I can t say enough about how wonderful Chuck and Brenda were. We had a blowout with our travel trailer. Culpeppers took the call from my roadside assistance service. We were so far away from any major city we d settled in to wait to have my one blowout replaced. When Chuck and Brenda arrived my second tire on the same side had flattened due to damage from the blowout. It was a LOT of work to get us safely on the road again. Thankfully they d brought a tire in addition to the spare I already had. They replaced both tires and checked my others. They worked quickly but also took the time to make sure my family was taken care of.They were professional, calm, and very kind. This kind of road hazard can be very scary and I ve been dreading my first blowout, but Chuck and Brenda made getting back on the road again a quick and painless process. We live in Texas but we travel a lot and you can rest assured that if I have any issues traveling in Mississippi in the future, I ll be calling Culpeppers. Thank y all for rescuing us.

Went to get them to switch a tire from the rim it's on to the rim that has a bad tire on it. The bad tire is on my truck. I was asking them to switch it for me and how much that would cost. The lady in the office looked at me like I was stupid and said we can't do all that back and forth, but we can do it all for you. I said mam it's not back and forth, I'll take the rim and tire off the truck and bring both of the rims and tires to you so u can switch them for me. She started getting loud and told me to go to halls. I'm usually very understanding of businesses right to serve whoever they want and how they want, but this lady is not good at her job at all. She doesn't even do the tire work so why make it a big deal that I'm taking the rim and tire off my truck and mounting it on myself? I'm a disabled veteran and I only get paid 1 time a month. I'm on a very tight budget and I explained that to her, but it didn't help. I don't like writing this but I think she needs to do better for veterans and I hope she doesn't treat everyone like that. All she had to say was we can't do that.

I was on a road trip back in February when my axle broke. I was towed to their location as they were in the USAA network. They went above and beyond and I thank the whole crew working that day for getting back out on the road. I made it safely to my location still another 900 miles away. Amazing work, thorough follow up after fixing it, test drive to ensure no issues, they were not completely happy with something they fixed it as if it was their own car, making you feel like family and they wanted to keep you safe. Thank you again. I tried to leave a review on your website, no tab for it. You all stay safe during this time.

In response to manager below:I was not at my site when the driver observed me as you state below. I was hiding at a neighbors site until your driver left because I was afraid to let them know my actual site. The last conversation with dispatch I was instructed to walk up to the front to guide the driver to my site. Was told they were 5 minutes away, driver had just passed Woodys. 15 minutes later, USAA called to see how my service was, I told Justin, with USAA, what all happened. Between Justin and I, we decided to cancel the service. At this point, I had no way of actually knowing the ETA. It was late. I was told 5 minutes, was this 5 minutes going to turn into an hour? The job was cancelled with USAA BEFORE the driver arrived. I told the driver this, so stop saying I refused service. I did not, I cancelled the service in correlation of the recommendation of USAA.If you were reluctant to come out the next day, why did you accept the order? Poor reflection on leadership to purposely mislead a customer into believing service is on the way.I personally would never even written a review but for the fact the next day you purposely delayed service without even contacting me or USAA.The information provided relating to the driver and previous service commitments is irrelevant to my customer experience. What this proves is several things:1. Culpeppers does not have the capability to manager customer expectations for service. Tell the truth up front.2. Culpeppers does not have the leadership capability to manage communications between dispatch and driver teams to set customer expectations.3. A good leader would review the experience from the view of the customer, identify gaps in the process and move forward. Instead of blaming the customer for their bad experience.4. Culpeppers cannot fully evaluate equipment needed for a site, when basically a 20 year old kid with a 12 ton bottle jack was able to fix it. According to you, the equipment provided the night before could not even complete the service.Seems like you screwed this up, but cannot accept responsibility.********************************What a horrible experience. USAA contracts with Culpeppers, opened a roadside assistance request with USAA. If you have USAA, do not let them assign roadside assistance to this company. At 3:40 PM, told by dispatch ETA 6:00PM. at 6:40 PM told by dispatch ETA was 45 minutes. At 8:40 I called dispatch, they were surprised the repair guy hadn't arrived, dispatch thought he was already here. Dispatch called tech, said he was 5 minutes away and for me to go to the front and wait. 15 minutes later, I called USAA to cancel this request. At this point, it was 9:00 PM. No confidence when they will arrive. USAA called me, I said they were not here and to cancel request. I told USAA rep to schedule someone else to be here between 9 am and 10 am next day. Unfortunately for some reason, same company received the request. Text message from USAA at 7:00 am, ETA is 120-150 minutes, which puts arrival between 9-9:30 am. I called Culpeppers at 9:30, dispatch said they just got the request and will be there in 2 hours. I called USAA, USAA called Culpeppers, Culpeppers told USAA to increase the request to heavy duty, they have to send a bigger heavy duty truck. The night before they just sent a pick up truck, but now they need to send a heavy duty? So in reality, the two guys that showed up in a standard pickup box truck would not have been able to complete the work.Update and resolution: USAA sent Byrd's Automotive, they were here in 37 minutes, no heavy duty truck, kid showed up in a Chevy S10 pick up with a 12 ton bottle jack and changed the tire.

I can not truly express how great this place is. They went above and beyond to take care of my family and I when we broke down during a trip from Texas to Tennessee. They figured out what was wrong with my vehicle, kept us warm and comfortable, and were nothing short of amazing. (Especially Brenda, you give that awesome woman a raise!)You can trust this place, which is difficult to say these days.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Got them to change my alternator and battery. They overcharged for the work. I know because I called around afterwards and no one else would have charged that much. But it gets better. Now a month later my car is in a shop (a different shop) and guess what it s my battery and alternator. So apparently they didn t tighten the battery down and there was an oil leak that was leaking into the alternator which was the cause of the alternator going bad. I thought they worked on car and knew what they were doing but apparently not. Crooks. I guess hoping I would have to turn around and bring it back. NEVER WILL I EVER USE THESE CROOKS

I brought my 2002 ford f150 in to Culpeppers to get the idle back to normal. They fixed my steering which required tightening a couple bolts and said I needed a whole new computer and it would cost 1300 bucks!! Then charged me 140 dollars saying that they could of charged more if they wanted too FOR TIME and didnt even fix what I came there for. They are morons and scam artist at the best! I took my truck to Daryl Ashe and he fixed the problem for 120 bucks and it wasnt even the computer!! MY POINT IS DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL ROB YOU!

I stopped here with a alternator issue I asked for a mechanic to just look at the problem There was no mechanic on site with 5 garage doors open like they working Then asked if I could leave my car go get the parts to have it repaired and how much it would be could not give a price and could not be today I was asked to move my car to the bank parking lot and could not leave it there . I needed your services but you were not available Just wow not great service at all!!!!

I brought my car here because my brakes failed and they took care of everything. I got a receipt that gave a description of what exactly they did to fix the problem and the price was fair.

Quoted me 900 to replace spark plugs and coils. Can get the parts for 200 on the expensive side, 100 other cheaper side. So 700 in labor, is just ridiculous
