Highly recommend Craig and his team! I m almost 400 miles from home and my car wouldn t start. On a Saturday when they close at 1, I had my car towed to his shop at lunch and he was able to diagnose and fix my car in time for me to make it to my daughter s game. They truly care about what they do! Super grateful for Clayton and the Old Canton Car Care Clinic! First went to the location on Lakeland only to be told nothing was wrong when I knew I had an active oil leak. Old Canton took the time to figure out where the leak was coming from. It s such a big help that they re open on the weekends, too. Took about four hours total to order/receive the parts and fix the issue. Thank you Car Care Clinic Old Canton!

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from the moment I dropped my vehicle off till the time of pickup. Went in for brake and rotary replacement and I am satisfied with the work that was done. The guys went above and beyond for customer service satisfactory.

The truth is that I didn't like it because this is the second time I've taken a car to be aligned and they come up with the same excuse that the alignment is a little crooked, and the other excuse was that my car is old And it is true that the car is a 2000 year old, but if they have problems with old cars and cannot do an alignment, it is better that they be honest and not deceive people in order to charge a service. that at the end of the day they can't do it

Great place! Broke down 2 hours from home on a Saturday and they got us in quickly & got the problem diagnosed and taken care of! All friendly staff & made us feel at home!! Would definitely recommend!

The lead mechanic was a straight shooter his exact words to me were I run an honest shop and he meant it. They were able to repair my brakes same day. No one is happy when they break down, but I was happy knowing when it happened, that the Car Care Clinic & Jet Lube - Reservoir team had my best interests in mind. After one shop had some issues with a repair my vehicle was towed to this location. Craig took great care of me, explained what was going on, and had me going again in no time. I can't thank them enough for stepping up and providing great service. This is a place that I can't recommend enough.

Update: I have since (below review)went back and used today for a large job and hands down totally worthy of praise! Chris greeted us with a smile and took excellent care of college son s vehicle! Craig too ..he treats us so well! Love this place ! 5 stars!Craig and his staff went out of their way to get my college student back on the road and his AC finally working correctly after a failed attempt at another place. They were so professional and kind to him and most of all fair. They even text me after to make sure he made it back and was happy with his cold AC! This will be our new go to shop! I came here maybe two years ago to have a headlight replaced. Frank and his team were extremely helpful and were able to diagnose the exact problem as to why my headlight had not been working properly. Frank had a good attitude and was knowledgeable of his job.

No stars, worst customer service. They had my car 2 1/2 days. Didn't call me that it was in service or any other time. I reached out to them and got excuses. I finally went & picked it up. The battery was the issue and they never even checked it. The worst!!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I cant speak highly enough of this business. I called Mr. Craig and he addressed my issues. I dropped it off for a little while. He called me with a great price to get everything fixed and was very honest about what should be fixed and what shouldnt be. Most shops wont do that. I told him to fix it and he got me back going. Highly recommend Craig and his crew here. Ill be back everytime.Service: Engine repair

This shop is the best. I was visiting on holiday and when I arrived my car was smoking. My plan was to leave out 2 days later, however every car shop that I called told me that it would take at least a week before they could get me in. Not one Car Care Clinic attempted to work with me as was traveling and in a serous bind. Believe me, I called every Car Care Clinic from Lakeland Drive to Madison, MS. I was sick, until I called the Car Care Clinic on Ridgewood Rd. Craig told me that I could come in "that" day and even though the job would take over three hours they would have me ready "that" day and they did. Shout out to the mechanics that put me back on the road to TN. Craig (manager) was extremely considerate and compassionate. He worked me in and put me on my way. They were truly a blessing to a woman traveling without her husband.

Craig and his team go above and beyond! I m back again from Texas and there is no one I trust more than Craig himself and his team. Everyone works hard here to make sure your car and needs are to your satisfaction. I always feel secure when it s time get to back on the road. In the past, I highly recommended them. Since Mr. Frank passed, things are very different. I was charged $75 for a headlight change! I couldn t believe it.

Car Care Clinic was recommend after I got a quote from Firestone to fix my A/C. The quote said I needed everything replaced and that was not the case. I brought it to Car Care clinic and the minor issue was fixed quickly (much to my surprise because I thought I needed an extensive overhaul). I have been staying cool since. I had a great experience with Chris and would definitely recommend!Service: Air conditioning

Two days ago we got our oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jiffy Lube did not tighten the drain plug all the way. We noticed the oil leak while traveling with my husbands job. We pulled into Car Care Clinic Jet Lube in Ridgeland, MS. Chris and Craig helped us out. They were super fast, and courteous to our situation. They added the quart and half of oil we lost and made sure our truck was safe to drive again. When we asked about the price the precious men told us to have a blessed day and to be safe on the road. With my husband traveling so much this vehicle is his job. We really appreciate the hospitality the Car Care Clinic and the employees showed us. Service: Oil change

Absolutely THE BEST EVER. After almost 3 weeks of a Dealership holding my car hostage without even starting on investigating the issue, I was referred to Car Care Clinic - Reservoir by a co-worker. I had my car towed there on a Monday morning. It needed a part that was ordered and installed and I was able to pick up my car Thursday! (Actually couldn't get to it till Friday morning). When I pulled out of the parking lot I realized my heater wasn't getting hot. I called and they turned me around. Turns out some air bubbles were the culprit. Craig was EXCELENT at fixing the problem and explaining how it happens. I HIGHLY recommend Car Care Clinic-Reservoir. Frank did call me during the repair and a few days later to check on me. My fianc� s car was having a/c issues, so we brought it in to get checked out. Chris called and let us know the car needed a new compressor. They fixed the issue and had the car ready by the next morning. Chris and Craig were both so polite and willing to help in any way possible. Frank Ashley is a very friendly person and I really appreciated doing business with him. It's really hard to find people who can do their job with a real genuine smile on their face. He was nice and welcoming with everyone and the other employees at this shop were helpful as well. I'm glad I found people like this where I can go now and get my car serviced. Car Care Clinic on Old Canton Road is a great place to take your vehicle. My daughter is in college and her vehicle started experiencing a "check engine light" which resulted in the vehicle periodically not starting. After searching online and praying for a honest mechanic near her, we decided to go with Car Care Clinic. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got her vehicle running again. What amazed me the most was they texted me the next day to follow up that the vehicle was still running fine and no other issues. Mechanic shops rarely take the time to follow up with their customers the next day so was really impressed. My hat off to Frank at Car Car Clinic for his service and informing us during the time the vehicle was being repaired.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This review is a week overdue. I am so grateful for Mr. Frank Ashley, Jr. and Antony who squeezed me in right before they closed for Good Friday (2021). I had just moved to area several days before and had a fender bender that would be repaired. However, my tires were low and I needed to drive back to Alabama. They reviewed the issue. Realized I had nails in a tire. They took care of the issue with expeditiously grace. Thank you guys and many blessings to you!Service: Tires

I didn't know what was happening to my air conditioner. It would just stop blowing. I called and Chris answered the phone. I told him what was going on and he knew exactly what was the problem. I went there and they immediately service my car. My air is blowing better than ever. The customer service was absolutely the best. The site was clean. I work there so you know the customer service is extraordinarily professional with a genuine family atmosphere, Mr. Frank makes sure of that. Mr. Craig(Hollywood) and Mike Walls are great mechanics with a plethora of knowledge on numerous vehicles. Tony, kolby, and me handle all your oil change and filter needs, it takes time because we care about you and your vehicle and want you to be safe on the highway especially when you're riding with precious cargo. I might be a little biased but stop by between 7:30 and 5:30. You'll see our franchise is truly a Car Care Clinic.

This company services my Honda regularly for routine checkups and I am completely satisfied each time! There is never a long wait, the customer service is excellent, and I have had no issues since the start of my service! I came in desperate. Our family car towed, coming from a local dealership where it had been serviced for years. The second I arrived, I was given a solution, a timeline, and a confident explanation of the plan to repair our vehicle and get my family back to normal. Craig is not just a professional, he proved he cares for his customers, as if he puts himself in the shoes of others, and treats people with respect.
