Amazing experience!! I was in Madison shopping and came back out to a car that wouldn't crank. I popped the hood to observe the battery and one of the connectors had broken in half. I finally moved the connector around a few times - the car cranked. I headed straight to AutoZone in Ridgeland (being from out of town - that was the only place that I knew of and could get to quickly).I went inside and Jacob S was working - I popped the hood for him and showed him the problem. He went back inside - got the part and some tools, came back out and promptly put the new part on and I was on my way.Jacob was so nice and helpful - I could hardly believe the level of service I was provided.There should be more Jacobs in this world!AutoZone you have a great employee in Jacob S at the Ridgeland, MS store on HWY 51...Thank you Jacob and AutoZone for helping me get the car and myself back together.

When they have the parts it's fine. I just have a problem with AutoZone having the parts I need in stock.

If you use the loan-a-tool program, make sure you pay cash instead of card. The mouth-breathers will tell you "it's not in the system" and you won't get the money back on your card. Seems like being incompetent must be a requirement to work here

I often use this auto zone and each time the employees have always been courteous and helpful. They also have good fundamental knowledge of most things auto which helps if you re trying something out of your wheelhouse.

The clerk was really nice. He handed me the device to hook up to my vehicle to see why the service engine light was on. He asked if I knew how to hook it up and I did. I brought it ba k to him when I was done and he read the codes to me. He told me what each code meant and the parts I needed for the codes listed. He made it so easy. Will be going back

I wish there was a 0 rating , talk about terrible customer service and seeing I am not the only person that has had a issue with KEITH makes my feelings so much more valid , he is rude and unprofessional, something that was simple as a pick up order was made so difficult and awkward , KEITH was standing with another customer and I walked in the store to pick up my order , he didn t say a word but continued to stare at me instead of asking me what I need assistance with , so I just stated that I had a pick up and he looks confused and laughs while pointing at the other customer as if he was too busy when the correct thing was to say is I ll be with you in just a moment , but to laugh in a customers face as if they ve did something wrong along with the customer laughing with them was so disrespectful and disgusting. That was enough to make me never visit that autozone again but I would like to thank the guy that did assist me but Keith needs to go back to training or learn some more customer service skills!

I needed a new battery and they checked it and replaced it in like fifteen minutes. Also very nice.

my battery was being weird so went to autozone to get it tested.two people being served in front of me so i wait as the two ahead of me get parts and other things in the store.then get to me after 20 mins a line has drawn.me: "i need battery testing"az:"its going to be a few mins with all of these people"me: "no you can have your few mins and i will go somewhere else"amazing isn't it when i got to the head of the line the line mattered.save your time go to advance auto parts.bad service, long waits

Worst service not friendly old black man name Keith and another employee white man seem uninterested in helping ppl no thank you or anything dark clouds will call corporate on black guy he was not helpful and helped others while I was first in line // go elsewhere advanced auto got more help ppl and they are not rude and ungrateful for the business

I bought rain-x SILICONE ADVANTEDGE windshield wipers for 2 of our vehicles today at this AutoZone. The store was busy but I was in-and-out in no time and a store employee helped me find the correct windshield wipers for both vehicles in no time flat. They are always nice and everything is always at a great price! Bought battery terminal cleaner amd protector yesterday and in cabin and engine air filters for our Honda van. As always very helpful and everything worked perfectly? I highly recommend.

So I took my boat to this place to see if they would check the batteries because I thought was bad and needing replaced. The guy wouldn't even come out to look at them even though I was going to buy 2 brand new batteries from them if mine were bad. He showed really no concern whatsoever and didnt seem to care about making a good battery sale.

The gentleman in there are so nice.. I almost lost my mind dealing with O'Reilly one day over a simple light bulb went in autozone and they really made my day. They made it a point to have me happy before i left the building. Outstanding reps!

Autozone is Autozone. What I mean to say is if you've been to one, you know what to expect merchandise-wise from the rest. This review has more to do with the staff and overall environment.The store is clean and so is the parking lot. It's a great location and it's usually not very busy.That being said, there are times when you will wait... and wait... and wait while the employees either answer phone calls or get completely outnumbered by customers. The problem is the parts counter people are also the cashiers.While most of the staff is generally friendly, there are a few at times that are somewhat standoff-ish.

Mediocre experience here at this particular AutoZone. The staff knows very little about mechanics or anything beyond a battery or wiper blades. Expect to wait and wait to receive service at the counter. Even though people are lined up waiting to be checked out or helped , phone calls jump to the front of the line. You stand at the counter watching the staff answer questions to someone who just dialed in , after you've been waiting 15 min. I'll avoid this place if I can help it.

Super helpful & friendly guys&gals. My engine light was on. They pulled the diagnistic code & gave me written report + explained it was a minor problem & car was safe to drive. Whew!

Great parts store. Courtesy and friendly staff. Parts are always in stock. Very clean store, well stock shelves. Staff is very knowledgeable about Auto Parts and gets it right the first time.
