My service with Patty Peck Honda was great! I dropped off my car for service and my service advisor, Adrianna, kept me updated even though I wasn t there. I received a text that I could follow the progress of the service in real-time. Once I received notification that my car was ready, I called for the shuttle service to pick me up from work. The shuttle service was great as well. My service experience was great!

The work done on my air conditioning condenser, rear brakes a break fluid change were all done promptly and professionally.My Service advisor, Randy Pearson, was prompt and courteous, and kept me in the loop on progress and delivery of the vehicle.I m very satisfied with my advisor and the mechanics who serviced my car.

Randy was extremely helpful and communicated well! I was able to set up an appointment within a good amount of time and was called several times when updates were available for my car. I also appreciated the complimentary vacuum, it was much needed.

I was at Patty Peck Honda yesterday and I had a good experience with each person came in contact with. First of all, mint car is under recall for a part and I checked inside with a representative in service( requested to see Kyle Ryan as he was my Representative before but he was out to lunch). Anyway, a very helpful young mans was sitting at his desk and offered to help me. He got me some updated information about my part that had been ordered and he helped me to understand about Express maintenance and that indeed I could get that all done without having an appointed time. I left there and got in line for Express Maintenance and each person was so helpful. My service advisor there was Kamilah Baylis. She listened to me about my car and she later called me while waiting to tell me that I needed some other fluids and I agreed to have all that done. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and the quickness of service time. This is only my second time at this dealership but I highly recommend them.Eva Russell

Benardo at patty peck Honda is the best! I was in town with a family member in the hospital. I called him told him about what my car was doing. He got me in fast even though the part was on back order from Honda. He did everything quick and promptly!Benardo is the Best in my book!

I dropped by Patty Peck Honda for routine service yesterday. Cam was my service contact. She called me when my vehicle was done and explained what was done and what was needed if I wanted to add some services. It was also completed in the timeframe she gave me. Great service!

The service was great no problems or issues with anything. My advisor Kamilah Baylis did an AMAZING job she made sure everything was covered. She made sure I was okay she was perfect!! My car didn t take long for it to come on out I sat there maybe less than 15 minutes. I would definitely be going back.

My service Advisor, Kamilah, was as good as they come! She s very knowledgeable as well as friendly & is lead by the best. Ms. Shay is doing a wonderful job leading the express lane. I love seeing Ms. Shay, Kamilah & Adrianna during service visits. Service was done correctly and quickly.

Top tier customer service and prices! I moved to Memphis almost 2 years ago and the prices and customer service I have gotten since moving does not compare! I made it my business to drive 3 hours Saturday morning at 3:30am to take my car to the best dealership and service advisors! I am expecting twins and I will definitely be returning to Patty Peck to purchase my next investment! I am so proud to be a part of the Patty Peck family and I will send anyone from anywhere to have an amazing experience!

Chris Bryan, Service Advisor for Patty Peck Honda, is the Best of the Best. Head and shoulders above the rest. Professional. Personable. Courteous and Helpful to a fault. Chris gives OUTSTANDING customer service from start to finish. Above and beyond the call of duty. He has never met a need he could not meet. And all with a sparkling smile and winning personality. Chris Bryan always goes out of his way to help me on service. I got the required maintenance on my Honda Odessey van and delivered back to me as promised. The service and customer service was there from Chris Bryan and Service Manager Chris Hawkins. But as for the dealership don't advertise for something that's not fully true, so I give 5 stars to the Service Department but not to the Dealership as a whole.

On 11/21/93, I had some service performed on my 2019 Honda Pilot that I purchased from Patty Peck Honda in December 2018, and as always was very pleased with the service received. My service representative was Bernado Lacosta who has helped me several times in the past. I always try to see him when I need service when I do not go through the quick oil change service as he is always very helpful. In December 2022, I transferred the service needs for my wife's 2019 Honda CR-V to Patty Peck Honda. Patty Peck Honda always provides excellent service.

I had the first oil change and tire rotation on my 2023 Civic done yesterday. I got there at 7:30 am and was first in line. Kamilah Baylis promptly completed the intake and the process started.Justin Upton was the tech and did a superb job changing the oil cleanly and properly buttoning up after completion.
