Many thanks to the gentleman at Gateway tire both in Hernando for finding tires my size, but mostly to Senatobia for replacing tires with no hassle, and relieving tension from what had started off as an extremely stressful day.

A friend of my son's came to Memphis, from Louisiana, to visit. On the way up here, someone side wiped her car, did a lot of damage to the exterior, and bent the axles, and popped a tire, among other things. She was stuck on the side of the interstate, putting the donut on the car, and crying - mid-panic attack, because shes in a strange place, and terrified of the semis blowing past her. So, she called another Gateway first, and told them everything that happened, but they couldn't help her, cause they only work on diesels at that location. So, they sent her to the Wilson Rd location, and she went in and asked for whoever it was they told her to ask for. They fixed everything for her, and when she went to pay, they had already taken care of it for her!!! I am floored at the kindness they showed her!! People simply don't do stuff like that anymore, and that's so sad!! Always lead with kindness, because you never know what someone may be going through. Faith in humanity restored!!! Thank you guys for taking care of my girl!! Keep up the great work!! Just, amazing...

Don t go here ever! Go somewhere else! A bunch of liars here. Somehow BOTH of my brake rotors magically locked up in their parking lot and the whole front brake system had to be replaced! $1200 when all it really needed was new brake pads and a wheel bearing!!!

Got oil change today requested Che k tire press indicates on.after service indicates still on.indicater sensor good no codes are on after cool weather.how do I know they did anything else correct

Mr. Chuck, Tyler or Bryan are hands down the best people to contact for your services. When I call and talk to either one of them the job gets done and done right. I love taking my vehicle to them because they are the best. Every vehicle I ve had I ll call Mr. Chuck and he makes sure to answer all my questions and is very helpful all the guys there are amazing! Thanks to them all!

I was charged for a service that didn't fix the issue I was having with my vechile. Being genuine and showing some integrity towards your customers goes a long way. I would've been fine paying a inspection fee or something for them taking the time out to access the problem and providing knowledgeable information. I went to different tire shop who broke everything down to me where it was perfectly understood. So instead of getting $1400, Gateway only received $80 and lost a future customer in the process. I'll pay for that life lesson but never will I recommend nor shop with them again.

I have never tried Gateway before. I called a few places, but nobody had my tires in stock. I pulled into Gateway at 11:00 AM on a Saturday and figured i would have no luck because they closed at noon. Not only did they have my size tires they had the job done in less than an hour. The staff was exceptional as well as the quality of work. They have gained my trust for sure.

Seem every other review is a mixed bag as is mine. I was getting a simple oil change and 2 hrs. later I would just deal with the roulette wheel of Wal-Mart. If I have mechanics who don't have something to do or don't know how to do a simple oil change they should not be working. I was giving the hometown Gateway a try but like all other locations if there is a way to charge something else or suggest something else we get it when we can. I know it busy but there should be an up tick in productivity. Also it makes you uneasy when 2 other peoples vehicles experienced problems while I waited. 1 a sensor and the other a plug not plugged back in.

I use them sometimes, I've had a mixed bag of good & not-so-good. They replaced a tire for me once & did a great job. A not-so-good is when I recently had a nail in my tire and they got it out, patched it. A week later, I was routinely checking my tire pressure before driving 5 hours and that tire had 50 psi, and it should normally hold 32 psi. So they're alright, just watch out for stuff like that

I highly recommend this tire center. My daughter and I were traveling and my low tire pressure light came on. We exited off the interstate and put air in the tire but it was going low. We pulled in at Gateway Tire and they were on it. They patched the tire for me in less than 30 minutes. They didn't even charge me. They were so helpful and courteous. Thanks so much again!

They worked me in quickly and responded to every request. The only thing holding me back from five stars is that I purchased two tires, as my front two were worn. They automatically were just going to put the two new ones on the front again, which is a bit of a no-no . When I asked about it, the salesmen remained passive about it kind of saying it was my choice they were just doing exactly what I asked, which was the replace the front two. Which I guess is fair enough, but I entrusted my car to professionals that I hope would guide me in making the best decision. Never the less they gladly did as I asked, and made the switch.

My husband took his truck to get the brakes fixed and they tried charging him 900. Well my husband decided we were just going to take it to our local mechanic instead because it would be cheaper. When he went to pick it up, his truck would not drive anymore. They blamed it on it was about to mess up soon anyway. The truck was perfectly fine before that, just needed a routine brake change. So my husband had to get it towed to the mechanic. They took no responsibility whatsoever and then to top it off they tried to sell him tires!! After they ruined his truck an did not do anything about it they had the audacity to try to sell tires at a low price.

I just left the store and was told that they ONLY do tires, oil changes and wiper blades. No other services are available in Senatobia. I needed plugs, wires, and a belt change. Looking like Firestone will be getting my money.

I had some issues with my steering wheel shaking once I past 70 Mph. But I got 2 new tires and an elighment done for 400.00 dollars. And it couldn't ride any better now. So very grateful.

Oh man these guys saved me!! Headed south from Memphis when my enclosed trailer blew a tire, had to limp for 15 minutes to get there just before they closed and they attended me with awesome service, recommended better tires for my needs which having to travel all around the US for work i didn t hesitate to buy. I m not from the area but I m grateful these guys helped me out, from the desk to the guys installing, they were the coolest people

They handle business here. No BS assessment and suggestions. They aren't as cheap as other places but they guarantee their work and it's top notch. Robbie is always happy to help and take care of me and my family when we're there.

Had a tire emergency. . Called and stopped by EARLY morning soon after they opened. Stopped by, service man showed me my options ( 2 tires). Picked one and car went right in. 30 minutes later, tech finished tire... could figure out how to store spare, jack or Lug wrench, but ..I was happy it was done. Thank you guys

I have always used Gateway in senatobia for almost all of my automotive needs but after this weekend I am not sure that will be the case. It seems since they have had their last change in management their service has suffered. I arrived like normal to drop off a company vehicle to get the oil changed and was told they were not changing oil today but I could come back Monday. The reason I get oil changed on Saturdays is I need the vehicle for business on Monday through Friday. I have been seeing this business go down hill and the we are not changing oil episode sort of surprised me.

Woke up with a flat tire this morning, put enough air in it to get up to Gateway in Senatobia. They fixed my flat & got me back on the road pretty quickly. Friendly customer service, been doing business there for several years.

Don t waste your time. Go somewhere else. My husband went for a simple oil change. They accused the person who gave my husband his last oil change that they doctored the oil plug, which happened to be Homer Skelton Ford. They lost his oil plug and tried to blame it on somebody else. So instead of them owning up to it, they pushed his car in the parking lot. It can t be driven because it can t hold oil now. How hard is it to run to OReily to get a replacement plug? Or even own up to it? We had to tow our car to Homer Skelton Ford where they repaired everything and gave us an oil change for free and even reimbursed us for the tow. Now Gateway needs to take customer service skill lessons from Homer Skelton Ford.

Be prepared to wait a few hours to have car serviced. Often times on a Saturday, they will be so back up, they will tell you that they cannot do everything you want done. The staff is always nice but I feel like just a number

I was there for 4 hours still didn't get everything done. When your mechanics stand around and do nothing, your customers suffer!! I will take my car to another Gateway. As I was told 3 hours at the most. No excuse for men standing around doing nothing.

Going home to Michigan; coming from Louisiana. Car was making a noise these men stopped what they were doing to make sure we were safely back onto the road. HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

My husband took his truck there for an alignment. They called him and told him his ball joints had to be replaced first. I guess they didn't know they had already been replaced. My neighbor had his ball joints replaced, took his truck to Gateway and they told him he had to have his ball joints replaced. My other neighbor took her car there. They told her she had to have all 4 ball joints replaced. She took it to the dealership and found out her car didn't have ball joints on the front. I won't be going back there for anything.

We have an RV repair shop and had a customer that needed a tire repaired. We walked in 30 minutes before they closed and was taken care of immediately and for less then $12 bucks. What a great experience!!!

They are a mechanic shop... but they won't do mechanic stuff.... told them what was wrong and how to fix it.... won't fix it.... hands down.. I'll take it to an old black man under a tree before I take it back to senatobia gateway

they must not pay their employees, I'm thinkin' this is why you almost never see the same employees if you decide to come back. Personally, the mechanics that I dealt with here were the worse to be found anywhere & in my lifetime & I'm 66 years old.

There are only a couple of guys that work here that have any idea what they are doing. Its a roll of the dice if you will get any work done correctly. I will not take anymore chances. Going somewhere else from now on..
