappointed with the entire experience.

Got a rock chip on way home from vacation. I stopped in Mike's the next day and they fixed me up in about 30 minutes. They performed a chip repair to keep it from spreading.Fast & friendly service, I'd recommend to anyone needing a repair or new glass replacement.

called 3-4 times for an estimate on shower doors, told me to measure them, did and emailed the dimensions, no response, called to make sure they received email (they said yes and will get back to me with price) no response for a week, called again, the lady who does this is out today...ok called again next week, she isn't here today and will call me back....never did.....don't want my money obviously so not gonna beg. Ridiculous and unprofessional

Mike s class was hired to replace a broken window in my house. They came and measured it and it took over two weeks for them to bring the new window. They busted glass all over my floor and broke my alarm system sensor. They didn t even bring the right glass. They left it halfway put in and it s been over two months. I ve called them every week and they still have not come out and fixed it.Adding to the review... they finally came and fixed the window more than 3 months after hired. They put some cheap silicon on my alarm sensor "to fix it" after they broke it. I told them it was broke and needed to be replaced. They will not take responsibility and now i have to pay $150 to replace it. Took over 3 months to replace a window and break property and don't make things right. Horrible business practice and costumer service.

Mike's glass has been around for many yearsthey always do a good job and reasonably priced.Mike is a very nice guy to do business with and so are they people that work with him.

Terrible service, I live 5 minutes away from them I called to make an estimate and they never came I called again and the same and so 3 times and the worst thing is that they never call to say that they are not going to come to the appointment, I do not recommend them.
