Saturday and only two sales associates working? How do you keep customers happy when they must hurry up and wait. Time is money and my time is valuable. I went elsewhere for service.

This place is always the last stop. I will literally go anywhere else before going here. I decided to stop here tonight because I was going eat dinner behind here at El mariachi and I needed a fuse for a jeep. It was 8:55 and they close at 9. I could've gotten what I needed and left in less than a minute but they seen me walking up to the door and they literally ran and locked it as I was reaching for the handle. This will absolutely be the last time I will ever attempt to stop here for anything.

Always courteous and answers my questions as best they can! Decent prices especially since I am having to rely on my family for support! But I am extremely blessed to have them in my life and prayers!

I cannot brag about advanced Auto parts enough! I went in there to purchase wiper blades and of course I have a vehicle that has odd wiper blade so I had to buy a specific brand and I had no clue how to put them on so a very nice gentleman who was just coming on his shift, offered to put them on for me . Now I know that they offer a free wiper blade installment but the entire staff went above and beyond to help me with my windshield wiper dilemma. If you need quality Auto parts and outstanding customer service I recommend advance Auto parts any day of the week!

Yet another store corporate has let run down. Great service friendly and knowledgeable staff. Could use a serious amount of improvements.The store is in need of serious floor care. The staff is very helpful entertaining and calming. The advice was funny helpful and stress relieving.The shelving is rusty and in poor repair. The counters are worn in desperate need of repair. Lighting on the building is very inadequate makes me feel insecure I don't go there at night because I'm afraid, It's too dark around the building.

I needed windshield wipers for my truck. I have nerve trouble with my left hand. I was assisted by a fellow veteran who works at Advance Auto and he sold me the wipers and installed them. The staff was very friendly and extreamly helpful.

I walked into Advance Auto to get a power steering cap. Counter person looked it up, then rang me up and upon my receipt indicated we will call you when the part arrives. Um no! Immediately I got a refund. I need this part today and you should've have said the part wasn't in stock in the first place. Now, you took nano seconds to take my money from my debit card, but expect me to wait days. BS! Anybody else get tired of this status quo across many transactions?

Had a great experience with Advance buying a battery. Bought it on line, added a promo code, changed clothes, drove to store within 30 minutes. They were waiting for me and had it installed in 20 minutes by friendly, knowledgeable employee.

Came in with a ups package return clearly labeled for both fedex and ups. Elderly lady wasn't at all helpful and kinda rude because she didn't want to bothered refused to take it because I hadn't taped the box yet even though I had my own tape with me. Never had a bad experience here before but if you have a ups package don't come through here with it. They do not want it lol

Out of the 3 auto stores in town I prefer this one the most. Normally can get the parts next day if they dont have them. Very friendly staff that get to know there regular customers. Clean and organized and staff is always helpful to find what you need.

I was spoken to like I was a "ignorant woman" who doesn't know anything about my vehicle. My part didn't come in when it was supposed to and after waiting an extra 2 days I went back to get my money refunded. I will never get anything from this place ever again. Very unpleasant experience and the service was conducted by a sexist redneck.I would highly recommend NOT buying auto parts from this establishment.

I was greeted upon entry. Friendly clerk looked up what I needed. She directed me to another item while she pulled the first. In and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Wow....I've dealt with cars and auto parts stores since I was a kid. Precious not only told me the wrong spark plug for my jeep, but also tried really hard to act like she knew what she was talking about. I ended up just walking out and going to autozone. I got what I needed there. I should not have wasted my time at advance because I never shop there for this exact reason.

Very good store, almost always have stock or can get it in a day. Always the best prices and if you order online, it's very easy to pick up and they usually offer 20 percent off online.

Made an online order, it was confirmed ready for pick up and when I arrived it was an empty box! No apologies from the manager and lost my 10.00 off speed perk coupon I used for my order!

Been doing business with these folks for 15 years honest and dependable by folks who eat and sleep auto parts, service is outstanding and the counter people very knowledgeable I will always come back when I need there experience.

I use to go 'orallys i needed to replace roator's on the front wheel's o'rally's say you can't do it on the lot.the roator's $1028.00.no i can't do that o the lot.so i went a cross the street.so i'm with avance auto .for ever.thank's avance auto.kabuabdul44@gmail com.
