Called them last minute about getting a brake job done, and they got me in that morning. They had it done by noon, and at a very fair price. I will definitely be returning for any service needs in the future. Thanks, guys!!

Very honest and fair. Got a ridiculous quote from a competitor ($2000), got a quote from William's ($875), but left paying $317 since it didn't need everything they thought. And that included $25 for a BYOO oil change.

The guys here at Williams Tire are first rate! After I was having an issue with my car and getting ready for a long trip, Jason called to make sure I was okay and that the car was driving fine. Talk about going above and beyond their job!! Hector took me for a ride in my car to pinpoint exactly what it was that I was hearing so as to not have me pay for something I didn't need. Personal service for sure. Richard was super helpful explaining everything that I would be purchasing and getting me the best price. Great customer service, Great work and Great people, this should be your first stop for tires and more.

Came in with a very flat tire they were able to assist me over the phone in a timely manner and I was in and out with in an hour! Great service great people great prices. Definitely my go to in picayune.

Richard and Jason ensured that my punctured tire was replaced and all tires rotated. They also had my T.P.S. tire monitoring system sensors replaced. Excellent shop for customer service!28Dec2023- ADDENDUMRumbling roar when my Suzuki truck needed to stop.....conclusion;Truck in dire need of rear brakes, and interior dome light problem.My hat is off to Richard for giving me the correct advice on what the problem was. Very impressed with the NEW employee mechanic Hector Talavera, who explained how he fixed the dome light, and the need for new pads and rotors. Quality people for a quality shop.MY 5 RATING GOES TO A 6! THANKS GUYS, AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I needed a lot of work done to my car, but was so busy that I kept putting it off. I took it to Williams Tire, where the staff were courteous and professional, and all of the work was done to my car in one day for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this service again!

Very educated and informative workers. Any work done on my family van is done here. I need to be have trust and confidence in those who work on making sure we our road ready and safe. Richard and Jason are too notch and a million amazing thanks to their mechanic Shayne!!!

I just had a tire repaired, nail removal. Fast service and great price. As I was driving away, I remembered that I used to go to Williams Tire and Auto about 40 years ago on Short Cut in Slidell. Glad to see a store in Picayune now near my house. Give them a try Picayune.

Recently, my family was traveling home from a New Orleans vacation when a random piece of highway debris punctured our tire. We limped to Williams Tire and Auto Service, received prompt, expert service, and were back on the road in less than half an hour. They didn t take advantage of our situation to overcharge us, but instead showed extraordinary customer service. We are so appreciative of their help and highly recommend this business to all.

I guess he thought I wasn t in the waiting area. He walked out and said This is getting old. Putting tires on the Mercedes. Well, sorry for bringing you business. Won t happen again.Wait to complain when your customer leaves like everybody else, Jason.

I had a flat lawn mower tire that needed to be reset on the rim. I brought it in and they were able to fix it within five minutes during lunch. Great customer service! I will be going back for all my tire needs in the future.

Brought my car in for an oil change and to check and change the front driver tires wheel baring before my road trip. Was told its not the baring it's the tires that need to be changed. My husband just changed the wheel baring and guess what was in pieces? Yupp that's right the wheel baring. I'm 9 months pregnant, thank god nothing happened on my trip to Texas last week. All the rumors around town are true and I will never go back. I don't care if the mechanic didn't feel like changing it or didn't know how but atleast be up front with me on the work that needs to be done, I'll go somewhere else to get it fixed.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The lady at the front counter was very friendly and helpful it was a Saturday morning and they close at 12:00 I needed an alignment done. She said it would be around a 2 hr. Wait but that one of the cars ahead of me was a drop off and she would see if they could get mine in before it cause I had to wait there which they did and I was in and out within an hour. Thank you for your professional and courteous assistance.

I have used Tire Town on 3 different occasions, 3 different vehicles. The service was excellent and the staff was equally qualified. The manager, Mr. Alan Johnson, is very knowledgeable and he always took the time to answer any questions I had then explain all work done on my vehicles. I truly feel like I have never been charged any unnecessary work . I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done, or tires, on their vehicles.

I had a blowout on my way to work the other day and my spare had a leak. I was able to get my car to Tire Town Auto and they were not only extremely nice and helpful, they had me out the door and ready to go in no time. Excellent customer service and great prices, definitely recommend them.

In the past few months we have had several interactions with this business and each time it was an amazing experience! All of the staff are professional and kind. They go above and beyond to get the job done in a reasonable time frame and still finish the job with quality work. We were referred by Anthony to use them and have not been sorry with any of the services we received! Highly recommend them to everyone!

I love this shop everyone is very nice, and actually seems to care about your safety. They can do just about anything you need. Also, they are the only ones in town who carries my tire brand. :) AND I've never gotten back a bad job from them either. Definitely recommend.

My dad did business with the one in New Orleans for over 15 years and talked highly about them.I did business with the one in Slidell for 5 years until they told about one in Picayune where I moved to. I had brakes and struts done here and they are friendly people. labor prices good. Yes I have recommended!

Me. Allen and his team is amzing. They are honest and do good quality work. I'm thankful they are here. I've never brought my truck there and gotten anything fixed other than what was wrong. They have never price gouged me. This is the standard for all auto repair shops bar none!

Friendly service but I had to wait entirely too long. I was told about an hour and it was almost 4 hours, for ONE tire!! I will be going back to my old tire guy in the future. And the 3 stars is because the guys were very nice!

My wife had her oil changed here a few thousand miles ago when our schedules were busy and today her maintenance light came on. I thankfully had some time to change her oil myself this time. The new-ish Toyota Highlanders have an oil filter housing, with a housing drain plug, and also an oil pan drain plug. The oil pan drain plug has a 30ft-lb torque spec, oil filter housing is at 25ft-lb and the filter housing drain plug is ~10ft-lb. Every single one of these was tightened at Tire Town like it was never meant to come off again. I had to use a 2ft breaker bar on the filter housing in order to get it off. There's just... no sense in that for a housing with a static O-ring seal around the circumference. Anyways, because of their service, it made my day more difficult. They get 2 stars because it was at least obvious they broke into the system, so the work was completed, but with no respect to the vehicle or the next person going to service the vehicle.

I went there yesterday and the nice young lady helped me pick out my tires. she scheduled me for this morning at 8am and I was out before 10 a.m.The young man that did my tires was real. good.he worked neat and did a real good job.he even thanked me.everyone was very helpful and friendly.Thanks tires townBruce HartI

Not only is the place so clean and well put together, I could ve eaten off of the floor In there. The staff are so hospitable and just all around awesome! They replaced my tire and I told them the wrong tire , the tire blew since I told them to replace the wrong one and they legally could ve double charged me but they didn t ! They told me that I had had a bad enough day and that they were taking care of me! I ll never go to another place to get my tires done again and I ll be sending everyone to tire town ! Thank y all so much! Truly!

Great service and friendly staff. Got me in and out quickly. Lil pricey to have 2 loose tires changed out I thought. What are you gonna do. The young guy that did the work was nice too. Overall nice place to do business. I ll be coming back I m sure.
