I tell you what, this is the absolute worst oreillys I ve ever stepped foot in. Got stranded 3 hours away from home and had just recently purchased a brand new battery from the oreillys in my town, but since I was out of town my battery died so I went to warranty the battery after testing alternator and determining with a meter it was in fact charging so culprit had to have been battery. I was told that they couldn t warranty it even though I had paid over $250 for a top of the long battery. The worker named wayne was extremely rude was denying warranties for brand new unused parts to other customers as well and from where I m from this type of thing just doesn t happen. Wayne also had his wife in the store and 3 kids playing behind the counters in the parts areas and it was very unprofessional to have half dressed kids running around the store not being supervised playing with mops and brooks bumping into customers Wayne yelling at the children while helping other customers I just have never in all my days had worse service at an oreillys.Wayne was also out load talking about firing employees and how there will be a lot of jobless employees come tomorrow out loud to customers which is very unprofessional he mentioned he couldn t warranty my battery because employees were bad about letting random people doing it and/or stealing batteries from the store. I explained I had a receipt from my personal account that I have with oreillys and was still denied a warranty battery was swollen and obviously bad . So all in all professional parts, professional people no indeed not at least not in pontotoc. I had to wait 4 hours dealing with this just to wait another couple of hours to have someone that I knew come and pick me up while my vehicle had to stay parked on the side of the road. Beware of using this oreillys

I had an interesting problem Sunday morning. My motorhome jack was buried in asphalt, and I could not get the jack retracted. Joe & Wes went out of their way to help me find some tools and parts to jerry rig something together that might get that jack unglued from Mother Earth. It was a head scratcher. With some parts that I purchased along with a jack stand that I borrowed from someone in the campground, I was finally able to pull it up.Big shout out to Joe and Wes for helping on this Sunday morning.

This place happened to be the only store within 50 miles that had the part I was needing which was great, but the service from the staff needs a lot of improvement. Don't shop here unless it's an emergency

Nice workers. They saved my butt the other night. I was over 12 hours from home and my vehicle died. I had to call a cab and they had my part ready for me at checkout. Wonderful service and their parts are decently stocked.

Like anywhere else for auto parts. U walk in, young person behind a computer who doesn't even look at you. "How can I help?" U say make and model and what u need, and they get up, get it, ring it up, take your cash, give u change and bag it. All the while without even looking at u once. Then u leave.

Very helpfully, I did not have to worry and do anything the employees handled everything. Very friendly group of workers that are well informed. Keep up the good work!!!

Have had good and bad but while I'm at high risk of covid 19 I called and asked if they priced match and was told by a manager yes even told him competitors price and assured me yes but when I arrived at store he refused putting me at risk in his store and original store I had to go to after all horrible management

Good place to get ur parts. Friendly people and usually little cheaper. They will either match or beat other prices

The employees dont actually kno anything about car repair . just what's on the computer screen if u dont have a exact part num they are lost
