My experience might be an isolated one, but I must review it. I read the previous reviews and dreaded getting my oil changed here, but they're the only place in town who's open past 5 pm. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Jeremy, who was at the front desk, was very friendly and also complemented his staff, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. I don't have a negative word to say. Excellent experience.Service: Oil change

Slow. Not busy. Still waited 2 hours for a oil change. I was told I was burning oil. Hours after sitting at a shop, nothing was wrong with my car. The white guy wearing shorts with long socks, was wanting extra money. Haven't been in awhile before this and don't plan on going back

Incompetence at its best! They changed my oil before checking to see if they had the filter for my vehicle and they didn t! Now I have to run around town to find a filter and bring it back for them to put on? Waste of my time. Only ended up here bc it was Sunday. Never again!

Very knowledgeable and friendly, just not 100% accurate, they check all the boxes but don't actually do the work, I had a oil change the check list says they check tire pressure, my vehicle tells me my tire pressure, it was never touched , that's just one of the small things

Poor management, knowledge, and training across Mississippi stores. Some still do not know how to use the sticker weights to balance high performance or wide low profile tires. The tires on the Walmart app are largely provided by 3rd party unknown companies and unknown brand tires putting more risk to you and less liability on the company. It is hit or miss on who works on your car and has the minimum experience but I feel the need to check on their work to ensure my own safety when I visit Walmarts tire shop

I purchased a $150.00 tire with additional road hazard warranty. Less than a year later the tire is in bad shape. The people in the automotive department at Walmart would not do anything about it. They said once I bought the tire it was my tire, not walmarts. They accused me of possibly running the car on lots of bad roads or driving excessive miles. I told them I only drove the car back and forth to work, 15 miles each way 5 days a week, on the Highway. He asked what I wanted to do. I said I want you to do the right thing. He replied " The right thing depends on the person's perspective. Bottom line they were rude and would not honor the warranty. They said road hazard warranty only covers things like if you run over something you could not see on the road, but does not include excessive wear on the tire. I even found out that they had mounted a "directional tire" that I had purchased from them, in the wrong direction. They are a bunch of incompetent people with very poor customer relations skills. Their road hazard warranty that they have you believe covers anything that might happen to the tire isn't worth the extra money. I will not purchase any tires from them ever again. I had rather pay a little more and get quality service and honesty.

Do not get an oil change here. They ruined my oil plug, replaced it with one that didn't fit then tried to lie about, even though I had the paper work. It is a completely unsupervised shop. They will ruin your car.

I ve had several tires fixed by them and I would appreciate if whoever is at the desk would answer the phone when they are called. Poor management letting the employees do what they want apparently

They never answer the phone and when they do they re rude. I went up there with a nail in my tire. The sign said they closed at 7, but at 6:30 they were closed.

Completely destroyed my oil plug! I had to have it removed by another mechanic and almost had to replace the entire oil pan, costing 2 days off work. Store did NOT offer to help in any way.

Well they won't answer the phone for two days when I called to check on some tires and then I had to travel to the store just to talk to them about the tires and come to find out they don't even carry my size and they wanted to charge 210.00 dollars for two tires which I got 4 tires in meridian Ms 226.00 and a 30 day warranty

Called in about changing tires and they said to come by, when I get there 30m later they aren t accepting any more. Terrible service

Forgot to put my screw back on my tire stem. Went back and they lied and said it wasn t on there. 5 min later it magically appeared Service: TiresService: Tires

Can't even get a answer when I call. Because they are never close to the phone. Nor do they have parts.How are they a car parts store and barely got parts.
