Was able to get in the next day for windshield replacement. They kept me up to date on the progress of the car. We were able to drop the car off the night before with their secure drop off and pick up the next afternoon you can do everything online which makes it easier including pay your bill.Will be calling them in the future if need arises.

Safelite in Slidell. What can I say good about my experience? Nothing. Let's start with the day the inside are was supposed to come to my house. They give me a window of 12pm - 5pm. That's some window. Around 12:38pm I get an email telling me the installer will be there at 1pm. I own my own business, so I leave my workers to it and rush home to be there. 1:30 rolls around and none is there. I call Safelite to find out what's going on and I tell them the email says 1pm. The other end of the phone says he doesn't know why I got an email, then says, "Well the installer changed... so maybe that's why you got one." Ok... pretty inconvenienced at this point, but he gives me the option to come into the store. 20 minutes away. "Sure." I say. We make an appointment to be there at 10am. So now I have to take off work again.Today, I get to the shop at 9:40 am, they get my truck in one of the bays, take it all apart, then the installer Jules, who is not a very pleasant person btw, comes in and tells the guy up front that my windshield isn't there. It's in Metairie! On the truck that came last night in the rain after they were supposed to be there at 1pm! Totally unprofessional, totally uncaring that my time was wasted for 2 days. When Jules brought my truck back around, he just shrugs, and lumbers off. American Auto Glass in Picayune is going to install tomorrow. They have my windshield there. It's also $100 cheaper. P. SWhile we were there, another customer got told they ordered the wrong window for him. He now has to come back tomorrow.Totally unprofessional guys.

At first I was hesitant because i assumed that the prices would be extremely high .However that wasn't the case. They were very affordable , friendly, & fast .I would totally recommend their services to any one who need auto window repair.

Was never able to get quote and /or set up an appt due automated phone service. Needed CS and couldn't get to a representative since there no option available that fit my need. Worst automated phone service I've ever dealt with.

Made appointment online, never showed up, done with them, btw they are in cahoots with allstate insurance...fyi

If I have to go through a automated prompt as bad as that from anyone they won t earn my business

To expensive they charge 100 to fix a crack I found someone for 40 bucks and 10 for each extra crack
