Had a wonderful experience on Wednesday, March 27, 2024! We drove 3.5 hours out-of-state to see a specific vehicle they had on their pre-owned lot and were out and test driving it within 10 minutes of arrival. Herman was the sales consultant that helped us through the entire process and he was a delight to work with. Everyone on staff was, actually. We met the sales manager, Jeff, briefly and he was so kind, as was the finance manager, and sadly I forgot to grab his card so I can't recall his name. Highly recommend this dealership. In all honesty, the next time I'm in the market and need to buy another vehicle from a dealership, I would be willing to make the 3.5 hour drive again to see them!

We went to get my car serviced. The people there are friendly and helpful. After getting the maintenance done on my car, it was running smoothly. After we made it home, the gentleman sent a text message to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. Everything about the visit there went well. I would recommend Acura of Jackson to anyone who is looking for a fine vehicle or needs maintenance on their vehicle. Glynda Hood

I bought a used Mercedes SUV at this dealership six months ago. That was a very positive experience. Very transparent transaction.Recently my brake system needed attention. The Used lot has its own service department. The service writer named Shelby was very caring and stayed in touch with me for the 2 days it took to get the new master cylinder and install it. Shuttle service was provided free.Today I picked up my car and the brakes are like new. The price was reasonable and explained fully.Acura of Jackson is my new favorite dealership!!

My first purchase from Acura of Jackson was in 2011. My husband and I were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy from everyone at the dealership so when we were ready to make another purchase in 2019, we returned and received the same treatment. The service department is outstanding. I travel frequently for work, and knowing that I am in a safe, reliable vehicle that has been cared for by competent and well-trained professionals gives me great comfort and peace of mind.

Shelby is awesome. Her customer service is unmatched. She did everything she said she would do. She's the reason I brought my Lexus back to Acura and not to Herrin Gear to have my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced.She kept me updated during my entire process. Thanks Shelby. The world needs more people like you!

Clean business, everyone was friendly, they have a nice waiting area offering coffee, water and snacks. Our salesman, TJ, was amazing. He's very knowledgeable about the vehicles, professional but personable, & kind. He made buying our MDX a pleasurable experience.

We had 2 separate visits to Acura on Thursday and Friday. One day for tires and one day for breaks. The service was excellent!!!Treveno is an excellent service representative. He's very knowledgeable and professional.He kept me informed on the maintenance my car needed and he updated me regularly on the progress. I am thoroughly satisfied from both days. Tommy was very busy with check in on Friday, March 29th and remained cool and professional. I appreciate Kevin and the other guy for shuttle service. The cashier so sweet and pleasant. I tell everyone to get an Acura because you will not only fall in love with the car but the Service too. The only area they need to improve on is the car wash. Impeccable customer service!!!! Thanks so much.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service and sales team at Acura of Jackson. They went above and beyond any other car places that I have ever dealt with. Jeff made sure my used Jeep is in almost new condition. He never gave me any excuses and is a man of his word. I WILL ALWAYS bring my business to this dealership. THANK YOU ACURA OF JACKSON!!!! I love my ride.

Chris is an incredible representation and asset to the service department and Acura of Jackson, as a whole. As long as he is there, I will remain a loyal customer. Thanks, Chris they also make it super easy to schedule your service via the website and you can choose who you would like your advisor to be, with that said I HIGHLY recommend Chris.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had. The staff was great. Eric found the car I was wanting. Finding all the options I wanted. TJ handled the purchase paperwork quickly and explained it as we went. The finance manager Matt was awesome. He mentioned all add on services but did not push them. Darryn helped me with the car after the sell. And, Jeff the sales manager, stayed with me throughout the transaction. I ve always had my car buying experience to be an entire day long experience. This was so much better. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I found my car dealer for all future car purchases.

Always a pleasure getting my vehicle serviced at Acura of Jackson, they re always efficient with servicing. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, and they are very customer focused. No one enjoys getting their car serviced, but Acura provides the most enjoyable experience out of all of the dealerships that I ve experienced.

Scheduled an oil change appointment, and asked if the shuttle could pick me up from work at 5pm. I informed them twice around lunch time on my location and what time I got off. They stated "no problem" and that a shuttle would be there. I waited until 5:15pm, gave them a call and the representative stated that he wasn't aware that I needed to be picked up. The shuttle didn't arrive until 5:50pm. No one communicated that it would be a late pickup.

I had a very great experience at the Acura dealership! Darryn, Matt, and Jeff were amazing help to me! From the time I walked through the door until the time I left, they were very kind and engaged! Each and every time that I visit the Acura dealership (Service) department, I m treated with professionalism and kindness. Each person is courteous. I totally appreciate my Service Rep: Chris. He IS AWESOME This is why I don t hesitate to bring my truck in for servicing.

Service advisor Anthony Doss was a pleasure to work with, did a fantastic job communicating issues and status of service work for my car. Also, thanks to Ben (service tech) that took the time to actually show me the issues with the car and great explanation of what needed to be done.

Acura of Jackson is the best, I love this place. I waited in the area for my car to get service . They had Starburst coffee and snacks and sausage sandwiches and cold drinks available. The service guy came and kept me updated on my vehicle. I got my car back cleaner than it was. Thank you!!

I have been taking my 2017 MDX to Acura of Jackson for four years, for oil changes, service and routine scheduled maintenance and have always been completely satisfied. Outstanding service advisors and service department!

You talk about a painless experience, we test drove the car overnight and came back the next day and the process was stupid simple. Donna was our sales lady and she was great, and Jeff, the sales manager helped us all the way through. Both were very knowledgeable and made the whole process a pleasure. I would highly recommend them and the Acura used dept.

Acura of Jackson provided outstanding customer service when I purchased my MDX! They were very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and they made me feel so special! T.J., Jeff, and Matt all answered all of my questions and were so kind to my husband and me. The process was seamless and they were respectful of our time. My MDX was in EXCELLENT condition! I appreciate them and will definitely refer people to Acura of Jackson!!!! Awesome dealership!
