Great customer service from the sales staff getting me the information I requested quickly via email and then executing a very clean and professional win-win transaction. Good trade value on my vehicle. No high pressure after-handshake finance add-ons. Transaction went smoothly and quickly. 2024 Pathfinder Platinum 4WD model.

The sales rep Johnny was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Rogue I was interested in, and explained new features that were not on my old Rogue. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

I had spent time over the last few days inquiring about, test driving and ultimately purchasing a 2024 Nissan Versa. My whole experience was what I consider enjoyable. I had the opportunity to speak with several people at the dealership and each and every one of them was very professional and went out of their way to answer any questions I had (even after the sale was complete). There were no "high pressure" tactics, which was a selling point for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I m so beyond happy with the car, and the sales rep. , Tiffany was absolutely amazing, she made sure I was super comfortable and understood every step of the entire process. Overall I had a great experience and very likely to come back when it s time for a new car again! Very friendly and accommodating staff/facility.

I went to several car dealerships before finally going close to home at Nissan of picayune. This was by far the best experience! The salesman Robert was professional, honest, and kind. All of the staff were just trying to get me the best deal possible instead of seeing how much money they could get out of me. I appreciate the pleasant experience I had buying my new car! I haven t stopped smiling since I bought it! 10/10 recommend

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from Nissan of Picayune regarding my Nissan Pathfinder 2018 purchase. I purchased the vehicle from your dealership and was in the final stages of my loan when I encountered financial difficulties.Despite never being late on my payments prior to this incident, I was shocked to discover that my car had been repossessed at the end of my loan term, with five payments remaining. I promptly paid the full amount owed, including repo fees, to retrieve my vehicle. This payment left me with only two months remaining on my loan.To my dismay, Nissan of Picayune charged me an additional $240.00 in interest and claimed another $450.00 for an additional repo fee, which they stated was for being one month late, despite this occurring in the last month of my payoff. I am currently disputing the $450.00 fee, as I believe it is unjust and unwarranted.I find Nissan of Picayune's actions to be unethical and exploitative. It is unacceptable to impose additional fees and charges, especially when the vehicle was nearly paid off. I paid the interest of $240.00 under protest to avoid further complications, but I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and fairness in your dealership's practices.I urge others to reconsider purchasing a vehicle from Nissan of Picayune and to be wary of their business practices. I hope that you will address this matter promptly and provide a resolution that is fair and equitable.

This is the place to go. ONLY if you like to see.... The Finance man have tantrum. He scream across the building and all but through his self on the floor. Over me not wanting to accept high interest rate. My salesman was great! After being belittle by him. The salesman stayed by my side. I have bought 7 new vehicles. You tell them your budget and what interest rate do you accept. They tell you interest rates are high right now. I hear that every time! Some how every time I always paying what I want. I just won't give here a second chance.
