Been a customer here for years and probably have purchased a dozen or so vehicles from the Herrings. Their service department is top notch and always there for you when you need them. I wanted to give both Charlotte (service writer) and Jake (service tech) a shout out for the great work they did on my 6.7 diesel. Many thanks!

Since late April we have been bringing one of our fleet vehicles to have some AC issues repaired. Since then it has been to the shop 5 times for the same issue. No sooner we get on the road back to our office, the AC starts blowing hot again. The last time, today, that we picked up the vehicle, it happened again. I called the service department and the lady didn't seem too concerned that we have to keep brining it back. I let her know that I have other things to do than to run back and forth to their service department for the same issue over and over. I would have given 1 star, but they didn't charge us for the last "repair."
