This location has some of the nicest people i have dealt with. Very home town feeling. This store has over 25,000 items and if they dont have it they will order it in. My wife is a welder/fabricator and they actually asked her fir her thoughts on their welding suppliea. They wanted her to tell them what items they should add or take away. They valued her opinion. I have never seen a store do that. These people are awesome. They know what customer service is. Kudos to ACE Hardware of Seminary Ms.

My first time in a ACE Hardware store tha had employees that where very helpful but had Absolutely no actual experience in any of the trades

Store is small staff is more interested in talking to each other than help a customer. And the Manger just sits in a chair with her shoes off talking and telling people wglhat to do. Will not be going back and advise people to avoid this place

I was replacing a blower motor in an A/C unit, from a four speed to a three speed, the wiring was different and I needed a plug to adapt from a four to a three wire, long story short, Ace hardware didn't carry the part I needed, as I expected, but it didn't cost anything to check.

I had a need while traveling and found them online. Full service Ace hardware store. Friendly people. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with a may I help you. I'm not sure we will ever be back to the store but I would recommend them.

Red carpet service ! Nice smiles with my services . As a women I truly appreciate them asking if I need help . Load my truck ,open my door ,answer my questions, if I need delivery serviceit is available. Everyone works together to give A plus service. I received help for my ladder, fire logs, and dimmable light bulbs .Thanks so much for all you do.

Right when I walked in a cashier greeted me, I asked her where an item was and with no hesitation she told me what ile, on the the left right after the chains. Well with her directions o went right to what I needed.. I get to the checkout she's very nice very educated about the store an get community.. she made it worth paying an outrageous price for such an item. Customer Service that store gets a 100

It's great to finally have a well stocked hardware store locally. On all projects there is always some small thing that stops progress. Now I can get what I need in a few minutes rather than having to go to the big box stores in Hattiesburg. They are super helpful and friendly and reflect that hometown feeling.

The helpfulness of the staff is incredible. I come in all the time buying supplies for my company and they all know me. It s easy for them to get complacent in an environment like that. Nope! They still offer to help me find everything I need which make my shops VERY quick verses having to dig for what I need. I love this store!
