Best complete car repair shop in pearl river county. Honest, knowledgeable , and experienced. Can t do wrong with choosing them. They might have a waiting list but don t get discouraged it s worth the wait

A friend of mine recommended this shop to me and I'm so glad she did. Excellent service. Knowledgeable mechanics. I took my car in for a front end alignment, and a brake job. My rotors had to be replaced due to pulsation when applying the brake as well as pulling to the right. My drums were able to be turned. My car stays on the road now like it's supposed to. It rides smoothly now. What a difference it makes to have people who know what they are doing. They did not try to say I needed things done, that I didn't need done. Finally a mechanic shop you can trust! Amazing job! Thank you Keith's Car Care. I highly recommend Keith's Car Care!

Okay everyone Here's my recommendation never ever ever use Keith's Car Care! My son who's young and in the military brought his vehicle up there because his bearing was going out and it's tire was almost falling off. Yes he waited too long his master caliber or his calibers are going out and his hydraulics. He informed them that he only had a certain amount of money they went ahead and charged him to change out one driver side bearing(aren't you supposed to change out both at the same time in order to keep it balanced? Idk but I'm learning quick) the front brakes and the front rotors all for $460! That hit his maximum amount for some reason nothing that was wrong with the car was actually changed except the front bearing. When talking to the owner's wife she mentioned all of the things that were wrong but never once mentioned his breaks or his rotors werw bad but for some reason all of these items got changed and charged. The owners wife also talked about how afterward they drove the car and it worked fine.... (He had changed his break pads 3 months earlier, so He didn't even need them changed) He drove his car from the shop to his home (sorry forgot to mention he stopped at his job in between the shop n our home) and here's a picture of the tire afterwards. Wait there's more (pics coming) these ppl took tape off the break line cap that was holding the break line seal in place(the break lines cap was missing the rubber sealy part so my son had tape over the cap to keep the seal until he got a new one..not right but at least it kept the break like fluid in n not fluctuating or leaking out ) Well after the seal was gone so was his break fluid so his left whole side locked up on him. Thank God he was pulling into his garage so he was stopped somewhat b4 it locked up on him. With 460 $ getting spent u woulda thought they could of spent 3 dollars on a cap . Everything on the left side needs replacing regardless of new or old now, lines, electronics, tire, and What ever else is under there . They had his care from Friday after 1pm until Monday around lunch..they were closed from Friday evening til monday morning. They had to order a part they said for his car??? Wonder which part . Let's say a prayer for anyone else who has gone there and has been harmed for crappy work. He goes to drill this wk. Imagine if it had locked up on him going 70mph. I almost cry each time thinking of it.The greatest life lesson learned out of this was never mix morals with money because money and business will always come before morals.

Had my vehicle checked over and had a sensor on engine replaced. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fair prices with the best mechanics in town. Highly recommend.

These have to be some of the MOST honest auto mechanics we have ever had the pleasure of using. They have saved us thousands - yes thousands - in unnecessary repairs just by being honest people. Took my car in for Engine flush left with my car running hot. I live 3 miles from this place it was highly recommended I am not at all impressed. Not I have to take it somewhere else to fix the new issue I wasn't having when I dropped it off. Was told that it was gonna be one price and I was charged way more than what I was quoted. Keith's Car Care has since May 2011 become very very slow and their labor prices have more than doubled for the same services, between 2010 and 2012. Work seems 'fair' quality but everything else about the service is very poor. With appt more than 1 week in advance it has taken them 3 days to complete a tune up with no problems on my car. I am tired of being stranded and am seeking new place to get my car serviced. One rarely calls and gets to speak to anyone, the phone is usually busy or unanswered. I am sorry to report this, in 2010 when I found them they were much better in every way, I do not know what happened to their team, but it has fallen apart. This is my second repair where things have run over 2 days..

In November 2020 They installed a new transmission in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Its coming due for my 5000 my service and have had no problems with transmission. Very professional.Services: Transmission, Oil changeServices: Transmission, Oil change

Absolutely despicable. Took my car in this morning when they opened at 7:30 and received a call well before lunch saying they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Water had been accumulating on the floor when I would drive it, which they tried passing off as rainwater. I don't know much about cars but I do know enough to know that it's not rainwater. I could not get a word in edgewise to TELL them that when they called. The problem occured again this afternoon as I was driving home and it was clear skies today. Good thing they didn't charge me anything since they supposedly didn't find anything wrong. Will be taking my future business elsewhere

This is such a good car shop to go to ! They do extremely amazing work and never fail so do something right . They re all very honest and they work with even the rudest of costumers . They re helpful and ALWAYS do the work the right way rather than just rigging it . No matter what bad things anyone has said about this shop just go visit it ! It s such an amazing place to go to !

I took my car in and they told me I needed a new motor and told me my car was not drivable anymore. I had it towed to another shop and all I needed was freeze plugs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KEITHS!!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I didn't use this place of business due to poor quality and the lady I spoke to was rude and obnoxious pretty much refused me of service also said I had to schedule an appointment for next month and clearly stated that the place overcharges

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN RUN A BUSINESS AND ONLY HAVE ONE LINE WITH NO CALL WAITING. EVERY TIME I CALL I HAVE TO CALL 20 X'S IN ORDER TO GET THROUGH. PLEASE JOIN US IN THE 20TH CENTURY..
