Pretty sure everyone working here share 1 brain cell. I went to get a part which was supposed to be in stock per their website and wasnt so the guy said he would have to get it from another store but would have it by 2:30 but here it is 3 days and 3 promises later and still won t have it for two more days. Very poor service for something i could have ordered from Amazon and have it already

They had the fuel filter that I needed for my tractor for more than $20 less than their competitors! I will be back! Great place for parts!

Putnam's has been the hometown Auto parts store for decades. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. A great place to get your car parts!

They have merchandise that other auto parts stores don't have.. For example: kroil oil... However, it is expensive af... But they still have it!

This place should consider better store hours such as opening on Saturday. Because that's mostly when people have time to be able to do maintenance and repairs on trucks.

I made a inquiry by email through their website I had a response in less then 24hrs with details and pricing. I also was able to place my order by email through a very nice employee named william and pay for it at the store. When I arrived they were all ready to help and made me feel very welcomed I was offered coffee and was also informed that I was the first customer to ever use their emailing system to inquire about products and actually come in and make a purchase that was agreed upon through email! They said they didn't actually know it would work seeing that no one had used it before I was proud to be the first client to contact them for products by email and make the purchase.i guess I made putnum history! I definitely be back!

First off, Google has it on the wrong side of the street and a picture of the wrong building. It's 1 block north of where they say it is. This is an independent auto parts store that has more than auto parts. In the short time I was there I saw them selling lawnmower parts. Looks like the guys in there have been doing this a long time, and have general parts knowledge. Unlike franchise parts stores, they can find parts just by looking at them and can still help you if it's not listed in a computer.

They have some parts and accessories that's hard to find anywhere else locally but they're pricier than all the other parts stores in the area.

These guys are awesome. I would never think to buy a belt for my walk behind trimmer at an auto parts store but they found me the perfect fit!

Great staff, sat there and explained to me the process of replacing the brake lines on my 2002 silverado, step by step for over 15 minutes. Great positive attitude where no is not an answer. Thanks Rick for the help

Great customer service. William and Rick are the nicest guys. Knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have it (which is rarely) they will help you find it.

After constantly dealing with the NO's! & don't have it can't do its at the box retailers.....this place is a godsend! Friendly helpful knowledgeable people that are eager and willing to help! My new EVERYTHING STOP!
