Talk about customer service! I was traveling from New Orleans to Chicago and had some car trouble at 1pm on a SATURDAY!!!! Not only did they get me in, they got me back on the road within 2 hours! We arrived safely. Thanks for your friendly, professional service and making the correct repair.

This is my 2nd review well worth it!! I will continue to bring our cars back every time. Lincks is TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE and they do good work! 20 stars in my book! Highly recommend

My experience at Linck's could not have been better. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and they even took me in the back to show me exactly what was wrong with my car. Would highly recommend. AAAAA+++++

Lincks Auto went out of their way for me today ,and upon a very short notice. I have been trying to figure out why my SUV was starting up slowly (weak start) for a few weeks. I couldn't scan the computer in the truck because the check engine light wasn't on. Then I went to AutoZone in Senatobia to have the truck checked out. Sean at the Senatobia AutoZone told me it was the alternator when he scanned it with Autozone's scanner today. He said it was the alternator. I had also been to AutoZone in Hernando, Ms twice. They told me nothing was wrong with the battery ,or the alternator when they tested the SUV.Then I went to Lincks today after going to AutoZone ,and they told me it could be the battery, alternator, or some internal wiring. Which I was hoping it wasn't internal ,and something internal wasn't draining down the battery. Lincks Auto in Senatobia asked me what was it doing and to describe what was going on? Then as I was describing it. I told them I had a Interstate battery , and it was checking out good according to AutoZone. Lincks Auto also told me the battery was still under warranty ,and that the battery was bad. They took the old battery out and installed a new Interstate battery in after running their test on it. Which AutoZone in Senatobia was trying to tell me it was the alternator ( probably so they could charge me more). The Yukon is starting up now as it should thanks to Lincks automotive. I also understand now that I have a 6 year warranty on the new interstate battery now from Lincks or Interstate battery. You can only get a battery with a 3 year warranty on most cars now days like at (AutoZone, Walmart, O'Reilly etc) ,but at Lincks I take it that they do business with Interstate battery company. The battery was under warranty. I then got the new Interstate battery for a reduced price ,and installed at Lincks Auto of course. I have been to the store and back home. I have started the Suv up three times and it started up just like it should. I also let it sit around for a couple of hours ,and yes it started up just fine. I will try remember to follow up on this to let you know how the truck is doing still .One thing that I want to let you know is always question whether these parts stores are giving u a legitimate diagnose of your vehicle. I also went to the O' Reilly store in Senatobia about my battery today 4/3/24. There was an O Reilly employee in there and he came up to me putting some part up in front of me. I know that he knew I needed help while I was standing in line waiting to be helped. Then all he was doing was running his mouth. I then walked off , and they lost out on a sale ( $250 - $300 battery) as he walked outside to talk to some people in the parking lot. So just be careful and always check reviews on places like AutoZone and O Reilly especially in Senatobia, Ms. They aren't always looking out for your best interest. Then to tell you the truth. I think they could care less if your problem gets resolved with ur vehicle. They r really pathetic. Lincks Auto really still believes in customer service . I really have had a hard time finding a legitimate mechanic here in this area at a reasonable price. It is even hard to find a decent mechanic in Hernando , but you know u get what u pay for..

The owner!!! I'd keep coming back (and will) just because he looked out for me, him and his wife! She was the only person that helped me find a tow truck when I was miles away stuck on the expressway. Once I got there, the owner gave me a ride to get what I need to get fixed up. No one else within 20 miles even tried to help because of the utility vehicle I was in.It ain't fun being stuck on the side of the road with cars flying by doing 200 in a 55. Sheeesh!!

This shop is awesome. The prices are affordable, the service is efficient, and the owners are truly incredible people. I love this family owned small business. Rob, the owner, is an army veteran and his wife Julia is a CPA.Rob and Julia care about their customers. That s what sets them apart from other businesses in the area. If you re looking for an honest, reliable mechanic this is the place.I highly encourage supporting this VETERAN owned family business. 10/10

Transmission line was leaking on my trip from St Louis to Jackson Ms. Stopped for fuel in Senatobia and noticed a puddle of fluid under the truck. Looked for the nearest shop and ended up at Lincks. Told the owner about my situation and he started in right away to get me back on the road. After a nice conversation and some helping hands the truck was up and running again. Awesome experience ! Would recommend ! Would send business his way any time. Don't have the words to explain how fortunate I was to find his shop.Service: Transmission

My Juke was sputtering and dying. Robert and the gang at Lunch Auto got my car up and running in no time. O2 sensor replaced and air/fuel mix fixed, my Juke is speeding along again. Great service. They even drive my car back to my house. A+++ service.

When one of our travel trailer's tires started smoking, Lincks was the closest repair shop. Robert obviously had lots of work going but he stopped to check out our tire. Turned out it was the brakes and he did a great job! An honest and genuinely caring mechanic is a huge blessing! Got us back on the road!

TRY HERE FIRST!! I called every shop in town needing a quick job was traveling through nobody would do it. this man came out fixed my breaks in the parking lot was super nice quick less than a hour and very reasonable on price Link is a honest hard working man his employees were amazing everyone their treated each other with respect. Was a great environment thanks Link HOOAH!!! Wish i could leave 10 stars.Service: Brake service & repair

This was my first time doing business with Linck s and I will definitely be back. Great people to do business with and very knowledgeable. I knew when he told me he was formally a guard for the tomb of the unknown soldier I wouldn t be coming back because something was done incorrectly! 10/10 would recommend using them for your mechanic needs.Service: Tires

Had a scary moment yesterday. Pulled my car key out of my ignition before realizing that didnt turn off the engine! I got referred to Linck's to help fix it, since I thought it was a problem with the ignition.Front desk is super nice, Mrs. Lincks is a woman with so much personality, and so many stories to tell. It made me feel right at home and calmed me down after being a little shell-shocked and anxious about my truck not wanting to shut off.Mr. Lincks himself was awesome too! Was up front about the problem, and explained it thoroughly when I asked him about it. Turns out it wasn't the igniton, it was another part that had snapped in the steering column. He fought hell and high water to find me the right kind of new column, and when he couldn't this man worked over the old one with new parts and got it done in just a day and a half! This morning I get a call that it's done and tested, works fine now! I'm super satisfied with the repairs.Great, fast service, wonderful people and amazing support from the local businesses.

I can't say how the overall work is because I haven't seen my vehicle moved in almost 4 months. Still parked in the same spot. I have to call them for updates throughout this time. Yet and still it's always a different excuse as far as why my vehicle hasn't been fixed. You would expect good service in a timely manner because of what they charge but sadly no. Nice people but signs of unprofessional definitely.

Excellent customer service! My boyfriend s car overheated during an 8 hour drive and Robert got us in right away and even stayed after hours to make sure we were able to get back on the road. He also took the time to make sure we understood the problem and checked in on us the following day to make sure things we re running smoothly. Linck s made a bad situation much more manageable and tolerable :)

Can't recommend Lincks Auto highly enough, wish I could give 6 stars. Robert's a good man, not to mention a decorated veteran; really knows what he's doing, got a skilled crew and the office manager is a super cool lady. I was traveling across country and happened to blow a radiator. It was a Saturday morning, and I didn t have much hope for anyone to be open.My truck and travel trailer limped in to the parking lot. At the door, I was greeted buy a very friendly lab. Robert took about 20 minutes to diagnose the problem and re-search the parts, and told me he could get me out of there that day.Everyone working there was friendly and focused. I was back on the road by mid afternoon.These guys were awesome! Send your car problems there, and take a few minutes to pet the lab at the door.

My Grandson's wheel fell off his car as he turned into a parking lot. Robert and Lynette and the entire staff were so friendly and honest about the work that need to be done and after the repair was made and they test drove the vehicle they suggested additional repair to the other side. I really felt tike they were looking out for HIS safety rather than another sale. Ms. Lynette said she was extremely worried about him driving it and having an accident :) Family style service! We were traveling through and suddenly had a scraping noise. They pulled the car right in and took care of the issue. As we were out of town we also had our dog. They allowed her to stay in and play with their own dogs. They also found a few other issues that had been overlooked by my usual mechanic. Would definitely recommend. Thank you all so much for the hard work and getting us back on the road as quick as you did.

Amazing service!!!My wife and I had some work done to her car at a local repair shop. When we picked the car up, it still had major problems. As soon as we got home, we talked it over and decided to take it to Linck's, as the last place we took it to had a very high turnaround time.Please give Linck's a shot at repairing your car FIRST!!! They are the most thorough auto repair shop we have ever seen in our lives. Also, the amount of professionalism demonstrated by this team was out of this world. All of the good things we have heard and read in the past do not do these guys justice. These guys are amazing. We had constant correspondence every step of the way. Also, they found us the best deals on parts available and labor costs were more than fair with a very rapid turnaround time, especially considering all the work this crew put into our car.As long as these guys are turning wrenches, we will be dealing with them exclusively for any and all car repairs and maintenance needs we will need in the future.PLEASE make Linck's your first choice! Where do I start this shop is great the guys are great. Me and my boys were headed to Kosciusko MS from MI to see my Dad for Father s Day when my truck quit on me at the gas station about a mile down the street. I googled a shop and Lincks popped up so I called explained what was was wrong he said don t worry I got you. Took me my boys and my truck to his shop and went straight to work on my truck mind you they close at 6pm and they worked to around 8pm without finding what was wrong now I m thinking I have to find somewhere for my boys to stay. This guy and his friend let me use there truck to finish the 109 miles I had left of my trip and he said don t worry we will get it fixed for you. Make a long story short I showed back up a few days early he told me it was not ready but he would have it ready before I was to return to MI and true to his word he had my truck up and running Sunday the day I was to leave working on it way past business hours. Not only that texted me to see had me and my boys made it back to MI with out anymore problems. Now that s what I call service I would recommend this guy and his shop to anyone. The best part is he did not know me and I did not know him is what makes this shop great. Warriors Frist!!!! From one Vet to another thank you Sir.

What a great experience! How often do you find an auto repair business that charges what YOU think is fair, and doesn't try to "up sell" you anything? I think it has been about 20 years for me! Links Auto is now my "go to" repair shop. For a change, I actually felt great about picking up my vehicle after repairs.

On my way from New Orleans to Chicago and had transmission issues. Went to autozone who then recommended me to Robert. Robert spent two days and every available resource at his disposal to get me back in the road. Refused to go the easy route and with all the work he did I feel like he immensely undercharged me. The staff there was polite, quick working, and very empathetic. I'd consider the 600 mile drive just to have him check out my car in the future. Also, Linck's has the best greeter around. Cooper kept me company the whole time I was at the shop.
