We had another tremendous experience at Patty Peck Honda. Doug Smith at Patty Pecks makes buying a car easy and pleasant. There are no unpleasant surprises. Doug knows the Honda line so well that it really helps us choose the vehicle that s just right for us. He treats us respectfully and courteously, and he does what he tells you he will do. We also appreciate the assistance we received from Herbert Burns during our purchase. Herbert was so kind, patient, and personable. Patty Peck s service department is also a breath of fresh air. We feel at ease and completely confident in the way we re treated at Patty Peck-both in sales and in service. We trust Patty Peck Honda and will definitely be returning to them the next time our family needs a vehicle.

I called and made an appointment to view an auto that was on the website. I spoke with Christopher Ayers and set it up. He was so polite and professional! He was prepared with the car fax, all the pertinent information and answered every question! I can say this was the most pleasant and stress free experience I ve ever had when buying an automobile. I highly recommend Patty Peck and most especially Christopher! Both were so far above my expectations, I will definitely use Patty Peck again and hope the absolute best for Christopher- ask for him. You will be very pleased, I know I am!

I had a wonderful experience with Patry Peck Honda. Anthony Brown was our sale representative that really took care of me. He made sure I understood all the paperwork, explained how the process worked, and went beyond to make me feel comfortable on the test drive and when purchasing. I am so grateful for the hospitality shown from all parties. Thanks and enjoying my retirement ride.

Patty Peck Honda has definitely earned a new supporter in me.. Tony Leach and Victor Jordon who were sales personnel that I had the pleasure of dealing with went above and beyond the word of customer service... it was TOTAL SERVICE. They made the most tedious and frustrating time of my life this year the most comforting which lead me to understanding and making the best decision for me (Stephen/Steve Wright of the finance team also was A1 in this process). I can't say enough about my experience which led to me not wanting to purchase anywhere else. I am proud to be a part of the Honda family and look forward to the future partnerships with this amazing team! THANK YOU!

I just purchased my first Honda vehicle (a 2024 Ridgeline) and couldn t be more pleased with the Patty Peck dealership. Doug Smith was my sales consultant and he was amazing in all aspects including before and after my purchase. His efforts to obtain the best possible price on my new Ridgeline were especially noteworthy and very much appreciated. Also, Josh Dillon was very helpful in handling all the financial paperwork necessary to finalize the purchase of my new Ridgeline including the trade in of my existing SUV.

Very friendly staff at Patty Peck Honda! Our salesman Smoking Joe went above and beyond to meet our needs. Joe kept me updated daily until my SUV arrived and I really appreciated that. Robert Mack was super nice and professional in handling our finances. Highly recommend!!

The customer service and salesmanship was Great. Adam Washington was diligent and determined to help our family to get the vehicle that we need. I ve bought several cars in my 73 years. Thanks to Emily Howard this purchase was, by far, the easiest, least stressful and most enjoyable one. She is friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about the cars. If you re looking to buy an auto I would recommend talking with Emily.I had been considering another brand but after test driving the Honda Pilot Touring quickly changed my mind and made the purchase. We made a trip to South Louisiana the weekend and enjoyed the smooth quiet ride. Great Patty Peck warranty great SUV.

The Patty Peck team I worked with - Anthony Brown, Lotoya George, Robert Mack, and Stephen Wright - made my experience smooth and seamless. Not to mention, they were extremely patient with me during the process and allowed me to take the time I need to purchase my 2024 Honda Passport. One of the major selling points for me was the Lifetime Warranty that only Patty Peck offers - specifically on the transmission.

If you are looking for a good car buying experience....see Honda Herb at Patty Peck Honda in Ridgeland! We drove away very happy in a great car! Herb made our search easy and he READILY knew ALL the info and details on every vehicle we asked about. Test driving was a breeze and he walked us through the purchase paperwork easily and we drove our new car home with smiles on our faces! Honda Herb...Patty Peck Honda Ridgeland...dont forget that name!

I recently helped my elderly mother-in-law with deciding what she wanted to do with her Honda CRV where the lease was ending. About 3 months before the lease ended, Ana Poloma at Patty Peck reached out to us to see if we wanted or needed any help with the process. She indicated that sometimes things take a little time to decide what to do and wanted to help with whether to buy the current CRV or get a new lease. We had so many questions and after working with Ana several, we felt like we were working with a friend, not just a salesperson. My mother-in-law, my wife, and I had a great experience working with Ana and Patty Peck. We highly recommend Ana and Patty Peck for anyone looking for a vehicle to buy or lease.

Best dealership I had the pressure of dealing with. I looked all over for a 2023 Civic Type R and Jason Leonberger was able to get me the best deal around for one. Would gladly buy another car in the future from Patty Peck Honda. Make sure to give Jason Leonberger a call.

I bought a new CR-V through salesman Don Lee and he was great to work with! He did an excellent job communicating with me and giving me updates throughout the entire process. He also spent time to show me all of the features of my new car and helped me customize my settings before driving it off the lot. Don made buying a car an enjoyable experience and I am very pleased with my new CR-V!
