Just bought my first bike from here. Dillion had all the paper work ready for me when I got there. Ended up getting a Honda Grom. I ve wanted one for quite awhile. Everything went great with the buying process got me in and out within an hour. Got a helmet while I was there as well. Rode it for a day or 2 and ran into an issue. The oil plug somehow came out and dumped oil everywhere. I called them and they got it fixed for me very quickly. Overall even with the issue I ran into I would still come back and refer others here. Absolutely great customer service!

Got Gear gave me amazing service! The staff , the salesman & Gm are very professional & knowledgeable of the motorcycles , 4wheelers , parts & repair! The salesman & finance manager were very helpful informing me on several options! My salesman Ed Gibson ! Awesome. So go by got gear! & give them a try & talk to Ed! He will take care of u! I have been buying motorcycles, accessories, and parts from Got Gear since they opened many years ago. These guys are the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous people you will ever find anywhere. I just drove down from Oxford to buy another bike. Well, my husband and I had to bring his bike to be fixed, so we drove almost 4 hours to take it to the Indian dealership in Mississippi. I can say we are having a much better outcome with these service technicians than when we took it to the one in our state. The staff are friendly, courteous , and communicate efficiently and in a timely manner. The dealership is huge and has a vast showroom floor full of ATV, offroad bikes, and multiple bikes of various brands. Lots to choose from to find what suits your taste for fun! They also have accessories, apparel, and parts and a great service department.

Just Bought New 2024 KTM 300XC-W Hard Enduro from Dillon Evans at GOT GEAR Motosports. Dillon is awesome. Hands down, the best sales guy I ve ever dealt with. I didn t have high hopes that we would come to terms on my trade and new bike. But to my surprise we made an extremely fair deal. Mitch was awesome to work with on financing. The Top mechanic spoke with me and answered all my questions. Troy in the parts department is top notch. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me order and find parts for all my bikes.I had a great experience and it didn t take all day. Was able to do it all in a couple of hrs and pick the bike up same day! Great, friendly team of guys!Thanks guys!

We bought 2 new bobbers from them. Sales rep was amazing! Ended up having an O2 sensor problem (from factory not bc of got gears) when I told them about it they came to my house picked up my bike and brought it right back to me the next day which was on a weekend. Bikes ride like a dream! I've gotta say was the best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend them for sales and service.

Had a fantastic experience with Got Gear Motorsports. I drove 800 miles to buy a SxS and the experience was worth the trip! Jeremy in sales was awesome and a true professional from start to finish as was Mitch, the finance manager along with everyone else I met. Watching the staff do their jobs I got the feeling that no customer was too big or too small for them. Thank y'all so much for an awesome experience!

Beautiful store but getting what you pay for is a problem.I bought a new Triumph there and it was supposed to include factory panniers. But the parts manager said the storedidn't have the panniers but they would order them. I left with the bike and it was 3 months later when the store called to say my "free" panniers wouldn't be sent unless I paid them $150.I was mad but paid the extra money yet, when the panniers arrived, the lock cylinders were missing. Without the locks the panniers couldn't be installed or even be opened.Instructions on a sticker on the pannier handles said 3 lock cylinders, keyed to fit the bike's ignition key, were included with every new Triumph. I wasn't given any luggage locks when I bought the bike and they weren't hidden on the bike so I called the store and asked them for the cylinders. No joy...New luggage locks cost $35 more and having them fit the ignition key would not be possibleGot Gear's a great place to see and touch the best bikes but, if you can find your dream machine anywhere else, do it.

I drove all the way down from the Nashville area to purchase a RZR turbo r. Matt was very helpful with information and pictures requested. Also, Kevin was super easy and fast during the finance process. Would definitely recommend.

First off I d like to say I didn t purchase this beautiful motorcycle. BUT as you may see I did have the chance to do a little demo day. In saying that I would like to extend my gratitude to the salesman there that took the time out of his busy day to be patient with me in answering all my questions and allowing me to take not one but two rides around town. Joey Huff is the guy you need to see if you are interested in purchasing or just brainstorming for the perfect ride for you or a friend. I would definitely recommend this dealership to to anyone.

I called Got Gear to verify the availability and the color of a Honda Pioneer 700 Deluxe. Jeremy said he would determine the information I needed and call me back. He quickly called back to say that the Red Pioneer was available and was being assembled. My utility trailer is not large enough and I have to get a bigger one to haul the Pioneer. I did not want the Pioneer to get away from me, as they are in high demand. Jeremy told me that I could make a deposit and they would hold it for 30 days. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy and Kevin on this Sales Deal. I am looking forward to getting my new trailer and Honda Pioneer. I would highly recommend Jeremy McMillon, Kevin Harkness, and Got Gear Motorsports to anyone wanting to buy one of their products.

Tried buying a dirtbike from them and they never got back to me to try and put a deposit on it to hold it for me and the next day I tried to call numerous times to confirm if I was able to get it but no answer or call back, late evening I called the manager and finally got to talk to the sales guy (Dillon) and found out they sold it knowing I was trying to purchase. Will never go through them for anything. VERY DISAPPOINTING

He took care of me and made the entire experience smooth and exciting. He answered all my questions and worked with me on getting accessories for my bike. Went into the service department and the customer service was horrible. Waited over an hour and they didn't have our side by side ready. I called them the day before to let them know I was coming to pick it up after they said it was ready. Still waited over an hour today and had to wait for them to charge the battery before we could leave. We had to purchase a battery so we could leave although I called the day before to let them know I would be coming in to pick it up. (CHARGE THE BATTERY) Lady at the desk horrible. Never said hello, to busy getting lunch. Everyone running around and nothing being done. If I have problems in the future, I'll take it somewhere else.

Customer service seems to be going the way of the dinosaurs, but DEFINITELY not at Got Gear Motorsports. I recently took my 4Wheeler in because of a rattling noise around the motor. Definitely not something to ignore. The customer service attendant (Randy) suggested taking a look to see if it could be something minor. After driving the bike, he knew exactly the cause of the rattle. He removed the engine cover, showed me what the issue was, said I could do the repairs myself (easily completed in 15 minutes), replaced the engine cover and sent me on my way. All at no cost to me! I am a loyal customer for life.

"I was looking for a certain motorcycle and found one you had advertised on Cycle Trader. I called and Jeremy answered right away. He answered all my questions and we arrived at a deal. I made plans to make the 400 mile drive to pick up the motorcycle within 4 days. Jeremy was very helpful, communicating often on progress and when I arrived at the dealership the paperwork was ready so I could sign, pay, load up and make the 400 mile trip back home. Jeremy even texted while on the trip back to make sure everything was going smoothly! All in all the whole transaction was very smooth and seamless. All of the employees that I talked to and dealt with made it an enjoyable experience. I would heartily recommend your dealership to anyone."

Buying a Kawasaki Mule PRO-FXT has been a huge pain with all the manufacturer shortages. If you are in the market for one right now, you know what I'm talking about. We live in Oklahoma and I searched for several days. I called several hundred Kawasaki dealerships. What I found was a little frustrating and disturbing.Many dealerships were trying to sell these Mules way above the MSRP (just plain silly line items when I reviewed the invoices). I completely understand a "market adjustment" but line items for dealer insurance (not sure why), dealer paperwork, dealer fees, additional shop time for putting the unit together or even additional fuel surcharges - just didn't make sense. Note: these line items were on top of the MSRP.Some of these stores were even upgraded Mules with TONS of extras and charging $30k+. When asked if the dealership would order/sell a basic unit, the answer was "no - it is what it is". So disappointing.I know I'm rambling but I wanted to make a point -- Having all that said, several Kawasaki dealerships were 100% transparent, straight forward with pricing, and completely honest - Got Gear Motorsports was one of them. I made the decision (even though it cost a little more for delivery) to go with them. They offered this Ranch Edition Mule at the going rate without all the "extra" line items and forced extras.Thank you Robert for your professionalism, candor, and honesty throughout this entire deal. Communication was great and appreciated from the time we visited on the phone all the way to delivery.Don't hesitate to shop with these guys. They will treat you right!

It was about 2 months ago, Rob, one of the parts workers sold me a jacket and gloves. The jacket was a Joe Rocket one that had a liner that would keep me warm in the winter. For the summer the liner is removable and has 2 vents on the arms and 2 vents in the back to keep me cool. The back plate, elbows, and shoulder protection have me feeling safe and comfortable. I'm thankful for Rob helping to make my decision easy.
