I started using Holton Imports this year and from day 1 when me and my friend guy stopped by they were closed but the owner Ken and the manager Jimmy took the time out to answer our questions. They were very nice.Since then, I have taken my Audi to them several times and time, rudeness, availability, or information has never been a problem. They always provide me a ride to the vehicle that I have to drive while mine is being worked on. They have offered a loaner if one was to become available. They do not keep my car for months like the Audi dealership and return it messed up or try to over-charge me. The prices are to be expected for my car and I do look up the parts myself, but they do work with me on trying to get the best and lowest price but quality parts.Jimmy is awesome and has been nothing but polite. Unlike the dealership, he answers any question and calls you back when needed. So far I have nothing but good reviews for them and will continue to do so and continue to recommend them to others until they show me different. And I hope that day never comes. So any complaints or bad reviews I do not see how, but if true, then maybe they have change or the persons are not telling what they did to get such reactions. I had an excellent experience with Holton Import! I don't understand the negative reviews listed. These are great people to work with. They definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving my upper class vehicle with them. I can't say that for most dealerships/body shops in this area. The price some of us pay to drive luxury, foreign vehicles should not come as a shock to some of the people leaving negative reviews on their post. Dealerships cannot compete with Holton Import's service prices (unless you only purchase a luxury car from a dealership until their warranty expires then get rid of it...) so don't be confused with those cheapskate's reviews.Great people. Great experience. Great results. Great prices.

Holton is an honest and knowledgeable European car shop. I have used them for many years. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. Travelling by car through Jackson I heard a thump in the rear end. Took it over to these guys and they bent over backwards to help me out. Friendly, courteous and professional. I was fortunate enough to have the inspection done right away. You cant put a price tag on peace of mind. I now have peace of mind knowing 2004 BMW isnt going to leave me stranded at the side of the interstate.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I'm not sure why there are such negative comments about Holton Import. Ken and his team have been my go-to mechanics for over six years now. They're great, trust-worthy people, and always great to work with. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I would not trust anybody else with my vehicles, and I would recommend them to anybody that drives a Mercedes or BMW or Porsche.

Holton delivers consistently good service. We are so glad there is a quality option to dealerships. They have been in business for many years and their staff is fully trained. We highly recommend them knowing they are people of integrity.

Took my recently purchased 2002 BMW i325 into Mr. Holton and his crew for a simple oil change and brake job. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because their mechanics seemed to be competent with the oil and brake job. However, I noticed a very large dent in the rear quarter panel as soon as I got home. I had just taken pictures of my new old car right before I took it in, and the dent definitely wasn't there. I returned to the shop to ask if this could have been done while it was there. I was referred to someone (I think he was the owner) who was immediately rude about my inquiry. Right off he told me I was trying to exploit him for money, and that I would have to sue him to get a dime. I guess the guy gets sued or threatened to be sued a lot. It put up a huge red flag for me, and needless to say I WILL NOT ever be giving any of my services to Holton ever again

Jimmy is always in a positive frame of mind and makes this place pretty great. Same for the whole staff. If you want a place that clearly operates from a spirit of customer communication first, this is your place. I could not run this place any better. They are a little expensive but my car is again running like new so I am okay with it. They were very prompt and anytime you need it a status update on your car no one avoided talking to you they always was pleased to tell you exactly what was going on with your car I will be using them again with major repairs

I've tried other BMW providers around Jackson for many years and Ken and staff and Ila at Holton are consistently the most fair and honest with all their work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I called a few places to get quotes on brakes and came upon this place. They quoted me about $100 cheaper than all of the other places that I've called. The woman on the phone broke down the prices for me... front brakes, back brakes, roters ect she even mentioned that I might not need it all done. Versus the other place straight up quoted me front, back and roters before even looking at it.I dropped my car off, they got back to me within a few hours to let me know that my brakes were fine and that nothing needed to be done. The light that I saw came on in dashboard was just letting me know that a small light bulb went off and it had nothing to do with the brakes.I'm so glad that I can find a place that didn't try and rip me off. The other place I went to up the street said I needed so much done, my bill went up to almost $2grand! No thanks, I'm definitely coming here from now on.

Much better service on Porsche and Mercedes than anywhere else in the area. I trust them to do what is necessary, without bloating my bill unnecessarily.

Ok so All of a sudden my bmw 328i who was sent here to get a serpentine belt replaced now needs a new transmission tht was just rebuilt less then 2 years ok so you ll tell me Whts really goin on ..:

I took my truck over for tranny repair...said 3K but before it was over I had spent 5K.Every time I took the truck back something else was broken and needed fixing. Horrible customer service and sloppy work. These guys are a bunch of crooks, so really "BUYER BEWARE" they are out only for themselves...

The negative reviews are bologna....Ken Holton is the only person i trust to work on my Porsche Carrera.....plus Holton is timely and has the expertise other shops lack i.m.o.
