I cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys! They are fantastic and honest which is the best part. They replaced my brake pads on my Mercedes Benz quick! Another repair place couldn t do it for weeks and kept my car for over a week and still didn t get the pads in! Thank you Auto Lux for delivering exactly what you said you could do! I m a customer forever!

I can not say enough good things about this car repair place! They are reasonably priced and Kevin knows everything about cars. I take my foreign car there for everything! Thank you so much for always going over and beyond. My precious dad only trusted this repair place.

Was told by autozone it was my alternator. Called around for price quotes and landed on auto lux. Got a call that it was actually just the battery and that my alternator was ok. Nothing beats a company that you can trust.

Everywhere I went to get a plug in my tire told me 2 hour wait. (Gateway and car care clinic) I walked in auto lux and they said got you right now. Great customer service and if I have any problems from here on out I will come here.

I had Kevin install an actuator for me and it was a good experience. It was an easy fix at a reasonable price and they got me out in no time. Both Kevin and Clay were professional, friendly, and excellent communicators. I would recommend them.

My car was serviced. Well a week later, hubby looked under hood to put windshield wiper fluid in it and discovered screws missing everywhere, a container top obviously belonging to something, a hose out of place just pushed between another compartment and a handheld cordless phone face down near the windshield area. Car is still in need of repairs. Contacted Auto Lux mechanic and he states, "oh yeah, we were looking for that phone". We didn't work on that side of the vehicle where the hose was disconnected." Can you believe this place was recommended by other customers? WOW!!!! To I guess resolve the matter, the mechanic asked us to bring the vehicle in to replace the screws. Really? An entire phone underneath the hood after you worked on it and you want it brought back in? I mean what were they gonna do add AT&T service to the phone. Hell naw! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Great customer service! It is under new ownership/management since late August 2020. Many happy customers have been pleased with the work completed. My oil change was completed very quickly. Will definitely be back!

They were able to get me in the day I called for a bad fuel pump on my Sorento. The owner was amazing and gave me a ride to the rental agency. After picking up my car, it ran smoother than I remembered which made me realize the problem had been going on longer than I thought. We will definitely bring our cars there for maintenance again.

I will never come back to this place. They had my vehicle for several weeks and then they said the car was fixed. I went to pick it up and it was doing the exact same thing. I was then told they didnt know what exactly was wrong. Mind you the car had been in their shop for 6 weeks. Now I am having it towed to another shop to have it repaired correctly. The office person has no idea what is going on with any vehicle. If you love your car as much as I love mine, I would not trust the people at auto-lux.

Honest and straight forward advice about the used car my kid bought. They also did a terrific tune up on my dodge that improved my gas milage by 3mpg!

This response is to the Hawkins we did leave a phone under the hood its a simple mistake but hoses undone and alot of bolts is not true we didn't have to undo any bolts and or hoses we have tried contacting you to figure this out but we have been unable to get in touch and can't get a call back sorry for the inconvenience if we can't contact how can we make things right and as far as summer that person is not even in our system and we have never even see this customer in out business so it has to be a spam or the wrong businessServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Battery

They changed my brakes, and then when they dismounted the car it jumped the curb and ran into oncoming traffic. I would never use them again!
