The store manager, Montrese, is a GEM!! She goes so far beyond great customer service!! Not "just" incredibly helpful but so kind and you can tell she is a beautiful soul!! I would travel 30 miles and pass 20 AutoZones, O'Reilly's and whatever else just to go to this AutoZone. I can't recommend her or her store enough!!

Don t make a same-day delivery order. The website will say you ll get your order in 3 hours and then you ll never get another update and when you call, they ll say there aren t any delivery drivers and they don t know what to do about it.

They were good; I appreciated their honesty. They told me that they did not have any windshield wipers, front or back, from any AutoZone; they suggested I go to O'Reilly or Advance for this. Not everyone would have recommended that.

The one on county line road is a joke they do not care about their customers. Nothing ever works bc a guy said the store must not wanna spend the money to fix the things there broken...so oh well. I was like dang I would say that to a customer. Also the 3 times I have gone I was given wrong batteries an still no I'm sorry or anything...they really do not care for their customers I have talked with customers outside with the same conversations on how they don't care each time I have been there. It's sad. I will make the extra drive an go to another instead of this one. Smh

Heavy set guy with glasses never wants to help and replies that they don't have inventory but if you walk the shelves they do. The lady with locs and tattoos is very kind and helpful just not knowledgeable. Disappointed in the service. I suggest advanced auto or AutoZone on I55

Went to get a print out of codes on my computer. They did good getting me a printout but they need to be trained to be more proactive about informing people what these printouts mean being i had no idea. Their prices were good. Customer service could be better sometimes but overall they offer a good product.

Great customer service with positive attitudes. Had a battery that wouldn't start the vehicle and had it tested to find out it was bad after less than a month of purchase. Replaced the battery with no problems and gave advice on things that may cause the battery to be bad after less than a month. Positive feedback and explained to where a person with no mechanical experience can understand. Great job and people at this location.

I was very disappointed in service. Elderly gentleman was slow and the line was long. Later heard him using profanity toward one of employee. Definitely need to retire. Everyone else especially young lady was helpful and courtesy.

This is the best AutoZone (County line Rd) I have ever come to. They were patient and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. Chris made sure to walk me through each selection and didn't leave me out. If you need assistance make sure to ask for Chris.

Folks I'm going to be honest, this will be a lenghty review but please read it. You'll see why. Yesterday my water pump went out and I lost my job all in less than 4 hours. I came in this morning after making a phonecall to your store. I'm an avid shade tree mechanic and have been for years. The guy who answered the phone was very pleasant and upbeat which is rare. So I told him exactly what I was looking for and he looked them up. I told him that I would be there to get them and he told me to hold on just a second so he could put his hands on the parts to be positive they had them. He put me on hold for just a minute or two and came back to confirm. This store is only a mile from my place so I was able to drive there without my car overheating. When I got there, a young lady welcomed me and helped me get the parts. She even walked some of it out for me, which wasn't needed but who cares. She thanked me for coming in in a very polite and pleasant way. Overall, I can't say how much something like this was appreciated. I'll be selling most of my tools to cover bills but not before I do this job. Thank you so much to the two of you. You really made a dark time brighter by treating me the way you did.

Five stars based on one visit. I don't know if they can hit it like this every time but I was impressed the first time EVER with an Auto Zone. It was busy as hell, but the people behind the counter were handling the customers like they were on a mission. Questions, including mine, were being answered without any lookups, they knew their parts, they were focused and were bouncing everyone. Never had such a smooth and quick in and out like this one in my memory. I even went back in after deciding to get new wipers as an afterthought and asked what aisle they were on. The worker pointed the aisle out and asked what vehicle. After I told him as I kept walking he tells me to look around the middle section a bit to the left and almost at the bottom row. That was exactly where I located exactly the size out of dozens of wipers. He also told me to look for two different sizes for my truck... He was right and I spent no time looking in the book. My second trip was less than five minutes total. I hope they can keep this up. Please let them keep it up! I'll buy them donuts if it's that happens.

If I could give 0 stars I would.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I normally do not submit reviews and/or complaints but I had to reach out and provide the poor customer service I received last Tuesday on 02/23 by your management and staff. I went to the auto zone store because my car kept cutting off. After contacting my insurance company to schedule a tow, the worker came out and confirm I more than likely need a new battery/battery dead & drive to the nearest autozone to see if they could charge it. When I got there your workers were just standing by the register not greeting guests or seeing what assistance they could provide. I asked to see if they could check my battery, long story short one gentleman who seem new stated that the battery was low and needed to be put on the charger. I asked him SEVERAL TIMES how long he would take and at MOST he said 2 Hours. He took the battery out the car and proceeded to take it inside. I waited the 2 hours (at this time it was dark), came inside and check... the manager told me NO ONE PUT THE BATTERY ON THE CHARGER! At this point I was livid because (1) I have been dealing with this issue ALL DAY and now you telling me no one put it on the charger, (2) it's dark, I am a young female college student PLUS entrepreneur. I wasted time sitting thinking my battery was charging and it wasn't. (3) NO ONE WAS PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!I used to work a parts store so I know how all this goes. I strongly believe since I was a young lady I was not given quick customer service. Once I started to demand I will call corporate and file a compliant the on duty manager immediately started to say lets find you another battery and I will give you a discount. They didn't have my kind in stock, and once he seen that he immediately brush me off to the side and started to talk to previous employees that use to work there. EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGANT! At this point I was in tears, crying and frustrated because I've been up here for hours and my car still not fixed! He sent another worker out to try to jump me to go home AND HE COULDN"T EVEN PROVIDE ME A JUMP WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT! Luckily, a FEMALE was servicing her car and seen my dilemma and provided me a jump & told me to go to O'Reilly and see if they can replace my battery. This is my first time ever had to deal with major service issues, but I do know I will NEVER go to the Autozone on County Line. Not to mention while standing in line a customer contacted the store (the phone was on speaker) and WENT OFF because they gave him a bad starter. IN ADDITION, a man drove several mins away thinking a part was put up for him and it was not. Like stated before I work in customer service and this is not how you treat paying customers. The manager on duty was extremely rude, and stood there the entire time and barely tried to help. I truly believe if I was a dressed a certain type of way & was flaunting my body I would not have received that type of service. I hope you get that store together on how to help customers cause this experience is one I will NEVER forget.

I went in to buy bulbs for running lights on my Silverado. The clerk\associate was behind the counter talking on his cell. I stood there a few seconds, he looked at me but never acknowledged me. After a few seconds, he disappeared back behind the shelves. I stood there for 2 or 3 minutes, finally I put the bulbs on the counter and went to the Advance Auto parts a couple of miles away and got what I needed. I've bought my last 4 or 5 batteries at Auto Zone and a lot of other stuff over the years. I'm using Advance from now on - I didn't have a problem getting service there.

It's usually under staffed so you have to wait 5-10 minutes before you receive any help. And the women staff are more helpful than the males! Bad service 1 too many times has made me and my family drive 2 miles further to go to advance auto parts...we prefer to use auto zone but it's become too much of a headache to even bother going there.

No help at all. Employees were very lazy and just stood around looking at one another when you asked for help. Very poor service. I wouldn't go back if it was my last choice.

Horrible service. Went to charge my battery at 12, I come back at 4 and it s not been touched. So they apologize and said I would be called when it s ready. Fast forward to 8 and they said the battery failed. I spent my whole day back and forth with them to end up nowhere

It was a stormy day. I go down to start my car - nothing but clicks. My battery has died. Roadside assistance gives me a jumpstart and I go to autozone.Chris D. assisted me. He came out into the rain and got the old battery out, despite its aggressive resistance to the tools. He then completed the sale and came back into the rain, now pouring even harder (God was laughing so hard at my circumstance he was crying). Despite the weather, Chris got the new battery in! Best. Service. Ever.

Well we went in for a battery check. The young black woman tested it and told us the Beamer only had 0.8v of charge in the battery. So since we thought they were professionals we trusted their judgment, checked to see if they had a battery in stock, and expected them to install it. The young woman said they don t replace batteries at night nor do they replace batteries that are in the trunk . So thinking we needed to hurry and get a battery, we call another autozone and LO AND BEHOLD this autozone magically replaces batteries that ARE in the trunk AND at night. WOWBut get this, we had the battery RECHECKED only to find out it was running on 12.43 volts! Not only did this young lady do that battery check wrong she lied about their services. I will not be returning to this location. Be careful out here. Not everyone is equipped do their job.
