Top notch folks at this place. Quality work in a timely manner. Not charging crazy amounts for the work either. Definitely would recommend. They did a hub assembly and brakes; I am very pleased with the results.

My son took his 2020 Ford Fusion here on the recommendation of Capital Body Shop after it had been at Gray Daniels for 2.5weeks and the issue he took it there for was not resolved. Gray Daniels fixed a secondary issue, billed him $825 for that and apparently did not even test drive to confirm that the issue it was taken in for was fixed. Richland Front End and Brake had his car for only one week--during the holiday with a heavy workload--and still fixed the main issue in a more than adequate time frame for $535, which is all the money we should have been out to begin with at Gray Daniels had they done their job. RFE&B were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and quite reasonable. Highly recommend!! In addition, I'd like to send a shout out to Enterprise of Richland. We had to rent a car after dropping off his car and 3 other Enterprise locations we checked had nothing available because of the holiday. We walked into the Richland location and in less than 10 minutes walked out with a rental. The location of the Enterprise in relation to Richland Front End and Brake, as well as availability, could not have been more convenient. Highly Recommend!!

These guys at Richland Frontend are a great bunch of people. They give you a feeling of friendship as well as peace of mind. You know what your getting upfront. I would highly recommend this auto repair store over all the big corporate auto repair shops.Great bunch of home town people.

These guys are great, very honest. I took my truck to this shop after another shop tried to gouge me for $180.00 plus another $80 for a front end alignment. The other shop said I needed camber alignment kits and said the previous repairs were improper. Richland Front End & Brakes did the front end alignment for $74.85. They said the previous repairs were done properly and the camber adjustment kits were not needed. They were very honest and I highly recommend them. I will be back to them for service in the future.

Surely the most honest I've ever seen in my entire life! Mr. Thurman has the most honest sincere man who owns the mechanic shop I've ever met . I took my Dodge there after I've been to two other shops found out what was wrong with it how much cheaper it was with a warranty and that price also included a new front end alignment could not ask for a better experience

I was getting a set of tires and a frontend alignment at another place of business. The tires was no problem. But I was told that the frontend could not be alignmented but I need work. The total cost was a little over $2400 including the frontend alignment but I took my truck to Richland Frontend and Brake because of the reviews. The cost $740.00 including the alignment. The guys are honest it is nice to see honest people now days.

These folks were so awesome! We were traveling through Jackson on Memorial Day weekend when our van decided to make some awfully spooky noises. We tried a few places to get it fixed, but everyone was too busy to even try. Richland Front End took a minute to look at it and fixed it for us to get back on the road. They also took the time to explain what was wrong and why it was wrong. And they did all this for way below market rates for labor. I would definitely take my car back to them if I ever needed to again. They were life/trip savers for sure.

Highly recommend them was passing through had a seal go out on the front end. One of there mechanics stayed till after 10 pm to get my family and I back on the road real nice people friendly staff could not thank them enough

Quick and affordable and friendly people to answer your questions and run you home while your car is getting worked on :) and if you drive hwy 49 on a regular basis..you will definitely need some work done on your vehicle and this is THE place to call. <3
