I had to jump my 2006 Yukon. Afterwards, my aftermarket auto start key fob wouldn't communicate with the unit even after following reset Iinstructions. Traffic Jams ordered a new part (I can't recall what it was now) to replace the one that shorted and also hard wired the auto start in, which it wasn't before. I can't recall how much it cost, but it wasn't more than $150 for the part and labor.My teenage son stopped in today. He had installed an amp and subwoofer in his own car, but got stuck with some existing car wires. He expected to have to make an appointment, but one of the employees went to his car, spent less than 5 minutes wiring what was needed to be connected, told my son, "Have a good day!" and didn't charge him!I recommend Traffic Jams not for being inexpensive, but for being honest, knowledgeable, and for being so kind!

I needed help installing a RCA converter for my subwoofer in my car, and the man there installed it in under 5 minutes for free and explained how the wires go. They really know their stuff

I had them install a 7 screen stereo in my Expedition. It was a Christmas gift.I m not thrilled with the unit-Boss, but Traffic Jams did a beautiful installation of both the unit and backup camera.They were fast and friendly, and I plan to have them install hopefully a better unit in my ExplorerI highly recommend them

Very knowledgeable & very nice staff..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL YOUR CAR AUDIO NEEDS.. they didn't charge me an arm and leg !!!

I had them install a satellite radio for me in an older car & they did an excellent job...... very reasonable cost, good workmanship, quickly done, nice & friendly. They even advised me to order my radio from Sirius to save me money.

Beast...just let Cole and crew do what they know and you'll be more than pleased with your sound/alarm/ tint... awesome guys best shop in area. I drove from Slidell to let true professionals handle my truck and audio needs. 5 + k invested .
