Very helpful associates. They didn't have the item I was looking for but helped me by suggesting other stores that may carry it. No worries! It wasn't an auto part that I needed. I'm sure they'll have whatever part you need. I was looking for an accessory.

This place seriously helped me out SO much, I don t know what I d do without them. I had problems with my battery; they tested it and changed it out for a new one. Duke was amazing and so was the manager. I m not from around here and had nowhere else to go. Thank you all so much!

Had just about the friendliest and most professional service at an Auto Zone I've ever had in my entire life. The gentlemen named Kevin and the young lady with redish hair went out of their way to help myself and father who had a bad positive terminal on his battery. Please make sure someone in any corporate office for AZ that reads this gives these 2 people some well deserved recognition.

They gave my son an alternator for a 98 model when it's a 2000. He started having problems with the volts going down to 8 volts so I went back and they tested the alternator said it was good. Would not listen when I tried to tell them it's not the right alternator. So I replaced wiring and battery. Then truck died again, so I went back tried to explain to them that my son was told it was a 98 model by one of their workers. So I told them yesterday this is not the right alternator. They actually argued with me and then the manager came out and also started arguing with me, I had to bring him outside to see I had changed all wiring! What happened to customer is always right and not to argue with a customer. Needless to say I was upset and the worker threatened to call the police. I told him go ahead bc when I leave I will be leaving with the alternator that goes to my truck. After quite a bit of back and forth the manager finally said okay we'll exchange it out and you can pay the difference of what the 98 model alternator cost compared to cost of alternator for a 2000 model. Like I told him if your workers would take time to get the Vin # to make sure they are giving their customers the correct parts they wouldn't have problems with their customers and also so the customer wouldn't have to spend time putting a wrong part on. Hopefully they give their workers better training in customer service and the correct way to look up parts. I would not recommend anyone to go to Auto zone!!!!! O'Reily"s or Napa or even Advance would be a better choice. Very rude people at the picayune auto zone,!!!!!

WOW! Customer service at this store is terrific! I walked in to see happy employees welcoming me to the store. Angel greeted me immediately. I made my purchase and Ben offered to put my lugnuts on for me. Nicole came out as well to check the rest and make sure they were all on tight. I definitely recommend this store!

I have had good experiences with my shopping here. I get my parts when I need them, I get the very respectful and polite staff members who help meet my needs. They are a bunch of wonderful people who take time with their customers. My p�rts are always right. Getting in the zone turned out a very nice experience.

Couldn t get assistance. Several employees walking around but nobody would acknowledge me except for one lady as she was walking out. Went to the checkout line to ask for help, but that employee jumped on the phone with someone and kept his head turned away from me until I finally left.

Cheaper than other places on some parts, in amd out quick but do your research because they will give you the wrong part but not totally their fault they aren't ASE mechanics and can only go off the info you give them.

A trusted store for sure. I am still a bit sore with the chain for changing how the rewards system works. I used to be able to accrue enough points to get at least one decent Christmas gift at the end of the year. Now you cant even get enough to earn $20 towards a purchase!At least I can count on them to have most things I regularly use.

I have yet to receive the correct size part from this place. Something as simple as brake pads. You go get your parts in the car your working on, and get home.You pull the old parts off just to find out now you need a ride back to the parts house to exchange for the correct size. I could understand if it happened every once in a while, but every single time. I thought I could beet the system this time, and order online so I know the correct information is entered. Didn't help, they pulled the wrong part anyways. Seems to be the same at every single big name parts stores in this town. I would not use them if the locally owned stores where open on Sunday. I never have any issues at those. Unfortunately I'm usaully only off work in Sunday.

Dominique Major was a huge help today, he helped us find everything we needed and advised us on what would work better for our situation with our brakes. And then he helped us carry out our parts. He was very kind and polite.

This is the incorrect auto zone.. the auto zone was on veterans 1500 block... sorry for the confusion.. picayune store is great !!!The gm Walt and the manager was great and very very helpful. The assistant manager was very rude and snatched my receipt out of my hand very rudely.. sorry Walt for the 1 star rating. Took me some time to decide if I was going to leave a review or not..

I went to AutoZone last week under the assumption that I needed a battery. Thank God I had a warranty. However, the problem wasn't the battery. Mr. Tony looked under the hood and immediately noticed that my belt was worn out. He was right, the belt and drained the battery. If it were not for him, I wouldn t have not known what was going on. He really knows what he s doing. He went above and beyond to help me and I will always appreciate that. Thank you for everything Mr. Tony!

With AutoZone you have a 50-50 shot of getting good service or the right part, I've stood in there waiting for my turn and people would walk through the door and the guy would help them knowing I'm standing there waiting, then he seemed a little agitated when I asked him if I was invisible, but then again if I had double D breast maybe he would have helped me first.

First experience was okay, but the second time I was treated as s burden. I guess helping me find something I needed after making me wait 20 minutes while he was on the computer was asking to much.

Extremely helpful as well as fast service. And it was real busy and crowded but it did not interfere with the customer service or The Time it took to be helped. Also, they have almost everything and if you cant find what u need they can and will order it and have it in stock as soon as the next day.
