10/10 would recommend using this company!! The owner is very kind, efficient and within 2 hours got to my vehicle WHILE I was at work saved me from having to go to a shop and wait for like 2 hours with a baby. I was shocked when I got to my car it looks like there wasn t even a chip in my windshield!! Saved me some serious money down the road. He even cleaned which I feel bad because I turned his rag black!! Oops! Gonna need some heavy laundry soap for that.. in all seriousness I highly recommend this company to anyone need auto glass repairs of any kind and if I could I would give them 10 stars!!

Personable and professional service. Replied quickly with quote and answered questions quickly. Upon arriving I could tell that Will was trustworthy and took pride in his work. I was comfortable leaving Will to complete my rear truck window as I did other chores. After installing he also explained a few solutions as he seen my headliner had old water stains on it. He was thorough from A to Z. Definitely will be a returning customer for my auto glass needs.

Will was quick to respond to my quote for possible service . Once I agreed to his terms of the price and time and date of the appointment, he kept me updated when he would be arriving even advising he would be a little earlier arriving . He did a great job explaining the product he would be installing and the potential for a problem getting the newly installed window to work. He then actually rectified that issue leaving me very satisfied with his work. In the future when windshield and car window needs arise I will be sure to give Will and Metro Glass LLC a call . Amazing job Will!!!!

Will repaired the 3 chips in my windshield in less than 20 minutes. He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I will definitely call Metro Glass LLC the next time I need a glass repair. I will also recommend them to anybody.

I can only say nice things about Will of Metro Glass LLC. He was very professional, on time, quick but no sloppy work, very friendly and has fair prices. I really enjoyed the mobile service. If you can't leave home he will come to you. This were my first time receiving services from this company. Trust me, I will use them again. I highly recommend their services to everyone. My back passenger window shattered on my way to work extremely early in the morning one of the repair men came out and repaired the window in no time. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I definitely recommend them!

Google removed my last review L for them. I consult for this business and am behind a lot of what goes on in the department of honesty and quality. I didn't leave this review until service was performed and verified for accuracy. I don't appreciate Google removing my review as it was both honest and insightful. Everything mentioned did happen, and it happens with all MetroGlassLLC customers. That is a guarantee. I spoke nothing about the character of the technician who installed my glass due to the potential biased nature of working closely together. The raw details about the service are exactly what I would say if any other autoglass business did a job similar to the one performed. So please take the time to read my actual review listed below: Service was rendered as expected. Hassle-free setup and process was done within an hour of beginning glass work. There's not much else to say other than the fact that it was nice I didn't have to drive anywhere.

Our experience with Metro Glass was phenomenal. Our technician showed up promptly to repair our rock chip and did a fantastic job. He was personable while he worked, but didn t waste time. Our repair has held through the hot summer months and has saved us money in the long run. We will definitely use Metro Glass again!
