So far so good, haven't had any issues. Service has been quick and courteous. I always seem to have bad luck with dealerships, but so far they've done me right.

Go elsewhere for an oil change! Their hours aren t correct on their website. They close at 12. When you call them they stop taking cars at 11:10. I arrived at 11:12 and they would not see me. I called before I arrived to see if they could take my car. When I got there he said he wouldn t take me because he had 3 cars already and it s 11:12. I recommend you go anywhere else but here to get an oil change! He had the nerve to tell me if I come before 11 next week they can take my car. I don t need it done next week! I need it now.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Took our car in for an oil change and to get the tires rotated the day before leaving for a trip. We washed the car after we got it home, and noticed air leaking from one of the air stem valves and a scratched up rim. Called them at 4:30 pm and spoke to Tim, and he told us to bring it in, but that it was going to cost us $110! They won t own their mistakes, so you better watch them. We ve always used them, but will never go back.Services: Tires, Oil change

Came to get tires for my Explorer. They weren t in stock and had to be ordered. Was told they would be in by lunch the next day. At 14:00 the next day I got a call that they were in. Drove 5 minutes to dealership. After an hour and a half wait I was shown one of the tires were messed up and would be reordered and be there the next morning. I called at 10:00 the next morning and the weren t there and they would call when they were. At 12:00 I called the Fast Lane in Columbus, MS. They had them in stock. I drove an hour and a half to Columbus. About 45 minutes after getting to the Columbus store I got a call from the Philadelphia store that the tires were in. I told them never mind I found them somewhere else. Fast forward 2 weeks later to get oil change and front end alignment done on the Town Car. Was told they could not do it as their machine was down. Seems like I have trouble every time I come in to this place

Terrible experience came in for a simple oil change, the lady told me it Would be a 20 min wait, told her that was fine. 30 mins later truck goes back, still not a problem. Truck sits in the bay with only 1 other car and multiple employees working for 40 mins and i asked if they were almost done i had to be somewhere. I had been there over an hour. They hadn t even touched my truck. Wasted an hour and half of my life not to get anything done. Will never come back

Went home to visit mom and she asked me to get her 1998 Ford explorer serviced. Thought about Marshall Ford and they were able to see me and take care of getting my moms old SUV serviced in record time for a super affordable price. Thank you Marshall Ford.
