Venable Glass did a great job replacing the front windshield of my wife's 2021 Chevy Tahoe. Luckily they had it in stock and had the job completed within a couple of hours on the same day.

Pluses: they're conveniently located. They've been doing it a long time, therefore, they have experience.Minuses. Their waiting area sucks. The TV is blaring and no one watches it. It's right next to the office area, so it's a very noisy place. Impossible to talk on the phone or get any work done.

In January 2024, the rear hatch window on our 2014 Toyota Sequoia shattered on the way home. Venable was able to get the glass replaced the next day, perfectly, and at a fraction of the dealer price. The staff was friendly and understanding.

I used to use them quite often. Do good work but the problem is the front office. One hand not knowing what the other is doing. Cost me alot of time. There's one lady there that's just plain rude.

Repair was quick. Receptionist Lisa was not the nicest to me. Talked over me and was not nice. She treated other races differently though. Will not be back because of the lack of customer service.

Great service and good location for Madison or Rankin counties. Waiting service about 2 hours. Very friendly staff too. Very hot in the office though!

I have had to use this service twice recently, and I was very pleased both times. They replaced my windshield first and then my sunroof, and each time they communicated clearly when the ordered glass was in. The office staff was very efficient and polite, and they had my insurance information already cleared in their computer. I chose to take a book and wait rather than leave and pick up later, and the work took about two hours each time. The waiting room was a bit stuffy and hot but not unbearable, by any means.

I have always received good service from Venable Glass, however, I am greatly disappointed that they raised their prices $10 on crack/chip repair which makes it seem like there is no more Nissan employee discount.

I was reluctant to come back here because of a bad customer service experience here years ago but this location is very convenient today so I gave it a shot. Best decision!!! I was quickly acknowledged when I walked in, the lady at the counter was quick and thorough, the technician promptly took my car back, and my cracked windshield was fixed in a matter of minutes. Great place Christian atmosphere , Replaced my Window shield so fast and professional I had to take a second look, to see did they really do the work. After I drove away the clear view was shocking. But yes Overall you can t go wrong by going to this place.

I had an appointment to have my windshield replaced, and even called the day before to confirm but the morning of the appointment after showing up and waiting an hour I was told that my windshield had been sent back. I do not recommend this company.

The 4 ladies up front were incredibly helpful and you can tell they bust their butts everyday to provide great service. They are working with a limited crew but they still give it 110%. It took a little time to get my vehicle back BUT they set accurate expectations that it may take a little while. It was a easy process and i will use them againService: Auto windshield replacement

Venable Glass Service was recommended by dealership my daughter purchased her Jeep from. We have never used this business service. I highly recommend Venable Glass. Their staff are super friendly and professional. We were assigned technician David. When I tell you he was professional. He takes his quality of work serious and was very thorough with resolving our windshield problem. We ran into an issue and he was on top of it. Took care of with no hassle. We had an appointment. Brought vehicle in and the service was FAST!!!!!! Quality work. If you are looking for auto windshield repairs or replacement Venable Glass on 51 in Ridgeland is where to go!!! Called location, they instantly put me on hold, came back and asked what they could help with, I told the lady I was looking for commercial glass felt. She attempted to put me on hold, but hung up on me. I called back and asked again, got put on hold as soon as she answered, when she came back i stated she hung up o me and she began to argue with me, she then transfered me to Jason's voice mail, I left a message and never got a reply from him either.It became quite apparent to me that they didn't need my business!I will never shop here again.

I would not recommend this company I wanted 30 days on a Glass 1st glass came in to small waited 2 more weeks and finally the glass came. The guy came out to install the glass and broke the glass in my front yard and just left it there SO RUDE this company did not stand behind there name NOR DID ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT I will Never use this company again

They were fast and did a good job but they didn't clean any of the broken glass or pull off all the tape we used to patch it up. Cleaning up the broken glass would be a good improvement for them

My son had his windshield replaced in the Ridgeland shop and technician lost the retaining nut and cap for front windshield wiper arm. He was told they would order but they did not. We have always been happy with Venable in the past but the customer service with this incident is subpar. As a business you should never make a mistake become an issue for the customer and create additional costs for them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The mirror is excellent quality and they cut the mirror to my specifications. My only issue was turn around time. I spoke to a mgr about it and no consolation for holding up on my project. Only said that they were busy. So am I, but at least they could offer a discount for the wait.

They messed up box on windshield. Took it back to be recalibrate. Then next month I noticed Onstar wasn't working. They said the hardware was gone? Was it take out or just nor recalibrate correctly??Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement
