Mr. Cody Dempsey took care of me at the Ridgeland, MS location. Got me checked in, kept me informed of the progress, and even pulled my SUV up front to me when I picked it up. All of the staff was very professional. My 2023 Mazda CX-5 S Premium Plus was so clean and shiny, both inside and out. It looked as good as the day I bought it brand new. I definitely recommend Crash Champions! Quality work and OEM parts!

They gave me a quick look-see on my Nissan 370Z, I had bottomed out and loosened my bumper & fender liner. Cody Clasen whipped out a tool kit and fixed me up on the spot within minutes. Professional, friendly, affordable work. 5 stars

The best body shop ever. I would give 1000 gold stars if I could. The manager was very helpful and my estimator was as well. They both kept me updated throughout the process and my car looks amazing. I will be recommending everyone I know to see Matt and Cody. These are 10 star guys. The quality and work done to my Toyota Avalon body repair looks outstanding this honestly like my 3rd time bringing my vehicles here they are always amazing they never take long prices are reasonable and the ladies are very professional and kind on a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the best I give this company a 10 thank you so much and I will be returning for future business.

Went in for a paint job, the paint job came out very good. Customer Service was horrible. I was ignored, had to constantly prove my car was in a better condition than returned. Had to return my car for additional work and the adjuster was upset because I made him honor his agreement of painting the agreed panels. Only time he was understanding was the 3 times I had to get my insurance company on 3 way. I Do not recommend...Service: Painting

I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone from what I have experienced. $8,000 bill and all I could notice was a windshield replaced, car was in the shop over 2 months no one ever called to give any updates every time I called for an update they say they ll call me back tomorrow which they never did. I went by there every 2 weeks within 2 months for updates. When the car was finally done I noticed I had major damage to my front bumper which I know it wasn t there when I took it to the shop because I have pictures that I had to send in to the insurance company. Was traveling to Jackson for an appointment and the splash shield on my wife's car had been damaged and was in danger of getting torn off. I dropped in here and was immediately greeted by people wanting to assist me. Within 30 min I was back on the road, and wouldn't let me pay for their time. The gentleman that assisted me was very gracious wished me a safe trip. Great People, great service.

I am so glad I chose Capitol Body Shop to repair my vehicle. They provided Excellent service. Matt was very professional and made sure my car was returned to me looking the way it did before the accident. Definitely would recommend this company.

Troy and his crew did a wonderful job on my vehicle. After a wreck, they made it look brand new! Everything was done on time and they updated me throughout the process. Would recommend going here to get the job done! Everyone was great and a very happy work environment. I will definitely be returning for any future work on my vehicles .

Paul at Capital Body Shop was absolutely wonderful. The service is top notch. They kept me informed every step of the way during the repair process. When I got my truck back it was fixed perfectly. My truck was so clean when I picked it up it looked like a brand new truck off the showroom floor...I wanted to just drive it straight home and put it in the garage.Use Capital Body Shop and ask for Paul, you won't be dissapointed.

Damn fast, but there's still a bit of a wait some weeks due to high volume. But these guys a efficient, and they know how to work with even modern cars with more advanced systems. Right off the interstate by Renaissance makes them pretty convenient, too.

An 18 wheeler hit my Mercedes and left severe damage. The crew at Capitol Body Shop repaired my car in a timely manner. I highly appreciate these people because without them, I don t know where my car would be. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are going to make sure it s done absolutely right. Salute to these hardworking people!!!

Will NEVER go there again. I was a potential customer. Had damage did to my SUV read reviews and went there. Got there and was treated like I wasn't even there . Walked in no ever acknowledged me. Then I finally got someone to engage in a conversation the receptionist she was so rude. Will not go back for anything.

I went in for an estimate after hitting a deer. Not one employee was utilizing a face mask after our governor just extended the statewide mask mandate (that applies to businesses) nor did they address the situation when an unmasked customer walked in with a persistent dry cough inside for at least 3-4 minutes. The man looking at my vehicle would not look under the hood for any damages, citing a liability if the hood failed to latch properly, which I understand. However, he did not bother to look underneath the front bumper for any obvious damage. Overall, it was the laziest inspection I have ever seen. He then took me back inside and ran through his estimate. It came back nearly $600 higher than the estimate I got at Clinton. This is the second time I've had an inspection done at Capitol and the second time it has been significantly higher than others. I know now where I won't be taking my vehicles in the future. Unsafe, unprofessional, and unconcerned.

I was dissatisfied with the response of Capitol Body shop. They painted one whole side of my truck and the hood and failed to list the painting of the hood on on the receipt and therefore refused to honor warranty. The manager told me that this was a problem with Chevrolet and gave me an estimate of almost $1,100 to paint the hood.

Awesome! Jake was very helpful. These people had my car less than 2 weeks. They repainted my car and fixed my wreck. They even picked me and dropped me off without a ride. These people didn't give me the run around. They just fixed my car. I think it took 7 days because they close on the weekend.

Working with Capitol Body Shop after my truck was wrecked was a very pleasant experience under some unpleasant circumstances. Matt Cliburn did an awesome job of keeping me informed on the progress throughout the whole experience. I was reassured by the fact that he let me know that strived to use OEM parts in fixing my truck. Other than the stigma of my truck being previously wrecked, I feel like they returned my truck back to me in better condition than it was in prior to being wrecked. I couldn t imagine anybody doing a better job than they did, and if I ever find myself needing body work, Capitol Body Shop will be where I take my truck.

I used this body shop to get my 2016 Challenger fixed after a accident. I was very pleased at the results, although it took a little longer than expected, Frank was always there to answer any questions I had & was very patient with me even when I was demanding. I would recommend to family and friends! Tell them Bridget with the Blue Challenger sent you!

I'm extremely impressed with this place! Ronnie has excellent customer service as well as the rest of the staff! They gave a quick quote and my bumper was replaced extremely fast and prices were great along with the service I received. Highly recommend!

A fender bender on a Thursday morning in rush hour traffic led me to Capitol Body Shop. Troy Blackmon and his staff took care of me. He personally assessed the damage to my vehicle. He had my new bumper in by Tuesday. I was scheduled to drop my car off on Thursday morning. He was almost certain that my car would be ready by 3:30 PM. He told me that he would follow up with me if the job took longer than expected. Troy called me at 2:50 PM and let me know that they had the newly painted bumper on my car. He showed up to my job around 4:45 PM after my car had been detailed. It looked like a brand new car. Troy Blackmon and Capitol Body Shop has definitely earned my business.

I had to call abouty.car several times to get the status of the work. Because it was and insurance job I need had to check the start time because I got a call from the insurance company letting me know it was okay to start the work but never received a call it had begun or anything. When I did call they were waiting on a part, when tne part came in they were waiting on another part. Next time I'm trying someone else. Car was not aligned in the from can see were it is off some. Work was not that good.

I absolutely love this place! Mr. Paul made sure I was taken care of and that my car was fixed. He handled so much for me and I will never be able to thank him enough for how wonderful he is! This is an amazing place and everyone is so friendly and helpful!!!!

Took them 27 days to replace and paint a rear bumper. Minor damage on a new vehicle with full coverage insurance. Forced me to deal with insurance company unnecessarily and they were constantly full of excuses for the delays. I would never go here again or ever recommend. Bad service all the way around.
