Michael & his mechanics were extra excellent at giving me a home-town experience while I was traveling out of town on business and needed my repair completed to get me back on the road in business by saving me over 5,000$ in unnecessary repairs from my Volkwagen dealership to replace one hose for coolant after hitting a raccoon disabled my radiator

Brought my little car in for an oil change, these guys discovered something a little damaged underneath and not only took care of that and the oil change promptly, but were all very knowledgeable and professional about it all. Very cost efficient, especially for the services and customer care provided. This is my new mechanic moving forward for sure.

Midas in Ridgeland has been my go to car repair center for over 15 years. Michael is very attentive to his customers and is honest in the repairs even telling you when you don t yet have to do a repair. I ve referred several friends to him and they all have had good experiences. Can t recommend this location highly enough.

Midas gives amazing customer satisfaction and they do very honest work.They are very straightforward on whatever the problem is! Michael, Tony, and the other mechanics at the shop work very hard to deliver amazing service and to get you on the road as fast as possible! Every time I have a problem or even need some type of service, I send my vehicles to Midas! If you need your vehicle fixed at a reasonable price, this is the place to go! After taking my Volkswagen Cabriolet to the dealership several times, I was unable to get the overheating and idling issues corrected. The mechanics at Midas took the time to investigate the problem, instead of simply installing new parts. Midas got my old VW back on the road.

They have no idea how to fix my truck. They did the exact same thing I told them I did. Check engine light was still on when I picked up my truck and it was still having the same problem. They had it for 10 day..would not recommend them at all...

Michael and team have been servicing my daughter's car for the last couple of years. She was new in town and had an automotive emergency. They have treated her fairly and have done quality work. I have a high degree of confidence in their integrity. Thanks guys.

I depend on the Garletts family to take care of me on the road and give me the best price for the work done on my car and truck. I have never been disappointed!! Every employee is courteous and most accommodating of my time and schedule.

These guys did a geat job. They got us in and out on short notice. They were very knowledgable about my vehicles issue and even call the next day to make sure I was happy and that everything was operating correctly. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back.

Mr Gartletts, Michael and their crew are the best. They are the only ones I let work on my vehicles. Very fair and trustworthy, which I ve found is hard to come by industry wide. I even get follow up phone calls on the work they did!! Unheard of!! Thanks guys

Great and Fair Mechanics. The Owner Mike is very fair and will be upfront and honest. The location is decent but could used and upgrade as for parking and seating.Overall a great place to take your vehicle for work to be done.

Things have definitely changed, along with prices. We(little people) don't get paid enough to pay inflated car repair fees. First rent, food now this. What can you do, you need a car to get around.

My experience with Michael was negative from the start. I requested help with regard to a repair for which I had the part. Plus i wanted his team to do an oil change. He started giving reasons for refusing to install the part for which i understood re: warranty concerns. He reluctantly schedules me for 12 noon for his team to take a look . i called and requested a move to 12:30 and he goes negative, , no, we are swamped . First, I said Ok. Then after thoughtful consideration, I cancelled all together. This is why Amazon and others drive toward automation with service. As a Veteran I felt disrespect and disregard. Thanks but, no thanks! These guys (Michael) are good...gave me a best/worse case price estimate on work, w/$150 difference between high/low. Price came in @ $4.29 over the low, including tax...took it back next day for a noise ???, hey racked it up & took care of it immediately...btw, this is on a 15 year old Chev. I'll go back here!

I've been taking my cars there for years. They always do an excellent job. I strongly recommend and would not take my vehicle's to any other place!
