Top notch service from Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi.Even though my Dad and I came from five hours away, we were treated like members of the community. Representatives Chris, Sean, and Haley were eager and hospitable throughout the entire buying process. In less than 60 minutes we were back on the road!100% satisfied with our new vehicle. If you are considering purchasing a new or used car, Barnes Crossing is the way to go. They are worth the trip whether it s several hours or just a few minutes.Thank you to the staff!

Well I didn't do much but show up and sign paper work but my wife loved the experience. Cody Hopkins sold her a 2024 Outlander and she loves it. He asked me if I wanted to look at it and check it out and declined. I told him if she is happy with it so am I. We laughed and went and signed the papers.I would highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase. I can't speak for the other guys there but I can say Mr. Hopkins did a great job.

I was impressed with how friendly everyone was at the dealership. My intention was to look at and see if there was anything I was interested in and come back the next month to leave a down payment then. I was convinced that it was time to give up my truck and purchase a new to me car. The whole process was excellent. Mr. Morgan was the best!!! You have the greatest staff possible. If ihave any friends that's looking into buying I will recommend you guys first. Again thanks for the sale.

I called Cody at Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi told him want I wanted, we did the deal over the phone. We signed papers that evening. The easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. Outstanding from sales to finance! 6 stars if I could give them. We were treated like royalty!

I would like to say thank you to Kendrick Vaughn for making my car buying experience effortless. I shared with him my price point and the makes I liked and he found what I was looking for. He addressed all of my concerns throughout the process and he even had the car delivered to my home for a seamless transaction. Not only did he gain my trust, but he took pride in demonstrating and providing the best customer service possible. Everyone made you feel welcome and they were very helpful. I like going to a place where they will talk to you and answer questions and not be too pushy. Cody was a great salesman and I would love to deal with him in the future. I appreciate all of the help from Hailey, Josh, Cody, and the finance manager. They have a good team of people here that want to help get people the car they want.

From the beginning, everyone communicated every detail needed. I specifically got to work with Chris who made sure that I knew that he was there to help. He continued to update me on new information coming in and constantly made sure I was happy with my decision. Chris had my best interest in mind which makes him the perfect person to help you find a car. The hospitality of Chris and the Barnes Crossing team was amazing and I highly recommend shopping for a car here!

I highly recommend the management staff and Cody Gore the salesman. They made my entire experience great! Cody was so nice and helpful and answered any questions I had and if he wasn't sure he asked the GM Josh. They helped get me my favorite Outlander and I'm so happy with it! If you need a car go see Cody at Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi!!! If you need assistance with sales or have questions on car information call and talk to Hailey! She's amazing!
