Went to this location on 2/26/24 around 1:45. Quick, in and out service. Everyone was nice, very professional, clean location, got my windows cleaned, something I never got at the location in Lake Charles, LA even got a few laughs in

Katelynn took so great care of me today. Her crew was excellent. She is so very sweet!Truly superior service. Bryce really made sure I was taken care of. They did my windows and vacuumed my car. Very impressive! I will definitely be back. Extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend them! Women friendly! Simply the best!

Came in for a Quick Oil change since I m on a roadtrip. Had Great customer service, fast & reliable! As well as doing me the favor of giving me one on the house! Took no longer than 5 minutes to get her all done and filled back up! Will definitely come back again for their spectacular service!

Based on these other reviews, I must have come on an "off" day. I was promptly greeted and "serviced" but it definitely is/was not up to par.The waiting area is nice and comfortable tho. However, my brakes (that I came to get serviced) are still squealing and my tire pressures are all over the place(as they were when i arrived). The technician even changed my dashboard screen so that I wouldn't see that they didn't balance and rotate my tires as I requested *numerous* times during my consultation where they told me my services would be over $600 and since my car would be "already in the air," they were going to make sure that got done.For $600.... I am absolutely disappointed. I get that it's a business... but its BAD business to take advantage of people. They didn't even debrief me and explain what they did to my car that day. And I just drove off trusting that they did what they said they would... because they presented themselves as honest and caring. I mean, look at the reviews! Speaking of reviews-- boyyyy did they try to pressure me to leave them a 5-star review right then and there on the spot.I'm glad I waited to do so.Idk if I would come back here. Probably only if I HAD to due to my tires having a warranty.

I had tried to get my oil changed at 2 different places, and this was my last choice. Nobody had my oil filter in stocks. They either had to order it or didn't carry it. I drove up and asked Katelyn if they had an air filter for my car before we started anything. She scanned my car and then went to see if they did. She came up the stairs with one! I was finally going to get an oil change!! Then I needed brake pads and wipers (which I knew & was prepared to pay). They didn't have the brake pads. One of the employees drove to Pearl to get brake pads while Bryce (I think) took my tires off, etc. They started around 4:15 and were done with everything a little after 5. Every employee worked well with each other (from what I saw) and was respectful to every customer that came through. I'm not going anywhere else

If you re in need of a vehicle service, go see Bryce! I cannot recommend him enough. He was knowledgeable and so very kind. He made sure I knew what he was doing and very clearly stated pricing so that I wasn t surprised when everything was done. Thank you Bryce! I ll be back!

We had our truck in shop for service and Bryce took a look at it and told us what was and he ordered a part for it and didn t help the vehicle at all so he was concerned and knowledgeable that everyone who look at it was just taking our money. Bryce said he wasn t going to charge us anything he was a blessing to us and Katlin helped us out too she got us a towed for a very reasonable price than others people were. I just love this place everybody that worked there they are willing to give you a helping hand. I would definitely recommend this place. Down right good people. Thanks to jiffy lube family.

I love me some Jiffy Lube-anywhere but especially the one in Richland, MS. Bryce, Katelyn and all the crew are fantastic. They treat you fairly and always take care of your needs! I have never met a more honest business and crew in my life. They keep it real and get you back on the road safely and quickly!!If you EVER need anything on your car fixed or even have a question about your vehicle-they never hesitate to answer and/or educate you. If you are reading this and feel like I am singing their praises-then I have done my job!!So make your life easy-just come on over to Jiffy Lube in Richland, MS and you will never take your car anywhere else!! My husband & I came in for a truck oil change. Bryce welcomed us in although we were earlier than his opening time. He & his crew, John & Anthony, did a great job. Also Bryce s care, concern & knowledge of our truck engine provided great feedback for future services needed.

I must say the service was A-1 from the time I pulled up to the entrance. Katelyn greeted me with such pleasure and enthusiasm and you can tell she enjoys servicing others. She helped me get the best quality oil change for my car + fuel treatment + air filter. She s very persuasive too can prolly sale milk to a cow haha! But what got me was after I had paid and was walking to my car and I told her I had forgotten to get my tire pressure at 40 and she said, I already did it. Wow! Those are times that make you want to hug the technicians for reading your mind.

My truck was making a squealing sound and my radiator was leaking due to there being no gasket and my radiator being loose. Mr Mike and David both came out and looked at it and gave reassurance that they were gonna get it all fixed and get things done right. Great customer service!! Thanks guys!!!!

My experience here was 10/10. I drove up and automatic got Great Service. Kurt came to my vehicle and I explained what I needed done. He said okay and continued to do his check list. He then walk me inside the building and just verified everything I said. He gave me update about how long it will take them to finish my vehicle etc.This the best experience I had from a tire shop in a while. Another associate even help fill out my info. in the computer until Kurt came back in. The whole team was just GENUINE.THANKS.
