These dudes quoted me, scedhuled me, ghosted me, apologize, rescheduled, ghosted again, apologized, ghosted again... and then hung up in my face after i asked "why not just tell me you can't or won't do my car" as calmly as you can say it lol.... I can't give you a review on their work because... obvious reasons lol. I let it play out for those weeks because they had the most affordable option but it was just a big waste of time. There was nothing professional about "professional glass"I see their best reviews came a while ago...maybe they were better then.

Repeat customer and another job well done. Harry is so kind and easy to work with on scheduling. Always genuinely thanks me for my business. Phillip is super easy going and truly just wants the customer to be happy with the work. Their pricing is also so much more reasonable than the big name glass vendors around. Professional Glass was just that PROFESSIONAL. I called them at 8 in the morning and they were in my work parking lot fixing my windshield by 10 30. Mr. Gregory came to my job to repair my windshield. He called before to let me know that he was on his way. It took him less than 15 mins to repair a couple of cracks. I had a small crack in the windshield, and called for a quote from other places (Safelite) and it was ridiculously high, but I called Professional glass and they gave me a fair price, and they even drove out to my work to fix the crack at no charge! Neil was my serviceman, and him and his partner were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield repair

From the initial call, to completion . All the guys at Professional Glass are punctual,courteous, and pay great attention to detail. I have used them for my personal vehicles as well as company vehicles. I highly recommend,the name is spot on!! If you want it done right and on time definitely call the pros at Professional Glass.
