I went with my boyfriend, the store is very well clean and organized quite easy to find everything you need. The man who helped us was Jason and he was extremely helpful and nice. My boyfriend has always used O'Reilly and so has my every male in my family. They honestly have the best service and usually have the part that you need in stock and cheaper than anywhere else in Philadelphia ms.

I went in to get a part for my car yesterday they had the part that I was looking for, but it was not the right part. They had no idea how to locate the part that I needed it so I ended up going to advance auto as always they found the part.

I came in on Black Friday looking for multiple parts for multiple cars. The lady behind the counter not only tracked down the parts held behind the counter but she also walked around the store helping me collect everything else on my list. Excellent store but more importantly they have knowledgeable employees with a great work ethic. I don t leave a lot of reviews but they are awesome.

Wonderful. They have the best service. The store super clean. There is always someone there to help me whether I need to find something for my vehicle or at the counter. They always answer the phone really quickly. And are always polite on the phone. Thanks for that. The store is really clean and they always have everything I need. Thank you so much O'Reilly Auto Parts for being awesome

I went in for a gas cap today and was helped by a Mr. Dexter.. He came out with a smile was very helpful and friendly ..he wxplained and rnrolled me in the rewards program and has excellent customer service.. Thank u so much for your help but also for making me feel like i count!!!

I bought a fuel pump for my truck, after installing it I found out that there was a short in the harness and nothing wrong with the fuel pump at all. They wouldn't refund me per company policy. So now I'm out almost $90 and have a part I don't need. Joke of a company. Next time I'll order online for at least half the price that way I'm not out as much if I can't return a part. I hate them! I swear I'll never darken the door of another O'Reilly's again.

These folks saw my part in my hand when i walked in, amd had the part ready when i got to the counter! Auto zone sold me a bad part that was used and put back on the shelf. Then the 2nd one was the wrong part. Always going to use oreillys now.
