Byram Police Department sent my car here instead of letting my mom come get my car off the road. The same day it was towed, I called American Automotive & Towing so I could come get my car, and he told me the place was closed. The next morning, around 9 a.m. I went to pick up my car, and he told me I couldn't get it cause I needed my title. So I left to go home to get the title (no more than 10 minutes away). I returned back, the place closed and no one was there so I called the number given and he said it'll be 1 p.m. before he comes back, he had a call to pick up a vehicle. I waited to 1 p.m. to get my car and the price to get my car was $ 288.90. It wasn't even a full day and was $288.90.
