So many times when I have gone to purchase a vehicle I start off excited but shortly after I m second guessing why I decided to by a new car. I was very pleased with how my experience at Herring Ford went. My salesman Sam, understood what I was looking for and not once tried to over sell me. When it came down to the price, I explained to him what I had researched and what I was willing to pay. Sam was determined to make a deal we could both be happy with to stop me from driving further down the road. Best of all I did not spend half a day doing paperwork. I would gladly go back.

This place is amazing! Vic and the owner are life savers!! They went above and beyond to take care of our needs and make sure we were taken care of! They took us from stranded in a median to on the road in less than 45 minutes! Great people who go the extra mile for random strangers! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

I dropped in to get "The Works" maintenance service for my Escape. All employees were polite and friendly, and although it was a busy day, my check-up was completed fairly quickly. When it turned out that there was an additional, unexpected issue with my vehicle (not related to the servicing), the staff still found time to squeeze in my additional repair job before the end of the day, saving me a lot of trouble. I have always been satisfied with my service visits to Herring Ford, but this time I was truly impressed. Well done, everyone!

Very pleased with my experience at Herring Ford. Sam is unlike any other car salesman I've worked with. He genuinely wants you to be satisfied and comfortable with your purchase. Communication was great and not once did I feel pressured. Sam went out of his way to ensure that our Explorer was safe and reliable. I was very pleased with my experience. I had a coupon for check up but needed a tire balance. My rep let me know my 2 tires were showing wire. Gave me prices. I couldn't afford them yet had to wait. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

My elderly mother and I were traveling from Alabama to Texas when my 2019 F150 started acting up. Herring Ford was the closest dealership so I stopped in to see if they could help. Chris in the service department was wonderful!! He immediately took the truck back to run a diagnostic, ended up being a loose sensor wire. He secured the wire and we were all set to go. Chris was so kind and helpful, I highly recommend Herring Ford!!

The girl on the phone was super nice. The man in the office on the other hand (mike) was rude. Didn't help me with the situation just took my name and keys didn't explain nothing. He did very poor customer service

Wouldn t let me see price breakdown of vehicle when I asked bc they don t do that for used cars? Idk. I should ve gotten a couple hundred dollars off for the dings and scratches that are on here.I noticed a 3 inch crack in my windshield (luckily) before I drove it off the lot, and they said they would fix it, but they ve yet to call me to arrange a time to fix it. Had to spend a bunch of money on new wipers because the others were literally the worst I ve ever seen windsheild wipers be. Had to change oil two weeks after I bought it. And perhaps I m supposed to ask for these things, but obviously they took advantage of someone who didn t know that. Rude. Mailed me a super nice mug and cookies that didn t taste very good as a thank you (wish I could add half a star for effort on that.) and I do love my car

This is not a review of there sales department -- only there service wich is the only department I have experienced. I have a recall for my car for Takata air bags. I have tried to schedule an appointment to get this fixed twice to no avail. First time I called to schedule, and they told me they'd call me back to schedule -- never returned my call, so tried again. This time I got an appointment that I had to take time off from work to make, but I did it anyway. When I arrived to my appointment, they took my keys and told me it would take several hours. I handed them the keys, and waited approximately an hour when I got a phone call from them telling me they didnt have the replacement replacement air bags. So I took off from work for nothing!!!!!! Now, they said they'd call and reschedule, but I haven't heard from them in a week. Will update if I get this resolved, but for now I'm still waiting.

We had to come to Picayune for a funeral. Found diesel puddle under our 2017 F250 Super Duty. Went to the dealership and explained why we were in town and asked if they could look at the truck. Services person John went in and spoke to the Service Manger. They said they were swamped, but would try to look at it. I got a call 4 hrs later telling me the truck was ready. What a great job! They could have easily put us off, but they didn t and really helped us out!! THANKS AGAIN!!!

Sam went above and beyond. Being that my sister just lost her husband and was not in the mood to buy a car. He gave us a great deal and stands by his word. Sam won't sell you something that you don't want. You tell him tour price range at the tip top and the bottom and you will leave there with a car!

I took my car in to be worked on. A week later my car is back in the shop. A different shop. With the same issues. Turns out what was going on with my car instead of what I paid over half my paycheck to have fixed was my car needed new rotor, breaks, break pads and the caliber was locked up. This was very dangerous for me to drive like that on the interstate! When you pay money you don't really have you expect it to be fixed. I will never go there again. It's sad because we always bought cars there and had repairs done there. I felt taken advantage of.

Bought a truck with a bad transmission, paid to have a flush and other attempts to fix problems with no luck. Salesman offered to resell it for me for about half of what I paid for it after just a few months of owning

My experience at Dub Herring was less then satisfactory. I walked in the dealership and was not greeted by anyone! It was a maze to get to the service department and when i entered i was not greeted once again, the service managers had a attitude when i said i needed to pick up the vehicle being serviced. He handed me the keys and i had to ask where it was parked because they did not pull the vehicle up for me and it was all the way on the other side of the dealership and i had to walk to get the vehicle. As someone who works in customer service i would rate this as a very negative review of the dealership as a whole not just the service department. Will not bring any of my business to this dealership ever again and will make sure to let all of my friends and family know about my experience with this dealership.

Be advised that if you go in for a recall notice, call ahead first to make sure they have the parts. After being told a month ago to come in anytime, no appointment needed, I waste a 50 mile round trip due to no parts. No apology. No anything. Just a check back next week. Thanks.

I've purchased vehicles from Herring Ford since I was 16 and it was Dub Herring!! "That's a great car Paw paw" I've read thru the reviews on here and for those of you posting negative about recall parts, ok first off recall parts are limited as to how many a dealership can order at one time in a period of time. If you didn't make an appointment and they didn't have the part when you finally decided to bring your vehicle in that's on you! I've never had a problem with this dealership. My very first car came from them in the late 80's! Just helped my step son get his first truck from them!

I was lied to about my recall part and had to pay out of pocket for the recall to be replaced because my recall expired while I was on a waiting list that they now say never existed. Then I bring my car to the dealer after getting the part changed out and the car was fine, to be reprogrammed (they said it had to be done) paid $112 for that just to get in it and have nothing but shifting problems now. Smh. I'm going to corporate about this. May even join the class action suit. They don't care about their customers on money.

I Have purchased 3 cars, and 3 trucks from Herring Ford, with great deals and best customer service, each and every time!All my maintenance is scheduled there, and Ms. Charolett(service), Frank (parts) and Vic, (service manager), are extremely knowledgeable with quality service and prices better than anywhere I have been. Vic, personally helped find best prices for new tires for my vehicles, beating all competition, anywhere.Thank you guys and girls, for making us feel like part of the "family"!

I had the death wobble on a 2019 F250 and was getting the run around from several different dealers. Called Mrs. Charlotte at Herring Ford and she was fantastic! Knew what I was talking about, had the parts, and had noted the conversation I had with her colleague on the calendar. Go see Gerald Easterling. Not pushy gladly lets you take a vehicle home for the night/weekend, to have your own/independent mechanic look the vehicle over.I just purchased a 2012 Toyota Sienna with 136k miles for a very fair price. 10200 before taxes and etc. The closest I could come was same year 249k miles, they wanted 9800. I took it to Firestone on Military in Slidell, and they checked it for three hours. No problems at all!It is missing its spare and floormats, which he said they would order me a spare, and thinks the floormats are there at the dealership(when we finalized, it was after 5PM, so they had gone).If all that works out,I highly recommend this dealership.
