Went to get a loaner tool for a project. The Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The store seemed busy yet i read in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Great jobs yall.

I went to this store to get a part and they have the best salesman there. He had a great conversation with me. He made sure I got the right part. It was raining and he told me to be safe. He was super nice it's the O'REILLY in Ridgeland by the Family Dollar you get great service and I think his name was Christopher if I need anything else I will go to them in a heart beat great store to shop for auto parts.

Called asking about a part that was listed on the website. They didn t have it in stock, but offered to get one shipped over from another location in the metro area and have it ready first thing the next morning. Service at the counter when I went to pick up my order was friendly and prompt. This place is managed well.

Went to get battery tested. Their machine wouldn't work; so, one employee went inside to get another employee to look at the machine. Well, they both decided they'd stay in the store until they'd checked out every single person that showed up after I did. So, I just waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes sitting there with their broken machine. I tried to use it myself since I had so much time on my hands. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

O'Reilly Auto Parts has a great and friendly staff. Great customer service. The location is great and parking is excellent. The great thing about O'Reilly is they have enough staff to help you and you don't have to wait about 15 minutes like at AutoZone.

Called to find out what car batteries were in stock. Sales associate didn't know difference between a regular (aka flooded) battery and an AGM (absorbed glass mat) battery. Tried talking him through it hoping he was just unfamiliar with the terminology but no dice. Ended up going down the road to auto zone. I'm sure they're as good as any other auto zone but it's difficult to get them above three stars when I wasn't able to confirm whether or not a battery type was in stock.

Friendly staff who are always willing to help and go the extra mile to help a customer. I've been here several times and continually see the same level of service from multiple sales associates.

On 3/10/19 a sunday i entered looking for an allen wrenching around 1pm but didn't know the correct size so i brought the part and i soon was approached by a young white worker asking could he help, after finding the part he would not put it back in its place but instead held it and as i continued looking for another wrench of that size in a single took that wrench set and put it UNDER the counter as if i were going to steal/use it or something me being a black guy. I love tools and i told him that and i wanted it bc i did not have that size? I was very very very offended and even though it's in a convenient location for me i am NO longer partronizing it and i found a single wrench down the street at a good price. Thanks for reading.

I really don't know anything about automotive parts but the staff at O'Reilly's sure make it seem pretty easy. If they don't have a part in stock that you need they will be more than happy to order it for you.

After employee got smart and walked away from me at Advance Auto, went down to O'Reilly and had EXCELLENT Customer Service. I will be making O'Reilly my store for ALL of my car care needs and the prices are cheaper than Advance Auto Thank you O'Reilly for making me feel like a customer

The customer service at this location is the best of all parts houses in the area. They go out of their way to get the part you need. If they don't have the part in the store, which is rare, they can usually get it for you within a couple of days.

I purchased a battery. The sales representative instructed me on the best battery for my car. He installed the battery and cleaned my battery posts and cables. He was very professional and helpful.

Horrible customer service! They don't want to do anything to help in their , just cashout people. Autozone is just a little further down the street and they are amazing. Autozone goes above and beyond. I don't know why O'Reilly is still even open they are horrible.

Went to go return a starter after I was told the one we had was bad. The one we had may have been bad, but the motor on the car was locked up. Took me a week to diagnose and these jackasses are acting like I m trying to get money back on a used part cause of one grease handprint on the body of the starter. Save some time and avoid these incompetent jack wagons. Go to autozone like I will be from here on out. What a joke

I had to get a new battery in the POURING DOWN RAIN! Benjamin was awesome! He stood in the rain and replaced my battery. A great employee!
