If you re looking for a vehicle, please go to Becky Young !! She was very patient with me.!! She was also quick with the paper work!! If I was to buy another vehicle, I would be coming back to her !! She provided excellent customer service & made sure we were comfortable!! Theres a-lot I can say about this lady! She s the best & will make you feel welcomed !!

Was on the way to hometown of Monroe Louisiana from Villa Rica Georgia when my 2022 GLE with less than 10K miles suddenly began to shake, lose power and slow on the highway. I exited the highway and called the nearest dealer to inquire about their availability to pull whatever code and troubleshoot the issue. Katrina in the service department listened to my explanation and immediately gave me the stock, party-line response to what CLEARLY is an issue with the W167 platform. She implied that I was at fault by stating You didn t put your fuel cap on right. That s rather hard to do as it s a simple design that isn t threaded but rather fits into slots and requires only a half turn or so to FULLY lock into place; I ve done that since purchasing it in June 2023. Close your gas cap and you should be fine. I performed the task as instructed. The CEL remained but the stutter did not; I drove the final 119 miles to Monroe and went straight to AutoZone. They pulled the stored code which indicated a misfire on cylinder 4 due to either a bad plug, plug wire or a malfunctioning coil. Keep in mind that the vehicle has just crossed over 10K miles. If you ve paid some $70K for a luxury vehicle, the last thing you expect is to have wear and tear items fail within only 1/5th of the warranty period. Googling the symptoms resulted in a plethora of complaints about this very issue yet MBUSA has done nothing to remedy this. I m from Louisiana where folks say that If you do a good job, I ll tell someone. But if you do a bad job, I ll tell EVERYONE! This review is the start to that process. Next complaint will be to the FTC then to the NTSB and any other agency that will take action. THIS WILL BE MY - AND ANYONE ELSE OVER WHOM I HAVE THE SLIGHTEST INFLUENCE - LAST BENZ PURCHASE!!

Purchasing a car is not an experience many find to be stress free, much less enjoyable. Becky Young was our sales consultant for our recent purchase of our Mercedes EQS 450 and we were very thankful for the care and time she put into making the experience as smooth as possible for us. She took our time into account and had everything planned out and ready for us at each step leaving us feeling relaxed and in good hands. Any questions we had she answered with expertise and made us feel we were her top priority. We truly appreciate her and will return to see her for all future Mercedes purchases

They have the best customer service and the wait time for appointments has become way less which is amazing. You can trust the work quality! Michael Griffing always helps with my service visits and he s excellent and quick! Constance is the head of customer relations and she s so incredibly helpful and nice! 100% recommend.

Awful experience. My husband and I bought a comercial vehicle (financed) 2 months ago. The dealer with the justification of that we are out of state buyers had not provided us with the tittle/registration work. After a month of the purchase, the dealer said they processed the tittle work. We have been in 3 different DMV in our state and in each single one of them they ask for location or tracking number. Nobody at Mercedes Benz of Jackson answers our calls or emails. We have tried the sales agent, finance agent, and general manager. The operator is never sure if any of these staff members is at their respective office or when their are going to be. Maybe the next step should be throughout our lawyer.

Ordered a 2022 GLE in May and picked it up on Aug 8th. Pam was our salesperson. Painless, easy process. She kept us updated on the status of our build and provided the VIN as soon as it was assigned. Ours was built in Tuscaloosa, so pretty quick timeline considering the way things have been the last couple years. We financed through our own bank and it was a fairly easy process. The vehicle was inside on the showroom floor when we arrived. It was cleaned and in immaculate condition. We test drove it and looked it over thoroughly. Justin handled the paperwork. Justin is a great guy and I used to work with him years ago in Memphis. It was a welcome sight and made the process even more memorable. I can t say enough good things about the whole process. Also, as a side note, I took a look at their service center. It looked extremely clean and orderly, as did the whole dealership. Also, a shout out to the young lady who sat and went through everything about the operation of the vehicle. I think her name was Adara. Please forgive me if that s wrong or misspelled. She was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Pam and Justin.

Julie King, the service manager, was a HUGE help in getting an issue resolved for me. She went beyond what the average person would do to make sure my issue was taken care of, MB of Jackson should be proud of her for sure. Also my sales associate Keith Woodbury was fantastic in the purchase process, go see him!!!

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. I had to tow my 2008 550 SL from Louisville to the dealership for a new key as mine had been damaged. I also needed service A. Email correspondence seemed ok but when I showed up as planned, no one was "assigned" to me and I was treated more like an inconvenience. In fact I had to walk around for about 10 min to find someone to help me (its a Saturday. ) Once they identified me and my car, they confirmed they'd set up the key and all was in working order. They had me pay there although I'd sent a requisite ton of ID, car registration, and CC info prior to them ordering the key. They bring the car up, and say I'm good to go. I thought they were to ensure all was working. The keyless go function did not work. I had to wave the guy over to come and confirm. He took me back to service to confirm the right kind of key was ordered and it was. The service guy told me what I needed to do to diagnose the problem - I guess I was deputized as a Mercedes tech at that time. Uh, the car is right there and they're telling me I have to figure it out. I also noted that all sorts of warnings are lighting up - my ABS, ESP and check engine light are on. Isn't that what you take your car to the dealership for?! They told me I was good to go so I did and I experienced a pretty stressful ride home in the rain (the ABS and ESP make a big difference!) I pulled over and emailed Matthew, the person who coordinated things, and he said "how frustrating" and agreed to call me Monday. He never did. I'm still working to get my car fixed and I'll return to this review and update. Stay tuned.

This is truly one of the best dealerships I have ever encountered. Bought my Benz about 5 years ago. Service appointments go very smooth, they offer transportation if you don't want to stay in their waiting area (which is very nice). When the hot temps dropped, my tire indicator came on so I stopped in without appointment and they immediately checked the tires, added some air and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.

Simply put, the management of this entity results in a consumer nightmare. We are a car family owning primarily exotics. Now having 3 boys we decided to move from our 17 MBS550 cabriolet (nice but limited and divided rear seating) to a SUV. We decided on a G Class as and had specific color preferences. Our search for certified pre-owned led us to MBJ as one option.Upon initial contact they seemed eager to accommodate us as well as our trade. This was short lived offering us <10k back of trade value on our brand new car which was now some <70k less than the original 162k MSRP for a flawless low mile car. As we wanted a CPO G class we moved forward purchasing without a trade, signed the docs, wired the funds the next day and scheduled transport of the car.All seemed well until the truck was in route to pickup and then they refused release of our car citing "oh, you have to have signature notarized! None of the conditions were conveyed nor were conditional of purchase contractually nor verbally prior to our wiring funds. We buy allot of cars and never in 20 years has this been required. So we then had to cancel the carrier and wait for documents.But . . . the "overnighted" documents never came! Whats worse we found out they instead sent to a third party entity who actually contracts with individual notarys thus making it a 4th party having our PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL information. Can it get worse? Yes! they provided a tracking number to "prove" it was sent . . . the tracking number delivery address . . . in a well known dangerous gangland area of the city.Now nervous about our compromised personal information and the fact they had our 70k and not releasing our car we felt forced to take a 6am flight.Arriving 9am the staffs behavior is a clear and odd indication everyone was aware of our situation. Now the comedy of errors grows . . . The Certified PreOwned car with full inspection and service has a clunk in the sunroof mechanism, wheel tilt failure plus inop wipers and it s raining! No surprise really as the much of the service staff had head iPhone headsets in their ears and while waiting much of the sales staff were in a group playing with a camera/microphone iPhone attachment. So we wait for critical issues to be repaired (now remember this is a CPO car) . . . "we can't fix the sunroof it'll take 12 hours" we fixed the wipers (now crooked) and the tilt wheel (now failed again)Further still, the truck was supposed to be inside and wiped dry so we could inspect it. It wasn t, even though they had a days notice of our travel but we looked it over and it seemed consistent with disclosures.The GM then redirects stating im gonna have to put you in the box which seemed odd but we found it it meant to sign docs.Now the demand for notary is even more of a joke as the sales manager never even asks for ID! Of course trying to sweet talk chatter and then asks will you give us a positive survey ?! Finally after a few hours and had to put own tag on (in rain) depart for 5 hour drive back during which the tilt locks up again. Then when stopping for fuel it s evident the rear tire cover is badly scratched some 20 ! as the road grime now makes it visible where clean and in rain it was not. (Only a small scratch was disclosed). Then tail lamp fails because it s cracked! Water intrusion! Now, no response to several emails about damages, our title, the promised 250.00 of the 1k transport reimbursement promised nor the request for service records of what actually was done, if anything. And, then we get a spamcop Block Notification from the sales persons email! CPO car advertised as 5 year warranty (photo) is only 1 year in fine print, incur costs for new $2k tire cover, $200 tail lamp and we still have to send to RBM here for repairs to sunroof, wheel tilt and to have it serviced re this entities refusal of records. No call and no email replies whatsoever. . . Sound like they care about you? Nope, only up until they get the money locked in. Photos included herein

I generally do not write online reviews, but the outstanding service I received today from MB of Jackson deserves recognition. I live 90 miles from the dealership, and I had a service appointment for a minor recall. The lady who answered my call to verify the appointment, the man greeting and parking vehicles arriving for service, and service writer Montez all were courteous, helpful, and professional. I was in and out in 40 minutes. This is the way to treat your out-of-town customers.

2021 with only 30K miles and Ck Engine light on and they can not get me in for a month! Last oil change took 6 hours. Also have a windshield wiper fluid warning that has been on for a year they still will not resolve. Some warranty! Hope my car doesn't tear up before my appt in a month!! as usual, will be something outside the warranty.

My company scheduled a service for our sprinter van. We got to the appointment only to be notified the service had been cancelled. We didn t receive any prior notification the service cancelled. We have been calling the last 2 hours to reschedule only to be continually transferred to the service department who does not answer. We then tried telling the receptionist we can t get through to service. We were told we d be transferred directly to a person only to then have the phone ring with no answer. Still no response or apportionment set

The service department at this dealership has become such a huge disappointment. I ve been a 15 year customer and never experienced anything less than satisfactory from MB of Jackson. I ve been trying for over 3 months to get an appointment for a simple oil change. No replies to email requests, no phone calls returned and today while talking to Michael he made it very clear they were not concerned about whether I got my oil changed or not. He quickly told me it wasn t his fault people didn t want to come to work. I bought my first new Mercedes in 1996. I ve dealt with dealerships in Tennessee, California and Mississippi. After driving only Mercedes Benz cars since 1996, I can say with confidence I ve never been treated with such rudeness and disregard before today. Beyond unacceptable.

My experience with Becky Nelson was the best experience I ve ever experienced and I have had several vehicles! She is the most polite, honest, saleswoman with all around knowledge of everything about Mercedes!! She s so very prompt and expedites your business with her upon all levels. I cannot say enough about her as a salesperson! I have never experienced such a delight in purchasing a vehicle. She had everything done and all I had to do was sign for my vehicle and drive away!!!!!

Pam was absolutely amazing in helping us purchase a vehicle. We did a lot of pre-purchase interaction over the phone, and she was transparent and helpful. Once we drove in to make the purchase, she had all of the necessaries ready to go and it took us little time to sign and drive off. She is clearly an experienced hand at her craft and she was greatly appreciated for making it a smooth trade process- especially to say we had to drive from such a distance. All of the staff we encountered were professional and courteous, and Hannah was great in financing. Would buy another vehicle from them any day!

What a scam. The service department is outrageous. Performed visual inspection of brake components. 42.95 Check condition of suspension and driveline 42.95. I love this one customer pay shop charges for repair order for repair order $50. Flush brake system. This is the best $199.95 labor alone was $162.43 bear in mind I was only at the dealership for four hours. Oil change 209 50. Rotate the tires and balance 8995 that s understandable the best one though is wiper blades labor to put on wiper blades 59.70 all your parts stores do that for free if you buy the wipers from them . The next best one is inspect electrical system $42.95 labor performed battery test $42.95 people you better wake up his stuff like this.

So, lately I have been having my vehicle serviced here. I must admit the last few times I have interacted with the employees at this facility. I did not enjoy it made me very uncomfortable and just not appreciated as a customer. However, today, I called to service my appointment and I spoke with Bobby Hunter. He was very patient with me and addressed my concerns and really was very informative, I am grateful to have that service experience with that representative. The manager Julie is awesome as well. I am just glad to have reached a service representative that really cared about the customers because before today Mercedes really lacked any kind of interpersonal skills. Thanks, Bobby, for being a rockstar!

The GM, Ahmad Duais, is very knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful while purchasing a Mercedes. His approach at customer service is unmatched! It is always the best experience for my family when we get the pleasure of dealing with Ahmad and his staff at Mercedes Benz of Jackson. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with this team. Always professional and very nice. Just had work done on wife's car. Excellent place.I just had a blowout on the interstate, called Mercedes and Mercedes-Benz of Jackson took care of everything. Towed us in and got us home. These people are great. Mike took good care of us in service. I recommend highly.

I started my search on Carfax and found what I was looking at Mercedes Benz of Ridgeland. The entire staff was amazing and extremely helpful. My sales guy Tyrus was the best. If you're looking for your dream car definitely check them out.

Purchased a new vehicle on 2/1. Was requested by my salesperson to bring it in on 2/4 to have it detailed. While in the possession of Mercedes, the driver window of my new vehicle was busted. I was given a loaner vehicle in the meantime, which was FAR from anything like I had literally JUST purchased. I called on 2/7 to follow up on my vehicle and spoke to a service manager who told me that it would be ready that afternoon. When I asked about the window being re-tinted, she seemed to be unaware about anything dealing with tint although my window was already tinted. The only person who was even remotely apologetic about ALL of the inconvenience was my salesperson. No one else seemed concerned at all. This is not even everything that happened. I ve purchased 4 Mercedes from Mercedes of Jackson, and I ve NEVER felt so much disregard as a customer.

Here I am on a such a beautiful Saturday Car shopping With a check in hand, READY TO BUY!Looking for a car with 0 miles READY TO DRIVE OFF THE LOT!I pull up to Mercedes-Benz of Jackson excited to find my new baby.While walking through the parking lot to see which car I wanted. This guy walked out Not once were we greeted Matter of fact, my sister and I was rudely asked Can you step aside and move away from these two cars, I have customers looking at these AS IF MY MONEY WASN T GOOD! AS IF I WASN T A CUSTOMER Totally taken aback by the rudeness and dismissiveness, we went inside to seek out the manager. We spoke to New Sales Manager, Dj Rainer, who alleged that there s never been a complaint about Raymond I ve been to 3 different car lots this morning, each sales rep was ready and eager to help.MAYBE MY COINS WEREN T GOOD ENOUGH

I was with my sister who was looking to purchase a brand new SUV when we were rudely dismissed by salesperson Raymond. A new sales manager by the name of DJ Rainer alleged that there d never been a complaint about him before, to which I replied, Maybe they just didn t report it. Because we were about to leave and decided to come back and say something. He stated that he was glad that we did come back in to let them know, but if he s new to a management position, how would he know if anyone else had reported his prejudiced behavior?There were a number of people responding to and inboxing my sister about the experiences they ve had with Raymond in the past. I know it s impossible to eradicate rxcism, but when there s a bad seed within your company, it will infect the good ones too. This type of profiling is not OK, and I hope that this incident is addressed professionally and to my sister s satisfaction.Furthermore, it s disappointing to see that they are coercing their friends and family members to leave good reviews to smooth over the bad press. Simply do better and there d be no need for it.Marlo ended up assisting her and he was great. Thank you, Marlo!
