I called in about a car that was not in the lot but was currently in transit. The young sales lady that I spoke with was very polite and a joy to work with. I agreed upon price and wanted to put a deposit down to ensure when said vehicle came in it was mine. When I was told that the deposit required was $1500, I said no problem. Then I was told that I would have to give Mossy one month after their ETA to get the vehicle in or else I would lose deposit. I asked to speak to the sales manager directly to get clarification and see if we could work something else out because I didn't want to be held hostage for an extra month. (I would need a vehicle before then). Sales manager was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to my concerns. At one point I had to ask if he would stop talking and listen to what I am trying to say. I never got his name, as he never introduced himself or position. I hope this is an anomaly and not how all customers are treated. I was told beforehand that the call was live recorded, if so I would advise the general manager to take a listen and get some proper training for your sales manager on how to speak to people.

Everyone is wonderful! The service department is spectacular. They are always very helpful. Jeff always wants to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. My salesman, Diego, even though I purchased my vehicle over a year ago, he still wants to make sure I am taken care of when I come in for service. He is a wonderful salesman. I will totally recommend Diego and Mossy.

Excellent and friendly staff. I have bought my last two vehicles from a large dealership in Slidell who made the process feel like an all day many hour interrogation where at the end you get life instead of death. You lose either way. Mossy was the complete opposite. Rode in and a couple hours later left with my brand new 2024 Silverado 2500 HD. Couldn t be more pleased with the staff there. Thanks Mossy. I know where I ll be getting my future vehicles from.

Mossy of Picayune is the best place to buy a car! I had been treated like gum on the bottom of the shoe of the finance manager at a dealership where I live, so I decided to find the car I wanted elsewhere. I ended up in Picayune. Kirk Domingue was such a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with me and very professional. He answered every question I had, even the silly ones. Sara helped me to get to know my new car. She knew what she was doing, for sure. You know a place is good if their own people use the services. I totally recommend coming here to buy a car, whether you like the dealerships where you live or not. It was worth the drive for me!

I purchased a 2024 Corvette from Mossy in Picayune.Honestly, the purchase was easy. In and out in under an hour.My negative comments are based on the dealership forcing me to buy the window etching and paint protection . Luckily it was under $800 for both. But sadly the dealership wouldn t remove the charge. Even though no such protection was applied to the paint. The car still had water spots and tape residue from delivery. Not complaining about the cleanliness, because I d rather detail her myself, but I saw it as proof that no coating was applied to my car. Even though I was charged for it.The staff was very friendly at the dealership.I hope it is understood that I m overall satisfied with my customer service. I m just aggravated by needless mark ups forced by any dealer. And I ll leave poor feedback every time.

From the initial contact, a great straight forward deal given to us by Amanda, the welcoming at the door and step by step help guidance and support by Carol through the purchase. Greeting and help by Sara and finance with Jeff. We have never had a deal that was as smooth and as easy as this one. The next day we got a follow-up call by Carol who has just been amazing. We will refer all our friends. Please note we drove from another state and will do it again for the same experience!

Bought a new truck here and everyone we dealt with during the process was kind and professional. Salesman Diego Delgado was exceptional from start to finish. He greeted us at the door and was friendly, knowledgeable and just great to work with.Highly recommend Mossy for new vehicle purchase.

I've been doing business with Mossy of Picayune for almost 20 years. The GM Service Department is phenomenal. I have had new vehicles repaired along with 20 year old vehicles and I have never had an issue. The Service Department is very understanding about concerns and they keep you up to speed on cost and how long it will take for repairs. The Sales Department is Excellent and many of the sales representatives have been with Mossy for almost 20 years. The parts department usually has most items in stock including GM parts that are almost 2 decades old and that's something that you will rarely see with a GM dealership.

We went to get a deal on a Brand New 2024 Terrain. We saved a ton of money and came from Gulfport, MS over an hour away. We called ahead to make sure the vehicle we want was in stock. They closed at 6pm and they scheduled an appointment for us at 5:15pm on a Friday. We met the young lady on the phone at the door and then she introduced us to our salesman, Diego. Diego was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. After the test drive, we worked out the trade-in. There was no hidden fees and the financing was easy. Before leaving, they helped us set up our On-star and showed us all the new features of the car. We will definitely be buying another car with Mossy of Picayune in the future.

Only had the Auto Butler done during this visit, which was done quicker than expected. My truck was cleaned inside(which was unexpected but was a pleasant surprise) and outside. Great Job and service rep was a pleasure to deal with.

I just had the best experience that an individual could possibly have when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. It was seamless, easy, and super fast. I would not have it any other way. I was literally stranded in Natchitoches with no transportation, and Mossy was the knight in shining armor that rescued me. It all started with Don Wilbanks. He is amazing! He set the tone. A perfect first impression. He was very helpful, personable, and empathetic. He assured me that everything would be fine. And it was!! I chose a car, submitted the credit application, put a few dollars down, answered some questions, signed some papers, and voila!!!! I had a new car! And to top it off, they delivered it to me! It was ONLY about 275 miles away. I am truly grateful. Everything got done in less than 12 hours. Amazing! I also have to shout out Adam Butsch, Bob Cooper, and Sarah Kerry (GO LADY DEMONS!). A great team effort. But, don t take my word for it. Give them a call. Or better yet, go and see for yourself!

I was not notified that my bill was over $260 for an oil change and alignment. I brought the car in because it was pulling to one side. I was not told what the problem was. They fixed it without notifying me of the cost. I have bought 3v cars from this dealership. Im very disappointed in the service dept. The last repairs on my traverse resulted in my credit card being overcharged and i had to deal with hassell. I will not be returning to this dealership.

I found a truck here that I really wanted. Gave Hunter Loggins my trade info. He messaged me back and only offered me $5,000 for my trade. I listed it on marketplace and sold it the very next day for $13,000. I m sure glad Hunter let me see what this place is all about. Pay attention to your paperwork y all. This place is no good.

I was referred to Mossy of Picayune for a floor heat/AC issue on my 2005 GMC Envoy, referred specifically to Mr. Jeff Smith. I am from out of state and needed my heater working for my long trip back home. He reviewed my issue, scheduled me for the next morning Thursday, mind you this is a week before Thanksgiving and they were busy. Arrived at 8am, I was out by 11:30 am, thankfully just a fuse issue and problem resolved. Major thanks to Mr. Jeff and the techs. The friendly service and hustle these folks did was amazing. Don't hesitate to come here for their service.

I took my car in for it s first free oil change & maintenance . It wasn t finished until over 5 hours later ! I have very low mileage on the car ( under 3000). Only took it in because I got a message on the dash that I needed oil change.When I asked how long it would take I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hrs. I called several times & was told it wouldn t be much longer.& then was told they are doing the recall. I knew nothing about a recall, never was notified of one. Thought I was just getting an oil change . Why on earth would it take that long ?Very frustrated! I did have things planned for the afternoon but they had to be canceled. Good thing I didn t have to pick up my grandchild from school that day.. To top it off they didn t do the free car wash . Wonder what else they didn t do?I was asked if I was waiting when I dropped it off, what if I had stayed & had to sit there for 5 hours ?! Very disappointed ! I much preferred Nissan s service.I may be retired but my time is still important. Probably will go elsewhere for oil change from now on.

Appt for auto butler was at 9. Arrived at 845 but did not leave until after 12. Extremely slow and yes I know other people were also there. Mossy set the appt for 9 so really think they over booked.

I sat there from 9:30 am until 2:45 pm for an oil change and tire rotation . This is unsatisfactory to me .. Nobody even said anything to me until around 2pm when other customers started to complain and those customers came in after me for the same exact thing and their vehicle was done before mine and they left before me . I m not happy and don t ever want to deal with this type of stuff again ! I will take my vehicle else where if I have my way . Then as I was about to leave the lady gave me her card for a free oil change and tire rotation for my next one , which still does not make my experience any better . You people really need to have better customer service especially when I paid well over 35k for my vehicle from your company and return for service and have this kind of stuff happen is very UNPROFESSIONALClick to Copy
