From day one Shane was informative and helped get all OEM parts that the USAA insurance co. denied... More damage was found as the repairs were being done. Shane went to bat for us getting it fixed right the first.I have, and will continue to recommend DALLAS body shop to friends, family, and business acquaintances!Thanks again Shane and crew!

If I could rate Joe Hudson's Collision Center, it would be less than 1 star. Currently, this company is a mess and the staff is disoriented and confused. They cannot seem to figure out how to work together or provide clear and pleasant customer service (other than the office manager). The current manager "Tim" is contentious, rude, and difficult to work with. The shop wanted me to sign blank forms with no estimates or sign forms that made me liable for "full" payment. If you are reading this review, my recommendation is to keep searching ... there are many options out there. And, I am confident you can find a better place to meet your needs.

I've got a 2008 135I that I use to drive up and down Highway 1 (Big Sur) with the top down and collected some of my best memories another lifetime ago and decided I needed some fresh paint on the back end as the humidity and sunshine in the south really does numbers on vehicles from the top and eventually, down. Shane and his company really took the cake as I am happy as a lark and the old school 135I goes back inside the garage for the time being. For clarification, I called 3 other local body shops and all 3 were several hundreds of dollars higher (one over a couple of thousand higher) and I will tell you bluntly, this is an amazing paint job. Shane and his familia are world class/top notch and just outstanding and honest people all the way around. If I were a long term local (and even as a passer through), Dallas Auto is a no brainer. They did a terrible job. The lines did not match up on my hood. Had to bring my car back 3 times for them to fix it correctly. They had to fix some body work that they didn t do correctly and they had to send it back to midas twice because midas didn t repair everything they were supposed to. Midas is who they send cars to to get mechanic work done. The staff at Dallas is very unprofessional. They were very rude and I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. 0/10.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately this is no longer Dallas Body Shop and the standards have fallen quickly. Avoid at all costs.

I received a $2,700 estimate for minor scuffs and a chip on my car from a different body shop. I came to this place to get a second opinion, and they told me that nothing needed to be replaced on my car. They also said that acetone would remove the scuffs, and that the small chip could be painted over. The gentleman that helped me was 100% honest and saved me thousands of dollars. Now my car is fixed, and back like new. I appreciate the honesty from the team here. They genuinely want to help you find the best solution to your problems.

I cannot say enough good things about this body shop. My car needed some work done, and I had been to 3 other repair shops who all quoted me HUNDREDS more than Dallas Auto. The others also couldn t guarantee me when they would have the vehicle done. The final price from Dallas when I picked up the vehicle was actually even less than what they had quoted! What repair shop actually charges less than the original quote? An honest one who only charges for what they do! They work was done on time, and my car looks amazing. It s like having a new vehicle! I will be using them for all of my future body work needs. Could not be more pleased!Service: Painting

The folks at Dallas Auto Body did a great job on my truck. Most places wouldn't touch my rocker panels, but Dallas said they would be able to repair them. I'm very happy with the results and the service. I will be using them again in the future.

Joe and his team at Dallas are centered on customer satisfaction and take extreme pride in the work they do. They are fair and honest people to do business with. They are attention oriented and address every little detail of your repair. I pray there will not be another accident that forces me to find a body shop but in that case I will choose Dallas Auto Painting everytime and I will definitely refer them to friends and family.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Dallas....and I cannot even describe exactly how thankful I am to have found Joe & company years ago.My husband has used for his antique Jeep and I have an older car and while I love it it doesn t love me back. Several fender benders and Dallas has bent over backwards time and time again to help me keep it functional..Today did super fast work on my broken bmwlift gate....I am thrilled! Just FAST honest great HARD workers that will be there to truly help. The office manager is the sweetest precious most professional women ever! Just entire staff is great! Only place we use for auto body work......luckily the rest of my family drives way better.

I would think twice before putting your trust in this company. My baby sister was involved in her first major accident in her first car. We searched for shops by reviews and decided on Dallas Auto in Ridgeland. I must say we are SEVERLY DISAPOINTED in our experience. The car was dropped off on the 24th of January. There has been NO CONTACT or CALL BACK regarding progress on the repairs. We go to the shop and spoke with shop manager, Shane. To our surprise the car hasn't been moved or even started since drop off 2 WEEKS ago! Shane proceeds to explain the even though we have a repair estimate from the insurance company they feel the car isn't repairable. How can this be? ! They agreed at drop off, after reviewing our estimate, that it IS REPAIRABLE. Even if this were the case, why has no one reached out to explain this new revelation?! We asked if he spoke with the insurance company and he said "no", which is very much untrue considering we spoke with the insurance company just yesterday saying the opposite. Once confronted with obvious lie, Shane became very aggressive. He proceeded to threaten my sister and told her to leave the property before he called the police! These guys are supposed to be the experts and customer service is their #1 priority according to their website. Being involved in an accident is already an uncertain and devastating event, but to be ignored, lied to, and treated , like we were wrong when all we ask for is transparency is unacceptable. Please take your business elsewhere.

I recently priced out a partial paint job on my vehicle at four different paint & body shops in the Madison/Ridgeland area - three of the four quotes were just ridiculous. Dallas (my 4th option) beat the lowest of the other three by more than half.With such a low quote, I had concerns about the finished job, but their other reviews convinced me to stick with them. I'm glad I did - the portion they painted is indiscernible from the rest of my car, it looks brand-new. They even vacuumed my car out after finishing.If you're just looking to gouge your insurance company, there's plenty of shops who'll help you with that, but if you want excellent work at an unbeatable price, go to Dallas Auto Painting.Service: Painting

Fender bender or totaled vehicle? This is your headache free body shop! They are committed to their quote and timeline and do exquisite work to repair your vehicle! We ve used them more times than I d like to admit! They always hit the mark! And they are so kind with a great sense of humor! Joe and his team did a heck of a job fixing my tail gate and rear bumbers. Hit a tree Monday morning pulling out of the woods and had to get them replaced. Quoted me a thousand dollars cheaper than Barnett s and got me back on the road fast. Would recommend to anybody
