I m posting pictures of the work they say they did yet only 5,732 miles later I had to pay $907 to have same work done again on breaks, rotors and calipers. Not to mention they left bolts loose on my calipers which came flying off while driving. I was stranded on side of interstate with my children in the car. The receptionist was rude as hell. When we called to speak about this she said it was an old car anyway and didn t want to even listen. Take your vehicle to Keith s car care or Genes Tire if you value your life!! They also have exceptional customer service. My family used Cartex for over 20 years and referred lots of people to them- NEVER again!!!!! Pictures are on my fb page if you want more details.

The front desk lady with short blonde hair is absolutely rude as hell!! We told her our car would be towed there and when we showed up there, she acted like we never told her we would be coming. She never gave a specific time when to show up just said the morning . so we showed up at 10 am and she said we missed our NOT SPECIFIED TIME appointment! Then told us to be quiet when we asked for the keys to the car back. The service team does a great job, but the representative will run all business away if she s kept there! Will NEVER be back!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.These people are the absolute biggest rip off artists in Picayune. We brought my mom s Subaru in and they told us they would fix what they could and let us know about the rest. Well apparently all they could fix was the window motor and the rest couldn t be fixed but they charged us for labor on work they didn t do. It s no wonder this place is short staffed with no business.Total crooks.

Super friendly and honest. Gave me a price up front and had to do a little extra due to safety reasons. Communicated it to me. Extremely satisfied.

If dignity and integrity are important to you I highly recommend Car Tex. They are knowledgeable, more than fair on their pricing, do excellent work and are honest. Great customer service. I drove 45 minutes just to come here. They worked with my schedule and fixed the death wobble on my 06' Wrangler. Very knowledgeable in Jeeps. I felt they went above and beyond my expectations by fixing the issue, expecting the vehicle more and letting me know what else I will need to look for in the future for this type of vehicle. If we have any more issues with the Jeep, from now on, I will only come here.

They are the best, hands down, the best mechanics in Picayune. They specialize in Jeeps and 4X4 but I see a lot of cars in the shop also. They have done major repairs for me on my superduty 7.3L diesel and my Jeep and it has been done right every time and at a very fair price. One thing though, they are so good that it is hard to get in and it can take quite a while for them to finish. If you can wait though, you won't regret it.

Very good, honest shop. The owners and service manager are all great guys. They stay very busy so you'd best call ahead of time to make an appointment.

This is the only alignment shop that actually knows what they're doing. Took ntb 8 tries to get my truck aligned and they never got it right. Took my truck here once and they were on the money. Just have to call ahead and setup an appointment because they stay busy.

Never been, but called and the guy was very polite, and very helpful. I do hear it is a great place to get you're automotive needs met.

Took it in because car would die while driving and would randomly decide that the battery's dead when trying to start the car for what seemed like no reason. I waited five days. Then they told me over the phone that they didn't know the reason the car would do that. Still charged $45. For nothing.
