I purchased a new Jeep grand Cherokee at a different location but I used Woolwine for maintenance and etc. My ac went out and I had it fixed at Woolwine mind you the part they say has a two year warranty but I had to pay 831.29 (- $50 coupon I had)on a product that supposedly has a 2 year warranty and I had not had the vehicle 2 years (purchased new) I was charged 405.00 for labor on a job that took roughly 45 min to fix. I was charged 147.34 for them to tell me my line was leaking, the line it self was 32.99 and then the coolant was charged at 191.88, they also charged 15.30 for waste disposal on the ac that did not have the coolant in it and I brought the line home with me so they didn t have any waste to dispose of and I did ask about this I was told that was a mandatory charge! Having to pay that much on a product that should be under warranty is crazy!! Now I do believe that the price was unreasonable in my opinion but what makes me upset is I have always purchased Nissan and never had this problem with them and I will say when I purchase my next vehicle I will be back with Nissan products and yes I know nothing is perfect but really when you pay for a new vehicle you expect it to work probably when you do your routine maintenance at the dealership after all they are supposed to be trained for those specifications on the vehicle. And before I left the service guy was sure to ask me to give him a good review after I had concerns he did not help me with about warranty and such!

Super dealership to work with. So much so, that I flew down from WV to Jackson, MS where Greg Ogden picked me and drove me too Collins to finish the purchase of my slightly used F250 Diesel. Greg is a fantastic representative of Woolwine. Glad to have done business with everyone associated with this dealership.

Don't have enough good things to say about this business. Having to come from out of town, they were so very accommodating with making arrangements to make things easier. The service department was incredibly friendly, even took care great of my rare vehicle. I have found my new dealership of choice. Thank you for the great service!

I brought my Jeep for service and had a great experience. I met the New Operations Manager Tommy Moore and he was very charismatic. Wanted to please. I was so impressed I brought my husband back a few weeks later when he was home for a pass from his deployment in the Army. We left with a New Ram 1500 and traded in our Chevrolet Truck that was still under warranty. Mr Tommy and Victoria went above and beyond to get us the truck that we didn t even know we wanted. It was a smooth and seamless purchase. Not only did he exceed the trade in value offered. He sold us the Ram truck we fell in love with for a discount below what we expected. So happy with our purchase and I will drive from Petal to Collins for my service and future purchases from Woolwine CJR from now on. Thank you Victoria and Mr Tommy.

I bought a new 2018 dodge 3500 for my hotshot business. First trip out the rear end goes bad at 1300 miles. Week and a half later after I personally tow the vehicle back 6 hours to woolwine, they replace the bearings and said it was good to go. I asked Brian the service manager what caused the bearings to go bad and he and the tech had no idea. Go out for the second trip, 2600 miles roughly, the rear end goes out again. Dodge sent an engineer to examine the rear end and determined it was machined out of spec. 2 months later my new truck is still sitting around with the part on back order. Woolwine will not give me another truck to rent, nor will they trade for a different truck. I'm out of business and still trying to pay the note on a lemon truck. Woolwine's saying is "we will treat you like we would like to be treated". Mr. Woolwine, is this how you want to be treated?

3.17.22I took my 2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody in for Oil change. I am very obsessed with my Redeye and her maintenance. Blakeand the guys there at Woolwine DCJR made my experience very pleasant and convenient. I will be taking all of our Mopar vehicles to them. They made me feel like a real VIP.Thank you guys so much.

Had a very bad experience with pine belt motors in Hattiesburg twice.. Called and spoke with Ms Nancy here at Woolwine and she advised that if I got my truck to her, she would get it taken care of .. And she did just that!! I got my truck there thursday evening.. They had my truck ready for me on Monday morning... Very professional and helpful! Thanks Woolwine service department for taking care of your customers!!
