The staff are eager to get you in a vehicle but once everything is signed on the dotted lines they no longer become so accommodatating. I went back with a simple question and I was given a phone number. I wish K. Johnson still was there, he was the best. That's why we will no longer do business with Marshall ford.

I stopped by the dealership in Forest and was told that they couldn't get a harness plug for my expedition. I called Marshall and he said that he had one in stock.I got it and repaired the heat in no time. Thanks guys

Marshall Ford experience was the most professional quickest upfront experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. They made the process so smooth and I was out of state purchaser but it seemed like we were all face to face every step of the way. No hassle no extra fees just straight up professional dealers. I would recommend Marshall Ford to anyone attempting to buy a car. The two salesmen Tristan Willis & Barry Gary were phenomenal in customer service. Tristan even hand delivered the vehicle to me and I m all way in Atlanta and stayed extra time to help set it all up until I was comfortable. Genuine people are hard to find especially in todays world but Marshall Ford definitely has them. Enough of my rant just so positive and excitement. Go check them out you won t be disappointed!

Austin is an amazing sales person. He was there helping me 100% of the way and was extremely understanding. Everyone else in the team involved in my buying process (finance, managers, drivers, ECT) So nice so professional. Im so glad i bought my vehical here and not somewhere else. Got a great car and a great experience.

Quick to get our work truck in, knowing we had to get back to work. Professional customer service. They do good work. Good people. Have had work truck in there multiple times and always have been called and notified of work to be done and permission to complete the work.

Car was left at Marshall Ford Monday night. I received a phone call from Marshall Ford Tuesday morning asking for more information about problems with car. I stopped by Tuesday around noon to ask if they had found anything with my car. I was informed they hadn t gotten to it yet. They would get to it Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. Wednesday I called Marshall Ford around lunch and asked what they had found out about my car. I was informed they were test driving it and would call me when they found out something. I stopped by Marshall Ford today at lunch and asked if they had found anything out. The guy informed me that my car was in the shop. It was not in the shop and was parked behind the building. He went to ask the mechanic about my car only to realize it wasn t in the shop. The sheet with everything recommended by the mechanic was already at the front desk. When asked why nobody had contacted me about this information the front desk replied saying he wasn t sure and that he was sorry. He was informed that my car couldn t be left another day and I needed my keys back. He replied saying he would get my bill together. The manager was asked the same question and said he was sorry and that they were trying a messaging system that they realized did not work Wednesday. I was informed that I would be called not texted. I was charged $137 for my car to be looked at, driven around, and to sit on a parking lot for 3 days. When I asked the individual that checked me out if the bill was itemized to include each individual charged, he said he did not know. No mechanic work was done and I had to go to Marshall Ford two time and call them as well. I did not receive a phone call or text from Marshall Ford since Tuesday morning and was informed that I d know something Wednesday when I reached out to them. When manager was asked basic mechanic questions, he relayed with false information and would not saying he simply did not know. Horrible experience and no communication towards me about my car.

This dealership was many miles from us. We needed a part and all was coordinated on phone from many miles. When arriving at dealership all went just as we discussed on phone. This part is in high demand and many dealerships are held up with not being able to get it. I feel sure this dealership could have sold it before we arrived. They stood true to their word!Even locally you can not get some to stand good for their word. I would recommend doing business with them and would do so myself if we lived in their area!

I have a problem with my '07 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, and I called Marshall Ford on 10/13/2021 at approximately 0930 and spoke with a gentleman in their service department. I told him I have a problem with my Sport Trac and asked him if I could speak with someone to get some ideas about possible causes with the understanding that the specific cause not be known over the phone. I was simply looking for general ideas. He REFUSED to let me speak with anyone and even refused to let me leave my name and number so someone could call me back (in case they were too busy at the moment)!!! He bluntly said, "We don't do that!" Their was absolutely no sense of "customer satisfaction", whatsoever!!!I then called New South Ford and spoke with Johnny in their service department. He understood exactly the purpose of my call and spent several minutes going over the possible scenarios and even gave me an idea of likely costs for each scenario.Keeping all of this in mind, if your looking for a Ford dealership that takes an interest in you as a potential customer, treats you with good ole southern respect and consideration, it's NOT Marshall Ford. It's New South Ford.

Worked most of this transaction online. Heath was a great help. The vehicle that I wanted was not on the lot, but he had what I was looking for and let me know when a trade came in that was like what I wanted. Vehicle was exactly as he stated and the rest of the process was easy with no high pressure sales pitch and no unnecessary calls or e-mails.

My soon to be 16 year old son found a diamondin the rough at Marshall Ford; a highly sought after late model, low mileage Toyota Tacoma. After a phone call and 3 text messages with Sales Consultant Heath Ellingburg we were on our way to Philadelphia, MS from Hoover, AL the next morning to take ownership. Mr. Heath, Ms. June, and the staff at Marshall Ford are down home, salt of the earth folks like we prefer to do business with. To say it was a pleasurable and super smooth experience is an understatement. They far exceeded all expectations and I would drive 3 hours each way again tomorrow to do it all again. It was an experience for us and our son that he ll never forget and we ll be forever grateful.

Marshall Ford recently moved to our town and county. This was my first time to have any service work conducted at the new facility. I scheduled my visit earlier and was greeted and my vehicle was checked into their system timely. Within one hour the technician called telling me his findings and how much the repair would cost. Within two hours they were done.

Marshall Ford Co, Inc made the purchasing process painless and enjoyable. The sales person, Heath was instrumental in helping make my decision. I had test driven a few cars over the last few months. When I went in, Heath was who I sought out. I went in alone test drove the car I eventually bought. They even filled it up and let my wife and I have it over night. I went the next day and finalized all the paperwork which took less than an hour with waiting. Overall I had a great experience. The overall experience was pretty good. Friendly staff, willing to tend to your wants when you're looking at a car. The buying process was calm and easy, this is my first time buying from a dealership and they made it real understandable. I would buy from them again if I ever needed to.

Went with intentions of buying a new car that day. Took forever to get a salesman to talk to us. Then he was very rude. Told us they didn't have a lot of used cars. Even after telling them we were interested in a new one. I would ask questions regarding the new trucks and he said I could find out all the information on the sticker in the window. Very unprofessional.

I received an excellent trade in on my old car and my payments were well within my budget. I purchased a 2017 Focus from Will and i must say it was an excellent overall experience. It started early December with a dealer search and locating the exact car at Marshall. I corresponded with Will and determined the car had not arrived yet. H kept me posted via email and phone and let me know the vehicle had arrived.while it was not the closest dealear to my home it turned out to be the best. I look forward to doing more business with Marshall Ford in the future and would reccomend it to others.

Did not fix what we wanted fixed. Charged a large price. Took it back and they got real smart with us. Don't take ur vehicle to them. Also charged my sister a large price for a starter for her truck about 4 times as much as it should have been.

They are crooks. First off they over charge u an outlandish price! $508. For a battery and battery end cable. Just to put on a warrenty recall part. I'm sure I paid the labor on putting on the transmission recall part, that's why my bill was so outrageous! Now on the way home my car is making a noise from the transmission that is was not making before. I brought it back and they say I have to pay for something they caused. You can not trust these people. They will not take responsibility for things they caused! Ford is aware of the issues with the transmissions on my car and they have a lawsuit. I researched before I even went to service. Rediculous! If they didn't lack in communication so much perhaps everyone could be on same page but I hey repair with out authorization and I paid it once but I refuse to be accountable for their sloppy mistakes.

I took my F150 to the service department because the 4x4 quit working (older truck not purchased from them). They did eventually get it fixed (which is the important thing) after they kept it for 29 days. There were issues with the PCM, and they had to get on the phone with an engineer from Ford to figure out why it wasn t working. The staff was very friendly, but I just can t give them any higher than three stars because it took so long, and they were not willing to give us a loaner vehicle. Thankfully we had a Jeep YJ as a backup. Can t beat a Jeep.

Had an 8 am appt to get a safety recall done. Got there at 8 am and the Service Manager said leave it and we will get to it after Lunch. What part of having an 8am appt don't they get?? USELESS to call Ford Motor Company about a FORD DEALER Problem
