Blake helped my husband and I purchase his dream truck all the way from Kentucky! Blake was very patient and thorough. He is very detail oriented and was willing to work with us in all aspects. We purchased a Duramax from Blake and Alex and had some unpredictable mechanical issues 3 days after we got it home. Blake was very apologetic and did a great job of assuring us they would take care of it, and went above and beyond to make sure it got towed and fixed in a timely manner. Truck was down for less than a day and they took care of all the expenses. It s always nerve racking driving 4 hours out of state to purchase a vehicle, but even though we had issues they were good to handle it. Very easy guys to do business with and probably the easiest truck buying experience we ve ever had. Definitely recommend and would purchase another truck from them.

The staff here was great! I went to buy a truck for my husband's birthday and the guys here really made me feel like I knew what I was doing. They were patient and understanding and did not make me feel stupid at all. Great pricing and excellent customer service!

First time ever bought a vehilcle online. Blake did a wonderful job. On my 2012 Ram 3500 I had to drive 4.5 hours to complete the sale but when i arrived and after inspection and test drive everything was just as described. Blake was very professional and attentive. I will definitely be doing business with Auto Innovation in the future. OH one more thing, after months of shopping they had the best price on my vehicle. Thanks Blake!!

The salesperson I had was nice and respectful. They offered exactly what I wanted for my truck on trade in. Told him i would be down the next day or two at the most to buy the vehicle. We worked out a deal and he typed up a bill of sale and I was in the process of financing the additional amount due. Got a text a couple hours later telling me the truck sold.

Whoever runs the online communications for this place is terrible at their job. Communicated back and forth and provided trade-in info. Was given a value, which I countered with a different value that wasnt drastic and was given no response. I responded ready to buy that weekend regardless and messaged back again still with no response. Ended up purchasing else where, where communication and customer appreciation was apparent. 3 weeks later and truck is still for sale so they must not be in a hurry to move inventory .

Purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum from Blake and Alex. These guys are straight to the point and give you a fair deal through and through. I will be back for future purchases! Highly recommend!!

Went here to see and drive a truck I found online. The truck had mechanical problems and the staff there didn t seem to want to acknowledge the fact. Traveled 2 hrs 1 way. Waste of time. Sad thing is we pointed out real issues with their vehicle and it s still for sale for some poor soul to come along and not thoroughly test drive it and buy it. You have been warned.

I highly recommend not buying anything from Auto Innovation.... We bought a truck for $26,000... They put one new tire on it for $750, then our sales man told us that they could have done a whole new set for $300 more but his boss wanted to save that money... mind you this truck that we had already drove 3 hrs to get really really needed a whole new set of tires...and now we are going to have to drop $2,000 on tires.... 2 days after buying it the check engine light came on(You can tell they just reset it all)... Now 3 months down the road after only treating this truck like a baby and only putting about 2,000 miles on it just driving it to work. It started throwing transmission codes and it won't switch out of second gear... Took it to the shop and we need a new transmission, so about $4300 later got it fixed and now i just had to use the ac and what do you know it dont work either i would never buy anything from this so called company again i suggest you not either fair warning
