Brenda is a GEM of a human and so incredibly helpful. We have been seeing her for years while visiting our storage unit. She is ALWAYS helpful, understanding, patient and has worked to find us the best solutions whenever something has come up. She s very knowledgeable and caring and makes doing business at a storage facility quite enjoyable. We know we can count on her. THANK YOU!Here s the bad- We originally had our unit with the former storage company (Life storage) before it transitioned to Extra space storage. In the last year, Extra Space storage has increased our rate nearly $185 from January 2023 to January 2024 . The new fees are really steep. Do your market research. But if you choose this place, be sure to ask for Brenda, she will give her you the best service and help you find exactly what you need. :)

We had a pleasurable experience with Ms. Brenda. She negotiated everything with us in grave detail. This place looks very secure. They have gates and what looks to be very strong doors for each unit. Great experience!

If I could leave no stars, I would. They originally told me one price by phone and then increased it when I rented the unit. Less than 5 months later they increased the price without any notifications, to over $250.00. I would stay away from this storage facility because it's very clear they want to nickel and dime every customer. Clearly they lack morals to not honor their contract and are attempting to get over on their customers. I would avoid them at all cost. No one wants to deal with a shady business.

Big shout out to Ms Brenda! She was so sweet and nice! The service was quick and simple! I had some last minute moving but thanks to Brenda! This was my first time using a storage and she was so kind to help me and my boyfriend with out moving situations!

Reasonable prices for the space. More importantly the assistance and support you receive from Brenda is top tier, she takes your concerns and needs into consideration when helping you move and find a space/spaces in close proximity with each other as well as the idea space for what you are trying to store. I definitely recommend!!

The area is clean and secure!!All the staff are genuine, and courteous, as well as professional. The manager is VERY compassionate and helpful within professional boundries, but she goes closer to crossing it, on the positive side for customers, both financially and service wise.Prices are competitive if not the cheapest, for the extra service to those in need, prices are at a VALUE! Thank You for your kindness and understanding!

My experience today at life storage was one of the best experiences I ve ever had while renting a storage space the manager helped me find the proper space to accommodate my furniture.
