Just like everything else in senatobia, it s a waste of time and money going here. They probably won t have what you re looking for and they don t have any idea what you need. We went in and asked for a part and They gave us the wrong one so we took it back. We found it again online and it was in store so we bought it and went to pick it up. The cashier was very rude and gave us the wrong part again. Said he wished auto zone would stop doing online pickups. He gave us our part and guess what, it was wrong. Again. So once again we go in give them as much detail as we possibly can at this point and still the wrong part. If you want oil, it s fine but if you want any thing more then that don t do it. They have no clue what they are doing.

New update, went in to pick part, was told I would receive a10% discount and the clerk called a manager over, he was being rude and automatically told me not to give his guys a hard time, and I was being totally courteous and never said anything out of line. Manager pretty much got up in my face, I explained to him that I had done nothing out of line and he contiued on with his berating me. I damn near left the part sitting there. Filing a complaint with corporate on this one.

I came to visit my 84-year-old dad and do my laundry today. When I went to leave the laundromat my vehicle would not crank. My dad jumped me off and we went to AutoZone. I'm so thankful a young man named Stephen was the one that helped us. He went above and beyond to help us and he is very much a blessing and a great worker. If you're ever going to promote someone he'd be the one to promote. I will never forget it and I will come back to that store if I ever need anything from AutoZone.

Usually have a good selection of products. I have the rewards card which is good. One time $20 was taken off of my order when I used my rewards card.

I have done a lot of business with this AutoZone store over the years, but today I have darkened their door for the last time. My 2 daughter's school band is having a wrestling show fundraiser, in a few weeks, and a car show fundraiser later this year, so I stopped in at asked the manager about placing a flyer in their front window, as I have at " other" parts stores in town, and was told NO. Just NO, so I won't support a business that doesn't support our community.

Staff was amazing. They helped diagnose the problem, and quickly found the parts we needed. They were also kind to the kids in my car, which went a long way towards making us feel welcome.

Greetings were pleasant and the parts were on the shelves not only on the computer screen. It's an ugly customer service habit to look on the computer and say yes we have this part or that part. And after you drive 30 or so the parts are not on the shelves. Makes me want to shop online and I'm not an online shopper.

Sad to say a classic example of a poorly run store due to manager. She clearly cannot be bothered to stay off her phone long enough to provide assistance to Autozone customers. The store has all the products needed for car repairs but none of that matters when customers are made to feel like they are not valued. Go somewhere else!

Went in there because my engine light was on. The woman checked it and came back inside, printed it out, handed the paper to me and walked away. Never once trying to explain to me what it meant or what part I could buy to fix it. Rudest person I ve ever met in there. Drove across the street and got Oreillys to check it. They explained it to to me, and showed me the part I needed. Never will shop in Senatobia Autozone again.

Had warranty on an alternator I was replacing for family and they were great help, even charges the battery when I came back after installing the alternator.

Usually when you go to an auto parts store you're having a bad day because something's wrong with your car but with AutoZone it's always been a great experience and they've always been able to help me especially with what I need
