BEWARE!!!! Very unprofessional!!! Overcharged my mother ($325) to put a freaking belt on!! Just for her to have the same problem as soon as she picked it up, now he's charging her another $150 for a problem that he didn't fix. When I called to address the problem he hung up in my face. TERRIBLE, DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend!!

Franklin Wrecker towed my jet ski 13 miles off the interstate to their shop. They charged me $462.00. This seems absolutely outrageous for a 13 mile tow. It is a instance where they have your car and ad insult to injury by price gouging you with the tow bill that you have no other option but to pay whatever they charge. This is bad business and very inflated. This kind of pricing should not be allowed. Do not use this company.Service: Car towing

This man tried charging me 495 dollars for a Saturn ion that was towed on behalf of the Tate county sheriffs department. Then refused to let me get my property out of the car unless I brought him my title so he can have the car. I m not a fan of someone trying to kick a man while he is down. Every time I asked him anything about the car and I was being very respectful he would hang up on me. Very rude. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I sold a salvage car to Mr. Franklin, 6 years ago and a Mercedes last year. I got twice as much from him compared to other salvage yards. He is very friendly and honest.

typical back woods, country, uneducated, non-business savvy tow company, RIP OFF, stay away!!!! got the car towed, sent me an invoice with a date for one amount i went to pick it up and Frank charged me more than the written invoice stated and then wanted to argue that it didn't matter what his own invoice said it was what he was going to charge and if i didn't like it he would just keep the car there. i am going to the BBB and Mississippi State Tax Commissioner for this issue so this business understands their malpractice can not go unnoticed.

My motorhome broke down on interstate. Mr. Franklin came and rescued me. Very professional. A true southern gentleman. Highly recommend him and his services ! Thank You Mr Franklin

Very rude very unprofessional had alot of people in there working yet none could help me I had to wait on the main guy I did let a girl go in front of me she had questions and I needed a part he was very rude told her hw would not take on the job and blew her off I needed help getting the piece on my dash he said u can pay me I have to go if I had not need it I would have thrown it back at him no I will not go back there again i didn't wvn want to give 1 star

Not a good place for any of the services that he offers... Untimely, unorganized, and not capable of being a decent business person... With his lack of people skills... He make it hard to do business with him. I won't recommend his services to the Devil himself... He is awful!!!
